Very kind hotel. Chinese owner and Chinese is the main front desk. The interpreter RIJA was very kind and helped me with color 々. Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле! Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель. Хотя сам отель, номера и пр. вполне ничего

Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

I had a great short stay at this hotel, perfect for entering or leaving the country. Despite arriving in the middle of the night, I was greeted with a smile and promptly assisted to my room. The room is small but well-equipped with everything you need. There was a slight smell from the carpet, but it wasn't a major issue. The staff can also arrange a taxi ride for you, which is very convenient. I recommend this place for short-term stays.

Good value-for-money hotel in central location. Pretty decent restaurant. Friendly staff. A couple of minor downsides: the curtains in my bedroom window weren't sun-blocking, which means that, unless you're wearing a sleep mask, you'll wake up pretty early, if you're sensitive to light; the music in the common area is generally made of lame and syrupy love songs - I wish it was mainly music by Madagasy musicians. Other than this, totally recommend!
