Very good hotel! The service staff saw that we could not speak Spanish and would take the initiative to help us translate. The best thing is that the Chinese like to drink hot water and drink hot tea. Black tea is available 24/7 here.

L emplacement est excellent, la chambre confortable et propre, le restaurant et le bar sont top mais surtout le service est exceptionnel. Un grand merci au personnel et surtout à Virginia qui s est occupé de me faire parvenir la Guatemala city les affaires que j avais oublié dans ma chambre. Un grand merci et bonne continuation
