I stayed at my favorite hotel on this trip to Xinjiang in Alashankou. It can be said to be the best value for money. It was such a surprise. I only used a wide-angle lens to take pictures of how big it is! The room was too big, beyond expectations. It was already very late when I checked in. The hotel staff were very professional, attentive and patient. The breakfast was even better. I didn't expect to see such a beautiful scenery while eating breakfast. I will stay here again next time I come!

After comparing it on the Internet for a long time, I finally chose this hotel. After I came, I found that it was really cost-effective, the environment was clean and comfortable, and the service was very warm, but the room was a bit hot.

We always enjoy staying at the Hampton since we first tried the brand in China. There is consistency in their product presentation and standards and these are aligned to our needs. This is important as adjusting to different hotel brands and features/standards can prove exhausting especially when we travel to many different cities over a few weeks. We have come to expect good front office service and this time it did not disappoint either. I need to find medical services nearby and was pleasantly helped by staff Miran 米然. She also quickly responded to my request and a humidifier appeared in our room almost immediately after I asked for one. Her colleague Meili 美丽 arranged our hotel pick up efficiently and a driver was already waiting for us when we arrived at the train station. The self service washer room is an eagerly look forward to service. The machines are commercial grade types that do a fantastic wash. Breakfast is well stocked and provides a good variety of Chinese and Western cuisines.

I was recommended this place by xhs. At first, I only had hope for the location. After all, the geographical location is the primary condition for choosing a B&B. This can't be wrong. The Mufeng Lake View King Room I stayed in has a small terrace with two chairs. It's really a perfect photo location. Of course, the weather needs to be helpful 👍 👍 Although it's only 15 square meters, it's very cozy and well-equipped. You can see that the decoration and layout have been carefully thought out. The materials used in the hardware design are pretty good. The floor heating comes quickly. It was terribly hot on the first night. Hot water came as soon as the faucet was turned on. The hot water in the shower also came quickly. The shower head 🚿 was very dense. We didn't plan to take a shower at first, but we were tempted ~ [snickering] The blinds are very thoughtful. They are semi-transparent and fully blackout. They are private and romantic. There is a magnet in the middle of the curtain to prevent light from leaking. It's full of details. The room is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, snacks, tea sets... Overall, I'm very satisfied. If you don't mind the size of the space, there's nothing wrong with anything else 👍 The key point is that you can park your car at the door of the room and take things at any time. I like this 100 times! The service efficiency is also very high. I asked for a blanket and water, and everything was done very quickly and smoothly. The breakfast is buffet style. The ingredients are all vegetables. It suits my appetite. I especially like the local corn. It is soft, sticky, sweet, and unlimited refills. The restaurant scenery is also excellent! My appetite has improved [let me see]. You can wear local clothes and hats for free at the front desk to take pictures. You only need to pay a deposit. Finally, I have to praise the receptionist who received us. Atahan, a handsome guy from the Pamir Plateau, checked in and gave me a local Kyrgyz felt hat. He rode a scooter to lead me to the room and introduced the room configuration one by one. How to use small appliances is attentive, thoughtful and enthusiastic! You can see him anytime when you walk around the camp. Please ask him to show us other room types and take photos for us. The handsome guys are full of energy, smiling and have a very good personality👍👍. The first local who is talkative and willing to chat we met along the way. The hotel enjoys a prime location in the city center, close to many famous attractions. Whether it is Altun Ancient Street, Hami Museum, or Huiwangfu Scenic Area, they can all be easily reached on foot. The hotel has a high-rise view and convenient dining and parking facilities downstairs. In addition, the hotel's hygiene conditions are first-class and the service quality is also excellent.

The room has the best heating I have experienced so far in Xinjiang; three heaters in a single room. The restaurant and cafe are also good in both food and service. The staff helped us find a ride to our next destination. The landlord also provide horse riding service up the hill to view the sunrise. The location is just beside the Hemu Bridge, which makes it really convenient to climb up to the sunrise viewing point. There is also a concentration of restaurants in this area.

We were passing through from Beijing to Xinjiang and stayed for one night. It was very suitable for a stopover, the environment was very good and quiet. There was a little hair in the room, but considering the folk customs and the surrounding environment, it was already very good, just a little bit. My family and I checked in at around 3 pm, and between 6 o'clock in the evening, two groups of people actually opened my door directly. The first one was the cleaning lady. She didn't knock on the door, but swiped her card to come in. I guess she thought the room wasn't cleaned yet. Then I locked the door from inside. An hour later, the front desk staff brought another group of guests to check in, and opened the door at once. I was scared to death. Of course, I could tell they didn't do it on purpose, and they closed it immediately when they saw someone in the room. The scary thing was that I had locked the door from the inside, so I quickly went to the front desk and asked them to confirm with the system that the room had been occupied and not to open the door again. When I go to bed at night, I always block the door with two boxes. Everything else was good, the food was good, the environment was good, but this little episode was a bit scary.

The location is outside the Kalajun Scenic Area, with a wide view. It is recommended to choose the second row of rooms. There is a muddy road + horse farm in front of the first row of rooms. The interior of the room is very clean, but it is really not soundproof (the sound of rain at night, the barking of dogs in the middle of the night, the footsteps and voices of the guests on the wooden pallet are all clear) The focus is on the service: [Butler service] This time the butler is Xiaobai, a Kazakh boy who just graduated from high school and is currently interning in the hotel to prepare for college. He has a strong sense of national pride and is very enthusiastic~ [Hotel activities] Participated in ethnic home visits, and the activity itself is very good! Here comes the point: the original fee was 150 yuan and the last 0 yuan. The turning point was when I checked out, I saw the Ctrip page saying that the home visit activity was free. I showed it to the front desk + boss, but they didn’t know it. I was shocked 🤯 and then the boss said directly 🆓 but it gave me a very unprofessional feeling [Bar price] The location is next to the horse farm, American/latte/hazelnut latte 48RMB! Problem 1: The price is too high. I specifically compared it with the Kurdenin Valley Campground where I stayed later. The most expensive coffee was 38 RMB. 2. The price of coffee is the same regardless of the category. This is the first time I have ever seen it! At least American coffee should be cheap! It is not hand-brewed coffee. [Restaurant price] At first I suspected that the price of the scenic hotel might be so expensive. How expensive is it? Green pepper and preserved egg cost 68 or 78! Compared with the Nara Tixishi fake farm where I stayed later, the price of vegetables is generally 30-60 more expensive! Summary: Good location, good environment, but extremely poor service (giving people the feeling of a completely scattered temporary team of workers who are about to disband at any time)

Environment: Everything you eat and use is in a small shop, very convenient Facilities: There are food and drinks in the refrigerator, which is very good. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel should be opened soon, the rooms and facilities are very new, sleep quietly at night, the bedding is comfortable~ breakfast is the beef noodles next to the hotel, you can choose beef noodles or other, the overall is still very good, not casually fooling people pre-product breakfast~ Sailimu Lake around the hotel The price ratio is not high, it is more cost-effective to live in a nearby place~ The hotel drives to Sailimu Lake for about an hour. After breakfast, Sailimu Lake turns around and just goes to the next destination at night~
