We stayed in this hotel during the cold play live. The price grow very high during the live. The location of the hotel is very good. Room is big enough for me. And it's clean. It even has a balcony. The room doesn't provide one-time tooth brush, you have to buy it. We met some problems while using the selling machine in the first floor. We paid but got nothing. Luckly we went for the front desk for help and the staff solved the problem. The staff spoke English well.
The hotel is conveniently close to Gimpo Airport. I needed taxis late at night and early in the morning, and the front desk service was excellent. They provided a taxi booking service that was more affordable than finding one on my own. This makes it a perfect hotel for a layover.
This is a brand new hotel with loft-style apartment units. It comes with a fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, and microwave, making it a great choice.
Everything was great, great room. Bath tub was excellent. The only negative thing was I put my room on make up room at 0830 and came back to my room at 1430 and my room wasn’t made up. Probably just a schedule issue ( since it is a multi-floor hotel, but every room on that floor was open and cleaned but mine. I saw all the open rooms. I am appreciative of the room as it was great, but is having my bed made, trash taken out, and new towels given that much of a task for the workers?
I really like the facts that breakfast was a all you can eat and the employees were helpful and nice.
We liked that the family floor was in the same floor has the family pool, gym and laundry room.
Location is about okay. 30 minutes away from the coex mall and 30 minutes away from the zoo so not too great but Awosome place to stay at above a small mall.
It was very good impression as my 1st times visiting in Korea because the hotel staffs were incredible friendly and helpful. However this is very difficult to get taxi as industry area. Overall is good for me and the hotel is valueable to stay.
The hotel is a little hidden away, but it's very close to Suwon Station Exit 8. You can take a taxi from the station, but you can't take one to the station. So, if you did some considerable shopping, be prepared to walk with your stuff. There are lots of places to eat with decent choices. It was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
It was my second visit here.
The first one was around this time last year, and the camping site is right next to it.
I liked the view of the Namhan River so much that I came again.
I really, really like the accommodation.
Plus, it's friendly and it's nice to have a sauna and water park.
However, I think it would be much cooler if there was a game room or PlayStation where older children could play.^^
Anyway, I highly recommend it!!
It's clean. It's stuffy because you can't open the windows, but it's comfortable.
The elevator and hallway are too dark to see well.
The elevator is crowded because there are many visitors during lunch and dinner time.
The call quality is bad when connecting the phone. The digital guidance voice is occasionally cut off, so you don't know what it's saying or how many times to press.
You can take a walk in Banseok Park, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is good.

Very Good
GGuest UserIt is a lovely hotel, with incredible breakfast options.
But on the outskirts of the city, and a bit out of the way depending on what you want to do.
You have to take a bus to the metro, because it is a very long walk.
One stop down from the metro station, you can access the airport rail, which a quicker way to get downtown and to scenic locations.
it's a nice a hotel, great if you're on a budget, however on next visit to Seoul, I'll pay the few extra bucks to get a room closer to the shopping districts and hotspots.
GGuest UserDue to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip.
It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though).
Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor.
There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve.
All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and quiet, the service attitude is very good. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is rich, and it is very close to the subway entrance. The price is affordable and highly recommended! Thank you Ctrip!
CChungWah LoTransportation is convenient: Exit 1 of Cheolsan Station (Line 7) is a two-minute walk away. Alternatively, take bus 6014 from the airport, which will take you to the area, and then a few minutes' walk.
Numerous restaurants are nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options. Cheolsan Station also provides convenient access to various tourist attractions, such as Boramae Station, Hongik University Station, Dongdaemun Station, and Seoul Station.
AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex
1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
WWalsStayed for 4 nights with my family. Extremely clean and tidy rooms with all necessary facilities. Room was very spacious with a workstation for home office.
Enjoyed our stay.
Location is a bit far from city centre. May not be great for travellers who wants to stay near the city centre.
VVanRExcellent stay!
Spacious room.
Breakfast to die for.
Rooftop dinner was magnificent and view stunning.
Only problem is the reception is not on ground floor - I arrived late in the evening and nobody was there to direct me - they had a sign to stare where lobby is, but it’s very confusing if you don’t know.
KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
