The front desk staff are warm and friendly, check-in is quick, and they patiently answer any questions. The cleaning staff are also very polite, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The restaurant tables are clean and tidy, the dining environment is fresh, and the service staff are warm and attentive. I'm very satisfied with both the food and the accommodation, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The facilities were well-maintained, and both the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. The staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and even proactively offered local sightseeing tips. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The facilities are complete and the stay was very pleasant. The front desk staff was very attentive. The shower was excellent. It's very close to the train station, and getting a taxi is convenient. There are also a few snack shops nearby. The breakfast is abundant, and the price is affordable.

Came here for the May Day holiday. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station, and many day tours meet up here. I probably booked early, because the price was great too. All sorts of facilities are available, including a weighing scale, safe, and bathrobes. The disposable toiletries are very convenient, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hotel reception is upstairs, and you can store luggage on the first floor, even for free before and after check-in. There are also public seats and restrooms on the first floor, which is very handy.

Although the hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit small, it has everything you need. The location is excellent, and the service is great. The staff member, Ma Ping, even brought us yak yogurt. The breakfast was also good; the highland barley noodles were delicious, and the small cakes all had nuts, showing real care in preparation. It's close to the Dongguan Grand Mosque and Xiannanguan Food Street, with so many delicious options. I went back and forth three times to pack all the food I wanted back to the hotel, haha.

After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. Highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, right next to the train station, just a few minutes' walk, which is super convenient for catching a train. The room is very spacious, open and not cramped. It also has air conditioning, which is central but you can control it yourself, very convenient. The most pleasant surprise in the room was the humidifier, which made us first-time visitors to Xining feel very comfortable. The entire room was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were attentive and friendly, and check-in was very efficient. I'm very satisfied with this stay.

On this business trip to Xining, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Xining Chengdong the entire time, and my overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is located on Bayi East Road in Chengdong District, right next to Wuyue Plaza, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also not far from the highway entrance and Xining Station, which is great for both driving and public transport. As a newly opened hotel, the lobby design is elegant, and the room amenities are brand new and complete. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, and the room was spotlessly clean. The 24-hour gym and self-service laundry facilities are well-equipped, and the breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including local Qinghai specialties like yak yogurt and甜醅 (sweet fermented oats). I arrived feeling exhausted in the evening after a long journey. Julie greeted me with a constant smile and efficiently handled the check-in process. Seeing my heavy luggage, she proactively offered to help carry it and patiently explained the room facilities, Wi-Fi password, laundry room, and breakfast times. When I casually asked about self-driving routes to Qinghai Lake and local food spots, she patiently outlined an itinerary, even recommending niche attractions and reminding me about precautions for high-altitude travel. When my room card stopped working, I contacted the front desk and Julie came to resolve the issue within minutes, without any pretense. Her service was professional yet down-to-earth throughout, without any rigid formalities; she genuinely thought about the guests. While good hardware is a hotel's foundation, warm service is what truly adds value. Thanks to Julie's thoughtful service, my travel fatigue disappeared. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xining, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
