I have to praise the attention to detail at this hotel! The room had USB charging ports, excellent blackout curtains, and complimentary bottled water and small snacks – so thoughtful! The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water supply was prompt and consistently warm. The best part was the soundproofing; despite the bustling street outside, the room was incredibly quiet. The receptionist was beautiful and provided excellent service; she even helped call a taxi at check-out – a truly exceptional experience!

The room was very nice, clean and hygienic. The hotel's equipment was very smart, using a Dyson hair dryer, a Xiaomi humidifier, and Xiaomi smart home devices. The executive lounge service delivered coffee and desserts to the room. The service attitude was very good, and yesterday's breakfast was also very good. It's worth coming again.

We stayed in this hotel for three consecutive nights. The quality of the staff's service and hotel's amenities far exceeded my expectations. Room is spacious, clean, layout of the room very good and room facilities was excellent. Bathroom / toilet : - four towel rails and 2 wall mounted hooks for clothing - more than adequate shelf space for new towels - Well located twin toilet roll holders - Push button on / off valve for shower mixer tap which is super efficient for use without turning of knobs and unwanted water temperature fluctuations - room size is very comfortable, more than adequate for walking freely in the room even though there was a writing table and swivel chair in it - number of electric power sockets provided was far more than adequate - wash basin counter top space was generous - kettle area cabinet was also provided - suitably sized luggage rack - comfortable bed size and mattresses - room door has indicator of direction to the elevator - well located mini fridge - cordless hand phone charging facilities in room - superb laundry facilities and unexpected service of staff transferring washed clothes to tumble dryer and delivering dried clothes to our room - great variety of food provided in the restaurant for breakfast - hotel reception staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful - free night porridge provided - hotel is within walkable distance to Liuxing Street - many shops and restaurants near hotel - we enjoyed staying in the hotel room when we don't want be exposed to the sun outside We are more than satisfied staying in this hotel. After we checked out to head to Tekes, we returned to stay in this hotel again for a second time - we intend to stay in Atour hotel in Turpan when we get there later as we felt so comfortable with this hotel - we recommend this hotel for your stay when you visit Yining

Right at the entrance of the scenic area, with unobstructed views, perfect for watching both sunrise and sunset. The 'starry sky room' was a bit of a letdown though; the ceiling doesn't open, and even with the side curtains open, the view isn't clear – you still have to go outside to see anything! The temperature difference between day and night is huge, but the hotel's floor heating worked really well. We checked into the starry sky room quite early (3:30 PM), and it was incredibly hot – the AC couldn't keep up, so we ended up sitting by the door to get some breeze. By night, it was very comfortable, not cold at all, and there was plenty of hot water. We booked without breakfast, but the hotel kindly gave us two complimentary meals! With no other food options in the scenic area, these breakfasts were a lifesaver. Overall, both the facilities and the natural landscape are quite good, and the off-peak price was reasonable. If you're coming, a standard room type would suffice; the starry sky room isn't really necessary.

She also patiently shared recommendations for local food and sightseeing routes – every detail felt so thoughtful. The room itself was full of pleasant surprises; it was spacious and bright, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud – getting a good night's sleep before bed is so important! The cleanliness was impeccable, with not a speck of dust on the floor. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation, a smart toilet, and high-quality branded toiletries. Even the bedside table had a convenient wireless charger!

We stayed at a family room for one night at Urcove Altay (Hyatt). This is a fairly new hotel and the room we had was both clean and smartly set up, with plenty of space and new tech - automatic blinds and self controllable aircon. The major bonus was a window that allowed you to let some fresh air into the room. We tried to procure a guide into Hemu, and The hotel staff helped us with our search - we appreciate the warm service! We liked the breakfast dining room and the kitchen offered some tasty food.

I've stayed at a Ramada hotel before when I was traveling in mainland China. This time, I came to the port with a good friend and discovered a Ramada. As soon as I walked in, the front desk staff was so welcoming, hahaha. The service attitude was particularly good. It really deserves to be a hotel under the Wyndham Group. The front desk staff was always smiling, which made my stay feel happy. My friend and I had a much happier trip here. I didn't even have time to take pictures of the room, but the housekeeping staff greeted us every time they saw us. I feel so satisfied with the hotel I chose for this trip. A good hotel can affect a person's mood. Overall, this trip made me feel very comfortable and felt that this hotel cared about me. Their service quality is really good. The front desk staff helped carry our luggage to the 22nd floor. This praise is really necessary! ! Sisters! The experience is full of happiness! !

I recently stayed at the Mehood Lestie Hotel in Urumqi, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. I was pleasantly surprised at check-in when the front desk staff upgraded me to a higher-floor room. It was more spacious with better views, which significantly enhanced my comfort. The scenery outside the window was fantastic! The room itself was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding, and excellent hygiene. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional, providing useful local information and travel tips. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. Other facilities like the gym and lounge area were also very good. The location is convenient, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, yet it's relatively quiet at night. It offers great value for money, making it suitable for both business and leisure travelers. In summary, I highly recommend it and would gladly choose to stay here again.

No complaints about the room itself, and for this price including breakfast, it offers excellent value. However, the welcome fruit was not up to standard; they should either skip it entirely or provide something fresh. I asked for a replacement, and a fresh portion was indeed brought, but it was delivered by a cleaning lady. I think such requests should be handled by more professional staff. No sooner had the fruit issue been resolved than the bathroom door broke. The same kind cleaning lady thoughtfully tried to fix it, but I really think a hotel of this caliber should have dedicated, professional plumbers or maintenance staff for these kinds of repairs! Then, unbelievably, at 12:30 AM, another delivery of fruit arrived – *the exact same spoiled batch*! This really highlights a massive communication breakdown at the front desk and makes one wonder what the intention was. Despite all this, I want to specifically commend the cleaning lady for her kindness and effort. However, the hotel urgently needs to strengthen its management, improve service quality, specifically optimize its service system, and address issues promptly and effectively.

This was my first time visiting Altay, and this guesthouse was definitely a highlight of the 500-li scenic area. Every detail inside was meticulously designed, showcasing impeccable aesthetics. The rooms were spacious, with quick and plentiful hot water, a separate wet and dry area, and the rooms were warm and not dry. The milk served at breakfast was fresh milk from Xinjiang herders, with a thick layer of cream on top—very rich and creamy. Across from the guesthouse is the Kelan River, and not far away is a birch tree park. Across the Kelan River is the General Mountain Ski Resort, and the guesthouse's Northern Ski Club offers authentic, clean, comfortable, and warm ski suits—perfect for renting and taking beautiful photos. The guesthouse owner was very nice and also offered car rental services, making it very friendly for first-time independent travelers to Altay.
