Hotels With Breakfast in Lagos State, Nigeria

This is a hotel first and foremost, then a restaurant. However, I feel they haven't quite sorted out their priorities. The hotel's service (software) is fine, but the facilities (hardware) don't measure up. The renovation seems a bit slapdash, probably just a quick refresh. Some of the older fixtures and fittings were simply covered up. While you can't see them, you can definitely smell them, as there's a persistent musty odor in the room that won't dissipate. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You don't even need loud noises; just people walking down the hallway, and their footsteps come through crystal clear into the room. As for the restaurant, the food tastes good, and the portion sizes are generous. What I can't quite understand, though, are the several dogs roaming around near the food serving area, shaking their fur.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent. I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here. Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you. Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you. And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

It must have been destiny! Here's the gist: I initially planned to stay just one night and then move on, as my business clients are scattered all over the place 😊. But now I've extended my stay for four more days because I simply can't leave! Honestly, after traveling through nearly 10 African countries, this Chinese-run hotel is the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The price is reasonable, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but what really sealed the deal is the food – breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely amazing and so nourishing! Every meal is different, with at least 8 delicious and appetizing dishes 😍. Don't compare it to China; this is just a recommendation for Chinese travelers visiting Lagos, Nigeria. To be honest, I truly hope our future trips will lead us to similar Chinese hotels. The general manager is hands-on, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, and the head chef, a friendly young man from Dalian, is so welcoming and hospitable. In short, the setup gets full marks, and the quality of service also gets full marks from me – you can decide for yourselves! Check out the pictures! The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

Hotel location: The transportation in Lagos is quite convenient. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.

I came to Nigeria for a business trip, and choosing Shu Garden Hotel was such a great decision! The pool water was crystal clear, and it even had a treadmill next to it – a dream come true for fitness enthusiasts. You can combine cardio and relaxation without having to specifically look for a gym. The security was also incredibly reassuring; there's strict registration for entry and exit, so I felt completely safe strolling around the grounds at night. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm and attentive, with every detail taken care of. Next time I'm in Nigeria, I'm definitely staying here again! They also have KTV rooms and such, which are perfect for business entertaining. Plus, it's right next to a bay – I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel in my home country that offers such a unique location.

I had a truly pleasant stay at Ai-Royal and Suite Aga in Ikorodu, Lagos. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome. The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the attention to detail in their service. The facilities were in good condition, and the atmosphere was both safe and homely. It’s a great place to relax whether you’re in Ikorodu for business or leisure. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend Ai-Royal and Suite Aga to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Ikorodu.
