Nice hotel but the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. He never allowed me my friend to come Inside my room as he haven’t an ID with him. Please note that no visit are allowed from 11pm.

The room was clean and spacious. The location is excellent, as the hotel is directly opposite the train station, and most sightseeing spots are within a 10–20 minute walk. We traveled to Brussels mainly for the Christmas markets, which were spread across different areas of the city, and we were able to reach all of them on foot. Although the breakfast was not particularly impressive, it was still convenient and nice to have it included in the stay.

Everything was excellent! Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had ever tasted! The parking garage is limited and tight however we were able to fit our van. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel itself is just right in the corner of the train station,a very convenient location, although around the train station there are lots of homeless people hanging and sleeping there. The room is big enough,airco makes a bit of sound,there is no refrigerator and kettle. The bed is comfy but the pillow is too soft. Breakfast is nice , enough of choice,I didn't try the waffle machine,I still regret that

I stayed at Urban Yard Hotel for a business trip, traveling alone, and overall had a good experience. I personally didn’t encounter any issues, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re not familiar with the neighborhood or are sensitive to that kind of environment. Service was efficient and straightforward, and everything ran smoothly during my stay. Overall, Urban Yard Hotel is a solid choice for business travelers looking for convenience and a stylish place to stay—just with a location that might not suit everyone.

Staying here in Brussels is very convenient. The metro station is really close. When I checked in, they even gave me warm chocolate chip cookies, which was a lovely touch! The deposit is 200 euros.

It was really close to Metro and train Station, convenience for travel to other city. On the first day, the water in the bathroom was too hot. The tap is not working and when I tell the staff they say it’s because I don’t know how to use it and I try but finally the staff found out the tap is really not working. He offered to fix it in the next day. But I have to take a shower so at the end we got a new room.

The hotel location is quite good as it was just a few minutes to the bus/train station. The breakfast is very basic, though. No amenities such as kettle, cups or phone to call the reception.in the room. The check-in time was long, as there was only 1 person present and the queue was quite long.

The elevator can be a bit slow at times, but the location in the commercial district is super convenient for getting around. There are tons of dining options right downstairs, and most attractions are within walking distance. However, because of the shops downstairs, it can get a bit noisy at night, with music and singing audible.

Happy with the location, accessibility, and courteous front desk staff, however, the nearby area is not too great. But if you are travelling via Eurostar to Brussels then location is perfect. I am not too happy with the cleanliness of the room as there was dust on the floor, carpet is not clean either, and a one of the linen is soiled. Washroom was clean and spacious.
