The decor style is really unique, and the common areas are great for photos. I absolutely have to praise the ladies at the front desk – they're beautiful, kind, and have excellent attitudes. Also, a big shoutout to the hotel's cleaning staff; I accidentally left my phone behind, and it was returned to me safely and undamaged. The front desk took great care of it. Where can you find such amazing employees? Just one suggestion: the toilet in the room's bathroom is too close to the shower stall; it's practically unusable. That design really misses the mark. I'll definitely be back, and thanks again to the lovely front desk staff!

Overall, the hotel experience was fantastic! 🎉 The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable, especially the latex pillow which made for a really sound sleep. The electric curtains were a nice touch for convenience. The front desk also thoughtfully provided breakfast, which had a great variety and delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the local yogurt and dried fruits, they were very unique. Compared to guesthouses, chain hotels definitely have a much higher standard when it comes to cleanliness and facilities.

We stayed at Hilton Hampton Yining for one night. The hotel is clean and new, we really like the smart technology used in the rooms - like the automatic blinds system and the ability to open a window for fresh air if you feel like it. Otherwise the aircon is perfect and allows you to adjust the temperatures according to your liking. This is a rare find when some hotels set the temperature centrally. We had to travel to Nalati the next day, but as we visited during off peak season the tour buses didn’t operate. 小妮 Julie and the team from the front desk helped us arrange a private ride , this really helped us with our travels! Thank you. We liked the breakfast offering a variety of meal options, the drinks in the atrium are also great. We enjoyed the stay.

There were no signs indicating where to park, so I took the wrong elevator and wandered around before finally getting back to the hotel. (There were no signs after getting off the elevator either; it was impossible to tell which door led to the exit.) The lobby was freezing. I've been traveling in Xinjiang for a week, and this is the first hotel lobby I've experienced this cold. I used my room upgrade privileges when I booked, but I wasn't upgraded, and the front desk didn't give me a reason. Did they simply not see it?

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—very close to the airport, which made our travel super convenient. It’s also just about 1km from the nearest metro station, so getting around was easy. A big bonus was the free self-service laundry on the 5th floor, complete with washing machines, dryers, and even complimentary detergent provided at the front desk. Breakfast was pretty good too, and they thoughtfully packed it for us when we had to leave early for a flight. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted us with ordering food since we didn’t have any Chinese apps. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome. Overall, a very comfortable and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended for travelers, especially if you're flying in or out of the city!

I found the Atour Hotel Kashgar Ancient City on Xiaohongshu and stayed for one night – honestly, it was great! The location is incredibly convenient, super close to the Ancient City entrance. After exploring, it’s just a short walk back to the hotel, no need to lug luggage around, which is perfect for lazy people like me. The room was quite clean, and since Kashgar has dry weather, the humidifier running constantly was very comfortable. The bed was just right, not too soft and not too hard – after a tiring journey, a good night's sleep here was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and patiently gave me directions when I asked about nearby places to eat. Overall, the service was very comfortable and not at all pushy. If you're visiting Kashgar Ancient City, staying at this place is really suitable, and it offers good value for money.

I chose this hotel because it's quite close to the high-speed train station. The ocean service was really great, top-notch, and they thoughtfully upgraded my room. The front desk service was excellent, and check-in was very fast. The room was comfortable for sleeping and very soundproof, so there was basically no noise. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. They even offered simple late-night snacks like congee, steamed buns, and cold dishes, which was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff did a thorough and clean job. Plus, parking is free, which is very convenient.
