The staff at the front office are excellent. To make specifically, Ms Daniella and Ms Quuena both went out of the way to ensure everything was all right. Infact Ms Queena, accompanied me to the Train station in the hotel car to ensure that I get there right. The extra effort Ms Daniella did to get me a room with AC working was amazing. I can not be that complimentary to the hotelcrooms though. Air-conditioning was hardly working and had to change rooms.

The room was clean and well-maintained with complete facilities. The smart home system, controlled by Xiao Du, was incredibly thoughtful. The environment was quiet, tidy, and odor-free, and the service was excellent. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

There is a direct subway from airport to hotel. Name of the subway is ZAOYUAN and walking distance from subway to hotel about 5mins walk. Hotel room is spacious and clean. There is a small gym and nearby there is a night market and supermarket about 12mins walk from hotel. Near to residential area, there are few restaurants and we found a nice Lanzhou Beef Noodle which is clean, friendly and good. FREE 24hrs airport pickup from nearby hotels to airport , we took the 5am ride and within 15mins reach airport.

The hotel is located right inside the 'Big Corn' building, so the location is absolutely fantastic. There's plenty of food and drinks available downstairs, and there's even a shopping mall nearby. The room was quite clean and spacious enough. My only minor complaint is that the bathwater was a bit yellowish when I first started filling it up. Also, the air conditioning was a bit too strong, making the room a little cold.

This is a Chinese garden-style hotel. I've flown past it many times before, but this was my first stay. I never have very high expectations for hotels near airports or high-speed rail stations. Before checking in, I saw online reviews mentioning that the facilities were a bit old, so I just thought of it as an overnight stop, mainly to get some rest quickly after arriving late. However, there were many things that pleasantly surprised me during my stay. Personally, I think the facilities and equipment are quite good. The main thing was how fast the airport pickup was; they picked me up about 5 minutes after I called, and it was a 2-minute drive to the hotel. When entering, I even saw many flight attendants checking in, which immediately reassured me about the hotel's cleanliness and safety. When checking in, the front desk mentioned they offer free late-night snacks, with options like wontons and white fungus soup. My wife and I ordered two bowls of wontons. About 20 minutes after we got to the room, a staff member delivered them. I devoured them in a few minutes at midnight, haha! I have to say, these wontons were absolutely delicious, whether I was just hungry or what, I loved them! Many hotels I've stayed at before also offer late-night snacks, but most of them are porridge. Compared to porridge cooked in a large batch, I much prefer the wontons at this hotel. They take a bit longer to wait for, but they're freshly made.

The room, though small, had everything we needed and was very cozy. We stayed with two four-year-olds, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service was punctual and attentive. The wake-up call for our early flight was perfectly timed, and they even thoughtfully arranged an emergency breakfast for us.

My overall impression of this Holiday Inn Express stay can be summed up as 'just right comfort.' As a mid-range hotel under the InterContinental Hotels Group, it perfectly balances quality and value for money, making it especially suitable for business travelers and families. From check-in to receiving my room card, the entire process took no more than five minutes. Guest Room: Attention to Detail I stayed in a King Superior Room, approximately 30 square meters, with a well-thought-out layout: · Excellent bedding quality, with a mattress that was neither too soft nor too hard, providing an excellent sleep experience. · The workspace was equipped with an ergonomic office chair and a multi-port charging station. · The mini-fridge provided cold water. · The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, and instant hot water. · Good soundproofing; I could barely hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. Dining and Facilities The breakfast selection was rich, with a good balance of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and the local specialty, 'Hulatang' (spicy soup), were particularly impressive (breakfast starts at 6:30 AM). Excellent Location The hotel is located near Zhengzhou East Station: · A 10-minute walk to the high-speed rail station. Areas for Improvement While the overall experience was good, there's still room for improvement: 1. The in-room Wi-Fi speed was a bit slow during peak hours. 2. There are no shopping facilities nearby, making it inconvenient for shopping.

Love the hotel location! Walking distance to many eateries. 5 mins journey to the airport. The room is spacious and clean. They don’t have connecting room, thus we have to book 2 rooms which is inconvenient for families.

Location: Right next to Luoyang Longmen High-Speed Rail Station East Square, a 5-minute walk away. It's also convenient to take a taxi to the Longmen Grottoes. Environment: The room was bright, quiet, and well-soundproofed. The bedding was comfortable, and everything was cleaned thoroughly. Amenities: They have a self-service laundry room and a gym, perfect for layovers or business travelers. Breakfast: Standard Express breakfast, with a good variety of options, including freshly cooked noodles and congee. Price: Nearly 600 RMB during the Spring Festival, including breakfast for two. For a chain brand, the value for money is excellent. Service: Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even offered welcome drinks and proactively asked about our needs.

Room size facilities are fully in line with the hotel introduction. The front desk service is very good, warm and friendly, and there are questions and answers. The pure water supply is sufficient, and there is fruit supply, which is great. The restaurant buffet breakfast is excellent value for money. It is recommended that friends choose breakfast when booking. The traffic is extremely convenient. There are many bus stops near the hotel that end at Anyang Station, which is convenient to go anywhere. Not far from Anyang Wenfeng Tower and the ancient city. In short, I am very satisfied. I will choose Super 8 Hotel (Wenfeng Tower of Anyang Railway Station) next time I come to Anyang.
