Very busy hotel. Some of the front desk staff need foe client training. Was not offered a room at check in 3 pm as room# not cleared. but other rooms available. told to wait 5 min..that became 30 minutes. Another front desk clerk assigned me a different room#. then the cash terminal wasnt working. Get to the room, beside a barking dog in the romm next door. barking for 2 hours. Hotel is nice. very popular. Would be incredible if more team work with staff to process long line of check ins and also support to clients to get them easily checked in..no waiting 1 hour more for a room

The hotel is located in the center of Shanghai, but the Baima city is actually very small, only － Street. But in December, the temperature is below zero and you don't want to go shopping on the street. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the airport, and you have to make an appointment with the front desk in advance. There is no facilities in the lobby of the hotel, and the heating is not enough. The room space is not bad, very clean, and the bathroom is clean. The front desk staff is also happy to help guests.

It takes about 10 minutes by car from the main building. The cottage was at the end of the road than I expected, and I was a little excited. 看到2星以為不好，到了超過預期，在當地那個偏遠小村屬於挺好的酒店了，衹是剛剛開4年所以評價積累不多。 老闆母子倆都是華人，語言絕對沒問題，聽到鄉音親切的很，吃到番茄🍅炒蛋和可樂雞翅更是滿足了我那中華胃。由於爬山崴了腳，老闆娘還貼心的剪了兩片傷筋膏葯，真是解了燃眉之急。 房間乾淨整潔，兩張大床睡得很舒服，以為小木屋已經會很吵，沒想到睡得很熟。洗澡熱水特別大也夠熱，在那寒冷之地還是非常必須的。 他們還開了個餐館，提供飲料和冰淇淋，還有中式套餐可選，非常方便呀，冷冷的天來碗湯麪應該是非常舒服的。 腳疼就沒拍照片，挺遺憾的
