This newly opened accommodation is very new, everything is really new, clean, and uses good materials. The staff who take care of the accommodation are very lovely and take good care of you. They have a motorbike rental service. The accommodation is located near the night market, within walking distance, in the heart of the city, very convenient. I recommend that many Thai people stay here.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service in every aspect. The staff - all of them without exception - were friendly and so helpful. Great breakfast. Nice swim up pool and overall amenities in great condition. Big comfortable and well equipped rooms. Shuttle into the center of Luang Prabang whenever needed. Definitely recommend this great hotel. Thank you all for looking after us so well.

A very nice location for walking anywhere in the old city with lots of shops and restaurants very near. The room is very large with a ceiling fan and strong ac. The small refrigerator was also nice. Didn’t try the ancient tv but the WiFi was good. As some others have mentioned the outside noise like animals and people sounds come into the room but it didn’t disturb my sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast views are amazing. The food was a small buffet that changed one of the main dishes every day so you won’t get too bored. A very nice choice and a great value. I would definitely stay again next time.

This place is ain't and calm. The location is near a monk temple and 500 meters from the monk coming out about 530 am. So if you have that spiritual side and like the peace and quiet, stay here. The patio lock isn't very secured and have to push it in to lock it. The staff is very nice and helpful.

A boutique hotel renovated from an old house with brand new facilities. Just across the road from the door is the Mekong River, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Foreigner Street. The Royal Palace Museum, Xiangtong Temple, Mount Phu Si, and the night market in the city are all within 10-15 minutes on foot. There are also many popular restaurants around, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel provides free bicycles, and it is also very good to have a city bicycle. The front desk brother is polite and enthusiastic, and communicates in English. Although it has been open for a short time and is not familiar with some business, he is very dedicated. He helps to book chartered cars, airport shuttles, and restaurants, and also helps to repair bicycles abandoned on the road🚲 The room is not big, but the double bed is 1.2m (most of the double beds in other hotels are 0.8-0.9m). If you have to wash your clothes by hand every day, drying them is a problem Breakfast is at Joma cafe (a local chain cafe) on the underground floor of the building. You can choose a different breakfast set on memu every day with your ticket. The dining time is relatively flexible, from 6:30 to 10:00 in the morning. If you don’t have time to eat, you can also take it away. The 3-day stay in Luang Prabang was very comfortable. The room that was not facing the main street was very quiet. I slept until the rooster in the neighbor's house crowed to remind you that it was time to give alms, haha

Friends, it's very good! I plan to take my parents abroad to relax during the National Day holiday. After careful selection, I chose Thongbay. Because the company did not inform me of the holiday information in time, I used two apps to book hotels, both of which were Thongbay. The experience can only be said to be very good! When we left the hotel, the two elderly people also expressed high praise and strong reluctance, which made me very relieved. Our English is not very good, and we are more worried about communication difficulties when we arrive, so I sent an email to the hotel in advance, explaining my itinerary and that I used two apps to book the hotel. The hotel quickly replied to me and said that they understood our itinerary. When we arrived on the same day, we provided our passports, and the boss quickly got our itinerary and booking status. After a series of thoughtful instructions (including how to order breakfast for the next day, when the hotel can pick us up in the city for free, etc.), the boss took us into our room, which is very local and very clean. In the room, the boss also told us very considerately and in detail how to use the shower, how to use the air conditioner, how to use the fan, and that we must close the doors and windows from 6:00-7:00pm, because the flower-legged mosquitoes are very dense during this period. During the explanation, as long as there is something that I don’t understand, the boss will patiently explain it again. On the morning of the second day of check-in, we went to the waterfall. The driver we found came to pick us up in advance and told the boss about our trip to the waterfall. So when we were leaving, the boss stopped us and gave us a backpack, saying that there were towels and other supplies in it. If we finished swimming in the waterfall, we could use the towels inside. Really super considerate! The most amazing thing is that on the third day of our stay, we went to the charity site and couldn't find the way back to the hotel. We finally followed the map and walked to the vicinity of the hotel. We met the hotel's puppy. The puppy must have gone out to play. When passing by us, it suddenly turned around and walked forward to lead the way. If we walked slowly, it would stop and wait for us. It took us to the door of the hotel. After the hotel owner said morning to us at the door, the puppy wagged its tail and turned around and walked away. Long live the puppy!

Bad experience, the price you pay doesn't match the room's quality you get. We paid about 140$ for a family room (35 sq.m in description), but get a small room stuffed with beds with no space even for suitcases. After one night, management gave as the bigger room, which was as big as expected (that's good), but the room wasn't cozy and neat. It looked quite filthy. I recommend choosing another place for staying in LP. Attached photos of family room we got first, and the second one.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The location is really good. The facilities are impressive and well-maintained, making everything convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. Additionally, the laundry service was efficient and reliable. NNuytsiaFloribundaOur stay had a lot of high points and a lot of low points. Starting with the high points, the grounds and room were incredible. Our experience at the spa was one of the best we’ve had. The cocktails and Laos-style burger we had for lunch one day were phenomenal. The staff were charming and very accommodating. However, there were a few aspects that were far below the experience expected of a 5 star hotel. First, cocktail service around the pool was abysmal. On almost every occasion we had to go searching for a staff member to take our order, and then the cocktails more often than not took more than half an hour to arrive. This is despite the fact that we seemed to be the only people ordering F&B at that time, i.e. they were not busy at all. Second, the breakfast was a disappointment every day - we were told we could order eggs or noodles, and had to repeatedly press the staff to find out what type of eggs and noodles, and we only discovered on the last day that there was a menu with additional options. We ordered poached eggs on toast, and the eggs had not been drained of excess liquid, and the bread was entirely soaked through. An order of waffles took over an hour to come out - first it was delivered as a pancakes, and then they just forgot about it despite repeated follow ups. The “local” Laos options lacked flavor - very little of the herbs and spice that makes Laos food great. I think this and the pool service issue are primarily the result of a lack of training and instruction for staff - they were clearly doing their best, but did not know what to do. Third, the pool area needs a lot more spent on maintenance. The decking is cracking and falling apart. The mosaic tiles in the pool are falling apart, A LOT of the tiles are missing, and I got a very large laceration on my forearm from the sharp edge of a tile sticking out. If this pool were in a western jurisdiction, it would not meet health and safety standards. Fourth, the gym was not worth visiting if you want to lift weights. Possibly the worst weights offering I’ve seen for a hotel of that price and with that much space. We want to reiterate how great and enthusiastic the staff were. I think this is primarily a management oversight, training, and maintenance capex issue.

GGuest UserIt's okay for the price~ I liked the balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It's not completely clean, and you have to take that into account because it's an old building. The location is a bit far from the night market, but you can walk there, and I rented a scooter, so it wasn't difficult to get around.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

YyyfzhshLuang Prabang is a small town. The hotel is not far from the night market and is close to various attractions. It is convenient for reading alms in the morning and eating and shopping at night for massage. The room layout is simple and hygienic. You must take off your shoes when entering the lobby. If you like quiet, don't choose a room facing the street. , Western-style breakfast is simple and nutritious, and very cost-effective.

GGuest UserSpacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast includes a live station, a few warming trays, and three types of fruit. The pool area is pleasant and well-maintained. My only quibble is the Wi-Fi, which can be a bit weak. This place was really a steal for the price.

EEpijBoth good and not so good….first the good: nice hotel, room was large and a great view of the river; pool is nice and the staff were generally friendly. The lady was superb as was one of the male front desk reception. The other male (worked the evenings more) never really paid attention to you as he had his head buried in his phone about 95% time…not necessarily unfriendly, but just didn’t really care. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but there’s only one vehicle so it may conflict with the time you need it if someone else is using the service already. The not so good: the location is quite far from the center where most of your time is spent. They do offer a drop off service, but it ends about 5pm-ish so if you’re out for the day and want to return to the Center for a meal then they’ll need to get a Tuk Tuk for you. We ended up renting a motorbike and always had to use TukTuks as we would come back and try to return later for dinner and drinks. Also the breakfast…there is only one option: noodle soup and they’ll give you some fruit. It was okay, but when I paid for breakfast I thought there would at least be another option. Lastly, you can hear everything in the whole place. If other guests are loud (which we had a few), you can hear them quite clearly in your room. Overall, I would not stay again mainly for the location being a bit far from the center. While disappointing, the breakfast wasn’t terrible, just limited.

Aayano810At first I was planning to stay for 4 nights, but I really liked it and extended it to a week! The room was clean and there was no resistance to putting things on the floor or walking barefoot. It is a very pleasant inn with cleaning up to corner 々. What we liked the most was the staff at the inn. It is run by a Vietnamese girl. It is a cute person who is bright and can work. All the other staff were very kind and loved it. Then, there are about 5 types of breakfast, and if you choose your favorite menu, it will be cooked immediately and served in a warm state. A different fruit is also a set every day! It was also a happy point to have a delicious breakfast every day. There is also a water server, which is helpful. We also handle a wide range of buses, tuk-tuk reservations, motorcycle rentals, and tour reservations to airports and neighboring cities, and we were very grateful for your stay. I feel like I have a home in Luang Prabang. Also, we are talking with our husband and wife to go to Luang Prabang and stay! Thank you staff Zan!

ZZuoanniyingLocation: The hotel is at the end of the foreigner street, near the four-story building of the Internet celebrity coffee shop. The night market is at the door at night, and the morning market is at the back of the alley at the end of the hotel. The location is very lively and excellent. You can walk to any place in the old city in about 20 minutes. Facilities: It is actually a B&B hotel transformed from an old villa with a public area. There is a place to park motorcycles, and there will be barbecue in the yard at night. Then there is local barbecue. Then there is also water for sale and bicycle rental. I feel that the boss should be Chinese, but the big brother on duty during the day at the front desk can speak English, but the front desk at night can't speak English, and can only communicate through a translator into Laotian. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are good. We stayed for three days and there was no cleaning in the middle, but we will give you replacement napkins and mineral water and some things you want. Materials, but to be honest, it is the level of a B&B hotel. Don't be too picky about this thing. Environment: The environment is good, but if you like quiet, it's not good, because the night market will be very late, and the entrance of the night market will block the whole road, you will feel very depressed, although you can come in from the alley next door, but the experience is still not very good? Now the foreigner street of the night market will be closed during a specific time period, so there is no way to get back by transportation. Service: Finally, let's talk about the service. The hotel itself does not provide any services except accommodation. If you want to book a car or rent a motorcycle, you can go to the small pavilion on the right side of the hotel entrance to find the big sister inside. He provides various services such as chartering, car rental, and motorcycle rental, and you can pay with Alipay, WeChat and credit cards. But remember to bargain. He quoted us 100,000 yuan per person for the car we went to the train station at the beginning, but in fact 50,000 yuan per person would be enough. Summary: If you like the hustle and bustle and don't have too high requirements for hygiene, then this place is your best choice, it is full of the atmosphere of local life. You can eat in the yard, I barbecue and chat with friends, you can also stroll in the night market to choose what you like, or go to the morning market and give alms in the morning. Go and see the life of this city in the early morning, but if you like quietness, then I suggest you consider other places, because this place is really noisy, and it is very noisy most of the time during the day. Because it is opposite the food court. Ah, finally remind everyone that you must rent a motorcycle close to your hotel, otherwise every time you return the car, you have to walk back in the hot weather or call a car back, which is very inconvenient. This hotel is located in a closed street, even if you call a car, you have to walk a distance. To be honest, it is still very painful in the hot afternoon. Then when renting or chartering a car outside, you must remember to bargain. I found that Lao people still often like to quote high prices to Chinese people. Maybe they guess that we Chinese will bargain.
