Service: The lady at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had booked a twin room, but she proactively upgraded us to a family suite! The room was spacious and decorated with unique ethnic characteristics. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, even including a medical oxygen concentrator! They also provide nasal cannulas. Everything you could possibly need is available. Environment: Excellent, and the soundproofing is good! There's also a Nepalese restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that many locals frequent, and hotel guests even get a discount! The hotel's location is also superb; it's only about a ten-minute walk to Jokhang Temple (at a leisurely pace, typical for Lhasa) and very close to the bus stop. There's also a delicious cold noodle shop right next to the hotel downstairs! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Lhasa!

The amenities were complete, and the most comfortable feature was the TV with screen mirroring – perfect for watching the English Premier League from bed. The breakfast was also quite substantial, and the restaurant was very clean and tidy! In conclusion, I would definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

The location is also impeccable; it's just a few minutes' walk to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street, making it super convenient to explore Lhasa's main attractions. The viewing restaurant on the sixth floor offers excellent views, allowing you to enjoy breakfast or afternoon tea while admiring the Potala Palace, creating an absolutely fantastic atmosphere.

Its location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by hot pot restaurants, foot massage spas, KTVs, and various other dining options. The service was excellent, with thoughtful touches such as luggage assistance and complimentary fruit delivery.

I booked this hotel when I was traveling with my family. This hotel is considered very good in Linzhi. The hotel is in authentic ******* style, the rooms are also very nice, and the overall design is very unique. The breakfast is also very rich, and there are many ******* lifestyle experience programs. The hotel's butler, Mr. Cicheng, waited for us until 12 o'clock on the first night. He really cared for us meticulously, which touched us. The hotel's airport driver was also very enthusiastic, and we were very satisfied

The nicest hotel we have stayed in during our 4 week trip in China! The Hilton was a very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a great bed and shower. The breakfast buffet is very extensive with Chinese and Western choices. We are at the Coal Bar one night and the pizza and beer was reasonably priced and the pizza was large and quite tasty. The location is good!

Our butler, Alan, provided excellent service. The hotel's location is generally good, and some room types even offer views of the Potala Palace. They provide complimentary fruit and yogurt, and there's a turndown service where they make the bed and arrange your shoes. The front desk staff are all very handsome and beautiful, and incredibly friendly. Breakfast was also fantastic. Very satisfied!

Thank you! Secondly, I have to criticize the hotel's room facilities. The air conditioning was broken. It was always 34 degrees Celsius, and I almost fainted in the middle of the night. The oxygen supply only worked until 3 a.m. I called the waiter in the middle of the night to send a fan, but it was still stuffy. Then they told me they would charge for the oxygen machine, even though it wasn't needed when I ordered it online. Even though it was delivered, I still felt uncomfortable. My room cost around 1,000, which was too expensive and not worth it! Also, the breakfast was terrible and the quality was just average! I hope it will be improved! The hotel has a strong ******* style and I love it. I hope the service and quality will improve!
