The hotel staff were very welcoming and the place was clean and tidy. Parking was super convenient, and as a member, they even upgraded my room for free! The facilities were complete, and the breakfast food was delicious with a good variety. It's right by the ancient city, and they even send daily discount coupons via WeChat. Great value for money, I was very satisfied overall 😊

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

The front desk service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. The location was very easy to find, making it super convenient to get to the Grand Bazaar. The toiletries provided were very durable, and the TV screen was huge! The lobby was spacious and bright. I'll definitely be back next time.

This is my first time writing such a detailed review, and I just have to give this place a shout-out, even though my photos are pretty mediocre. I was in Altay for a business trip, and I wasn't thrilled with the hotel my partner booked. So I switched to this one, and I definitely made the right choice. I absolutely loved the hotel's vibe. It seemed like a lot of ski enthusiasts were staying here. It's quite new, and the layout is exactly to my liking. The breakfast was truly excellent. They had rice noodles, which I, a 'southern big potato,' love, and also regular noodles. The laundry room wasn't crowded, and there was a lovely lady in the lobby – she was so beautiful! It seems attractive people gravitate towards attractive hotels. They also have their own coffee bar, and the in-room capsule coffee machine was my absolute favorite. The location is super convenient, right on the main street in the city center, with snowy landscapes on both sides. There are various restaurants right outside the main entrance. The room was spacious enough to fit most ski equipment. It's clear they really understand the ski market. They also offer airport pickup, which is a huge plus. I'll definitely bring my family here next time, and I want to stay in a duplex!

After comparing hotels on Ctrip for a long time, I finally chose this one. The front desk lady was superb and very friendly and welcoming. There's also billiards on the fourth floor, perfect for relaxing. The room was very clean and the sleep was very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was very rich, but I forgot my phone, so I don't have any photos. It was a wonderful experience, thank you.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

I initially booked another hotel, but when I arrived, it was far from what I expected, and there was nowhere to park. Luckily, I passed by this resplendent hotel, glittering with lights, so I canceled the other booking and switched to this one. The price was the same, which surprised me as I thought it would be expensive, but it was actually quite good. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. There was plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The hotel was warm, and while the breakfast selection was a bit limited, it was still decent.

Highly recommended! This was my first time visiting Altay, Xinjiang. The hotel was easy to find, and the customer service contacted me in advance via WeChat to discuss everything. (520522) First, due to the weather at the end of November, the refund and cancellation services were very considerate. Second, the hotel facilities were complete. The underfloor heating was on from the entrance, making it very warm. The lobby reception area combined with a water bar had delicious drinks! Guests were thoughtfully offered ginger tea upon arrival to ward off the cold. Third, the room was clean and tidy; I couldn't find a single fault. The toiletries were excellent, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Fourth, the food selection was extensive; I feel many high-end hotels don't offer this level of food and drinks. Finally, the service!! So warm and attentive. Free parking; remember to scan the QR code at the front desk to get a parking voucher before going downstairs. Thank you for the hospitality; I will definitely come again!

AAnonymous UserThe Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience. The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's exterior was quite grand, creating a positive first impression. However, upon entering the initial room, there was a peculiar smell. The front desk staff were very accommodating and promptly moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that one also had a slight odor, though I eventually got used to it after a while. Even the closets had a faint smell when opened. All other facilities were in working order. The TV automatically played channels upon being plugged in, offering various programs. Hot water was readily available, and the bathroom even had a convenient spot for drying clothes. However, certain sections of the carpet appeared somewhat dirty. The hotel offers an airport shuttle service, with morning departures scheduled on the hour. It's very close to the old airport and approximately 10 kilometers (a 20-25 minute drive) from the new airport, making it quite convenient for air travel.

MM311894****Free mini-bar drinks: The apricot peel tea in the room was delicious, and the coffee and black tea in the lobby were free to refill. Nutritional nut pack: The nuts were excellent, especially the purple cashews. This hotel offers an amazing stay. As soon as we got out of the car, a security guard came to the parking lot to help with our luggage. The front desk staff upgraded our room and extended our check-out time. Every staff member at the hotel had a wonderful service attitude. We could also reserve a free foot bath in the evening, and the cleaning staff thoughtfully brought different pillows suitable for both adults and children to ensure a good night's sleep. The hotel's underfloor heating was wonderfully warm. The room had a lavender aroma diffuser, and since it was a bit dry, the hotel provided a floor-standing humidifier and air purifier. It's truly a hotel full of pleasant surprises. I highly recommend Belle Hotel to anyone visiting Urumqi. Belle Hotel will definitely be our family's first choice when we come to Urumqi in the future.

GGuest UserReally great hotel. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. The room are big, luxury and really comfortable. I like the bathroom as well. Big big plus for the breakfast that is really good and got lots of different items. You have a shuttle bus to go to the ski resort as well that is located at 10 mn by car from the hotel. The situation is great as well, close from restaurants and shops inside the city center. 5 stars thanks a lot to the hotel staff :)

22morrowsworldThis 4 star hotel has a goid rating on Trip.com and I can understand why. However, I liken this hotel to a 20 year old luxury car such as an E36 7 series BMW or Lexus LS 430. Exceptional and glorious when new, but getting old and tired fast. On a superficial level the rooms look grand and sumptuous, but on greater scrutiny there are issues. One if these are the carpets, which are either in dire need of steam cleaning on a forensic level of thoroughness, or outright replacement. Some sections are worn and faded, while many odd bits and pieces can be found (and felt with bare feet), that seem to have escaped the attention of the room staff, e.g toothpicks, other miscellaneous refuse deposited by previous guests. I booked a continental double room, for $68 AUD per night and there was a misalignment of the door with its frame. Large enough to see through to the outside! The room contained a sofa Comfortable enough but with fabric badly worn away. The white veneer paint on tables has seen better days. Having said all this, overall, the hotel offers rooms of a relatively high standard. Ornate furnishings, large, extremely comfortable beds and pillows, a huge bathroom with sufficient water pressure and responsive hot water on demand (bathroom has a smart lighting arrangement which switches on via a sensor). There are a dozen individual controls for room lighting. Lots of cupboards and drawers and powerpoints where needed. There is a gym but for some undisclosed reason is currently closed, of February 2024. Is a buffet style restaurant with several guests dining in it which looked very well staffed. Reception will go out of their way to give assistance with arranging tours, ordering taxis etc, and try to ensure guests are satisfied. In summary, the hotel looks good and to some extent is good, but may not be worth paying $50 US a night to stay in and was a little disappointing.
