All is good except for the longer queue when checking- in and at breakfast. Maybe because of the holiday season that there are so many guests. I think they need to improve their system coz it really takes a longer time. Thank you for accommodating us.
This hotel was quite busy, but it's very close to Terminal 3 at the airport. The surrounding area is lively with plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. I also tried out the hotel's swimming pool and gym, both of which were pretty good.
I recommend this hotel especially for someone who prefers staying near NAIA airport. The staff are all professional and helpful. I arrived past 10pm already from travel and they accommodated me without any delays. The area is also safe compared to other places in Manila. There's a coffee shop nearby as well.
The housekeeping also makes sure I have my daily supply of water which I'm very grateful for, no need for me to call additional service for that.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
P.S please hug the guard sniffing dog for me. They are all well trained.
I get it, I booked a budget hotel and shouldn't really expect much. And I didn't. But was pleasantly surprised with how nice and courteous their staff were. From the security guards to the front desk clerks - they were all so pleasant and accommodating. Now for the ”bad” part: the check-in process was tedious! Granted it was New Year's eve and they probably were overbooked - but they really need to figure out a better system of booking. Tempers flared and voices raised! The Titas were not pleased! haha! Also, they could use some refurbishing: floor tiles literally taped (as in scotch taped!) on the floor! The desk in the room is wobbly and broken. My biggest beef though is this: I had my room cleaned thinking they would replenish the toiletries or at least keep the ones I partly used. Instead I returned to a room without toilet paper and they took out my used towel which was hanging on the rack (isn't it a universal rule that if you hang your towels, you intend to use it again?) so now, I'm left with just 1 (the extra) towel. I mean, why remove the toilet paper?! If they were not going to replace it with a fresh, new roll, at least leave whatever was left from the previous day! It really took them more time, energy and effort to remove what was there - which I barely touched, by the way. Just seemed odd! Also, the breakfast buffet, while quite affordable at P450 per person, is really not that exciting. You're better off going to the Jollibee next door or get one of those microwaveable meals from 7-11 (also at the ground floor). Checking out was quicker, except for the super long wait for elevators!
Overall, the experience is so nice 😊 Friendly staff and the buffet breakfast menu is many to choose from. We booked a 2-day stay, and I noticed that their main course does change which is a bonus... You wont get tired of the same food during your stay.
Whenever i come home and need to stay in mnl, i typically look for places that offer amenities i haven’t tried. I’M hotel offered those amenities- a unique and good sized length lap pool as well as the Onsen Spa. I was sold.
The pool area was gorgeous especially at night with their “birdcage” cabanas. The Spa oh darling if i could use that more than was recommended, I would have! Bonus points for the massage and personalized service as well as the rooftop bar and views 😍
I want to also send a shout out to the professional , helpful and utterly amazing staff. I believe that a business has a huge chance of longevity mainly due to how wonderful the staff takes care of the guests needs. Front desk helped us navigate with checking in and out, getting our rides and helping us with other needs- be it housekeeping, dining or other tasks. Housekeeping, pool guys, food and beverage people, and security went above and beyond with their responsibilities. I have no complaints.
I also would like to point out something that I hope to be taken into consideration. While we were there for 2 days, we had limited options for drinks during breakfast. Being in a tropical country- having local flavors would be such a great addition to the buffet spread. Calamansi or Mango juices would have been very much appreciated. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
Thank you I’M hotel for making it a relaxing stay.
All good except when checking in. Arrived 12:30pm but was advised to come back at 2PM since no rooms were available yet. Went to Sm 1st then came back at 2:20 pm and there were two long lines already. Only 2 counters for regular customers and one line for seniors and with babies. Assisted already by quarter to 4 pm. So 2 hrs in line and no AC in the lobby at that time. Got a headache aftr since its so hot. Was hoping that the FO assisted me already when I arrived and just assigned a room after.
It was the only issue I encounter and hoping that they have a resolution for the next holidays to prevent this if they knew there will be a lot of guests.
Checked in Hotel 101 in Moa during holidays too but it was so fast and no long queue of lines.
stayed for just one night and overall the experience was positive. The location is convenient — about 15 minutes from the airport without much traffic — and the room was quiet. The windows could not be opened, but the temperature remained comfortable even with the air conditioning turned off, as the unit itself is quite noisy.
The room was spacious and modern, which I really appreciated. However, cleanliness is an aspect that clearly needs attention. I am attaching photos, as it is easier to understand: the floor did not seem properly cleaned, there were stains on the shower floor that could likely be removed with the right product, fingerprints on the TV, marks on the mirror, and the glass surfaces were not clear. The bedsheets also had visible stains, which was disappointing.
The hotel has good potential thanks to its convenient location and modern rooms, but housekeeping standards should be improved. I did not try breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Upon arrival, the security guard assisted us with our luggage, but no one offered further help until we reached the check-in area or when sending us up to our room. The check-in process was smooth, and we went straight to our room.
As we walked through the corridor, there was a strange smell, but we chose to ignore it. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. However, cleanliness was an issue. There were stains on the bathroom floor, the non-slip mat was not very clean, and there was some dust around the room. We overlooked these at first.
When it was time to sleep, the pillows had an unpleasant odor, which made me uncomfortable. They didn’t smell fresh, more like dust. Since it was late and my kids were exhausted, my husband simply covered the pillow with his clean shirt so we could rest.
The next morning, I noticed stains on the bed sheets that were clearly not ours. They looked permanent, so I requested housekeeping. The towels also appeared old, no longer white, and while some of the extra towels we requested were acceptable, others were worn out.
Parking was limited, with only a few slots available. Staff informed us that if the lot was full, we would need to pay for parking.
When we returned to our room later, I was disappointed to find that the bed sheets still had the same stains. Housekeeping had only changed the pillowcases.
Overall, the property itself was nice, but cleanliness needs significant improvement. For example, the brown stains in the bathroom should be addressed, the bathroom mat replaced, and the tissue box cleaned, it was black with visible dust and stains.
On a positive note, the air-conditioning filter was clean, which I appreciated, as my previous stay elsewhere had been terrible in that regard.
I’m not sure if I would stay here again. The only highlight was the staff, who were very accommodating and kind.

We chose to stay here for one night because of the good reviews. The location is convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided good service. The buffet was okay. We enjoy staying in hotels, but I don’t usually leave reviews, however, this experience stood out. This is the first high-rated hotel I’ve stayed at that charged ₱150 for the use of a plate, spoon, and fork (per set). The room itself was average. It was big and spacious, but it felt like it hadn’t been used in a while. The furniture and fixtures looked worn out and could use some updating. The bathroom, in particular, was unpleasant. It didn’t smell when we first entered the room, but after using it, there was a noticeable odor that lingered. There didn’t seem to be proper ventilation or any odor control to address this issue. We also encountered a lot of mosquitoes inside the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable especially since we have a child and dengue is very prevalent this season. Would definitely say that their room rates did not match what could be their rating standards.

AAnonymous UserThe room was big. Staff was friendly. The only downside about our stay was the sink. The floor was always wet because of it and had to wait for the rubber mat but we never got it.
Hotel was near many restaurants and convenience stores.
SShenlan314Overall, it's pretty good, though the value for money is just average. I was a bit hesitant to book after reading some reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected once I checked in. The breakfast was decent too.
**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
MMiranda and Purag TravelThis was my third stay at The Bayview, and once again it didn’t disappoint. My room on the 11th floor offered a breathtaking view of the sunrise and sunset—truly the highlight of my stay. The Christmas decorations around the property added a beautiful, festive atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast featured delicious Filipino food along with great coffee. Transportation was easy, as taxis and Grab rides were readily available after checkout. The guard and hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Another wonderful stay!❤️💪

GGuest UserThis hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants an easy access to mall and other tourist spot within Metro Manila. The staffs starting from guards to information are friendly and helpful. Our experience with the good services they offer is memorable and exceptional. Kudos to all the staffs. The food taste is good and worth the price. Thank you for making our stay a memorable and special one Eurotel.. God bless
GGuest UserThe place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all.
We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online.
The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.
AAnonymous UserWe had a great experience during our stay. The room was very spacious and comforting, which made it easy to relax. The hotel itself wasn’t crowded, so it felt peaceful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!
