"Very nice hotel in Setif. Novotels are almost identical in every city. Rooms are clean and you find everything you need. Staff/workers in the reception and staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is good and there is something for everyone."

The location is very good, in the core area of Setif. The service staff are all good. However, for some reason, they didn't clean my room on the first day when I stayed there. The water was not replenished in time. Everything else was fine.
The sink drained very slowly and there were no slippers.

The room is clean, tidy and bright. It is located in the bustling area of the city center. The front desk staff has a good service attitude and is enthusiastic. They are enthusiastic towards Chinese people. Other staff are also good. A pleasant business trip experience

Opposite the hotel is the small park. There is a Ferris wheel inside. There is a station nearby. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The hotel environment is very good.
