I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

Rooms were a bit small but clean. Staff was hospitable, polite and well mannered. Not too far but far for those with small kids and who don’t like to walk much 😄 or in the hot sun. Breakfast was in adjacent building and was reasonable. Same menu for the two days we stayed.

The hotel is very close to the Haram. The services inside the hotel are excellent. However, the cleanliness is far below expectations. As for check-in, we were deceived; I had booked for an 11 AM check-in but wasn't allowed in before 3 PM. The reception staff told us that the hotel's policy differs from the website's, and we were the ones who suffered because of it. Therefore, next time I'll book directly with the hotel and not through a website. Wishing you all the best.

Mashaallah Jahid and Emon have been extremely helpful. They would almost respond almost immediately. They have been very careful towards my 10 year old son who was ill. I would highly recommend them.

Trip.com described Sofitel as a leading premium hotel and we were so excited to give a try. But it turned out to be not quite accurate : 1. The hotel layout, its setting in particular the lobby area and reception is so small and does not exude any premium vibes. 2. The lifts, are also quite tiny and if a wheelchair user gets in, then it feels crowded already. 3. The room once we entered was not fully ready eg wrong name displayed on tv screen, bathrobe not hung as it should be, no towels etc etc. Pls refer to the pictures attached.

Here’s a polished Google review you can use: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Plaza Al Madinah Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially for Fajr and Isha. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping was consistent, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a relaxing stay. The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Breakfast had a good variety of options, and the overall environment of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. I truly appreciate the smooth check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel near to women prayer 25 26 Gate 339-338. Less than 5 minutes walk to Masjid Nabawi's entrance. What I like was this hotel have many lifts (6 lift) so it takes less time to go up or down unlike the other hotel. Restaurant and shopping lot beside hotel, very convenient to eat & shop after taraweeh / pray. Breakfast International buffet with plchoices of food and staff quickly refill/top up the food if it nearly empty. All staffs are helpful from receptionist, housekeeping and concierge. I really satisfied staying here. Thanks for the hospitality and i will book this hotel again next time.

AAnonymous UserI booked this room for my parents who were performing their Umrah during Ramadan. They really enjoyed their 5-night stay at this hotel. One of the biggest advantages is its proximity to Al-Nabawi Mosque, which is incredibly convenient for attending prayers, especially during Ramadan. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. My parents felt very much at ease throughout their entire stay. They truly appreciated their experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Medina for Umrah or a spiritual visit.

Lli.ohaoThe hotel's location is a definite highlight, absolutely stunning. However, it's crucial to arrange transportation with the hotel in advance, otherwise, an Uber ride will cost you an arm and a leg. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the signature Banyan Tree essential oils felt like an amazing bonus in a desert hotel. Overall service was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist. Of course, there was one disappointment: the mountain pool was closed due to a safety issue with falling rocks.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was truly remarkable, and it is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the holy city. From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances. The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram. Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times. Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day. Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. I would gladly stay here again so long as prices remain reasonable God willing and confidently recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and quality during their visit to this sacred city.

GGuest UserThe hotel was magnificent, very close to Masjid Nabawi. The room was very spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were very kind and attentive. The Boustane Al Safia museum is right next to the hotel, with restaurants for all tastes. I highly recommend it and will gladly return.

GGuest UserWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

AAnonymous UserI booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops. Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience. Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time. A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.
