The bed was particularly comfortable, and the room's soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the proximity to the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay, although there were occasional language barriers. Nonetheless, they were always willing to assist and made an effort to accommodate my requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. One area where the hotel could improve is its dining options. While the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of dishes, I found that the food could benefit from more freshness and variety, especially for those staying multiple nights. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent, which might be a concern for business travelers needing reliable internet access. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lobby that truly captures the local essence and boasts a fantastic design. After checking in, I honestly just wanted to stay in and not even go out! Riri at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful. Since I arrived on an early flight before check-in time, she upgraded my room so I could settle in smoothly. A butler delivered my luggage to the room and even asked if the temperature was comfortable and if I needed the oxygen machine turned on! The room was very cozy. After resting for a bit, I went out to explore, and later at 9 PM, I watched the Potala Palace and the sunset from the Tubo Bar on the 6th floor. When I returned, fresh fruit and yogurt were already waiting on the table! I couldn't stay longer as I was heading to Ngari, but I'll definitely be back to stay here for a couple more days!

Highly recommend! The hotel's location is superb, with the room window directly facing the side of Potala Palace. You can virtually 'check in' at the attraction right from your room. The restaurant is even better, with huge windows offering unobstructed views, perfect for a lovely breakfast and a scenic dinner. The fridge has complimentary drinks. Jokhang Temple is just a few minutes' walk away, and Potala Palace isn't far to walk either. Grabbing a rickshaw is incredibly convenient. No wonder it's a popular 'influencer hotel' – once you've been, you'll never forget it…

The room is so big Clean and hygienic The front desk service is very polite There are souvenirs available for purchase in the lobby. The price is reasonable and cheaper than at the airport. It's just a bit far from Baguo Street. You have to take a taxi. Everything else is satisfactory.

I was a bit worried about picking a bad hotel, but it turns out I had nothing to fear. The room was spacious enough and had great natural light. The bathroom was odor-free, and they provided a full set of toiletries. The price was also very reasonable, making it a great value for money when traveling. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and patient, and very efficient! I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

I stayed at this hotel from June 5-7 2026. The official check in time is listed at 2 pm. They did not give me access to my room until after 4 pm. Furthermore, laundry is listed as included service and they said their facility was not working and had to send it somewhere else. They charged me a hefty fee. I believe it’s a misnomer for this hotel to call themselves “international” This hotel really only caters to Chinese speaking populations, which is fine and the typical situation in Lhasa, but to be more accurate, the hotel shouldn’t make the claim “international.” That would typically imply better more comprehensive services for people outside of one population and nationality. This hotel is listed as 5 stars in Lhasa. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many 5 star hotels. According to my experience, this hotel doesn’t measure up to a 5 star standard. Perhaps it did in the past. 5 star hotels typically have much better restaurants and dining options. The room was clean and I had a nice view.

A short walk to the left takes you to the Potala Palace, and to the right, you'll quickly reach Jokhang Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you want to go for morning prayers or explore during the day. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and authentic ******* restaurants, so you don't have to go far for snacks, local specialties, or a quick meal. You won't need to stress about planning your routes, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Lhasa. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, with a strong, minimalist ******* aesthetic. There's no noise or commotion. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and come equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness. Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!
