First things first, this is clearly a knock-off ‘Hampton by Hilton’ - branding the same, room design the same, and to be fair they’ve done a decent job of it. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Unfortunately, that’s about as positive as I can be about my stay. The location is fine, albeit not many good local restaurants or sights within walking distance, you’ll need to get a taxi. Service at front desk was inattentive and unprofessional. When I tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and/or housekeeping, the line automatically disconnected. The worst aspect of my stay was the “smart” aspects of the room. Firstly, the aircon does not work. It was 34/35 degrees throughout my stay and despite putting the aircon on 16 degrees with maximum fans, the temperature in the room barely dropped below 27/28 degrees all night. Bring your own fan! The “smart” controls meant that all the lights in the bathroom came on as soon as you moved, which is not what you want in the middle of the night. Equally, the control panel was blinking constantly, right next to the bed, which was very annoying if that kind of thing affects your sleep (it does mine). Worst of all was the TV that simply would not turn off, and was incredibly bright, right in front of the bed. I ended up having to dismount the TV from the wall and completely unplugging it just to get the room semi-dark. Incredibly annoying. If you want a dark room, with a comfortable temperature, this is not the place for you… Its a shame, because the hotel has potential, but as it is I can’t recommend it given these fairly fundamental issues.

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants. The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere. The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip. Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

First and foremost, foreigners are accepted so book with confidence. The reception speaks no english so a translation app is useful, they will kindly help as much as they can. It is very close to Nanmen metro station (walking distance). Convenience store is almost next to the hotel. Room is clean and cosy. Wifi works fine. You can walk to the Fountain plaza (5-10 mins walk, check my last 3 photos with the Chinese name) to buy China Mobile sim card and use data internet. I use LetsVPN and everything works perfectly. Would recommend this hotel for foreign travellers. More on the expensive side but I came in winter time and very happy with the heater and the convenience it offers.

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

We had a long layover in Urumqi so decided to stay the night here. It was very nice. They provided shuttle service to and from the airport which is very nearby. It is easy to get into town as it is also not very far away. We enjoyed the gift of free dried fruit as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of Urumqi. The hotel lobby is spacious. The front desk check-in was very quick. They upgraded my room for free. When I checked out, Susan was very welcoming. I will choose Hilton Urumqi next time I travel.

After returning from Altay during the Spring Festival, I stayed in Urumqi for one night and booked two rooms. The hotel's bedding, facilities and services were completely satisfactory and exceeded expectations. The sanitary conditions were also first-class. The breakfast was very rich. The complimentary lunch buffet was even better. Xiao Sa, a hotel staff member, provided five-star service from the day before arrival to the day before departure, which made us embarrassed. Overall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in mid-September. It was convenient for setting off from Yining to Sailimu Lake Nalati and Liuxing Street. The location is about a 30 minute walk south of the old city, which means you can pass through different neighbourhoods. There are also plenty of taxis that pass outside the hotel. The rooms are modern and comfortable. When I was there the weather was dusty and smoggy, so the view weren't as stunning as they could have been. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and was hot and satisfying each time.

Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

If you’re looking for a hotel in a central area of Kashgar, this is it. It’s less than 1 block from one of the entrances to Ancient City. Seriously, just turn a corner and you’re there, next to some amazing Uyghur restaurants. The room is pretty standard and includes everything you need. Breakfast was pretty lackluster — I went at 9am and all of the dishes were cold. Even the fried rice. Didn’t bother going for the rest of my stay since inexpensive local food is everywhere. The hotel also offers free laundry machines (washer AND dryer) with free detergent. That was super useful since I was on a long solo backpacking trip. Overall, great hotel for the price. Skip the breakfast and walk a few meters around the area and get some authentic Uyghur food instead.

Who knows this? This time I stayed at the Boman International Hotel, and the experience was full. The room was warmly decorated, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The service staff was warm and thoughtful, and they were considerate from check-in to check-out. The breakfast was rich in variety, nutritious and delicious😋. The hotel is also very close to the Kashgar Old Town Scenic Area, just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is located in the city center, which is very convenient. The price-performance ratio is really super high, which exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who pursues a high-quality accommodation experience!

Environment: You can see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window! ! ! The photos are very good! ! Facilities: The room is equipped with an oxygen humidifier and a disposable razor for men! ! The configuration is very complete, and the small details are very delicate! Service: The front desk lady took us to see the environment in the room and explained it patiently. The service attitude is super good!
