For what the hotels worth, it’s a really good one. The beds are super comfy, the toilets are clean and the staff are helpful. Shuttle bus is provided for all 5 prayers to the Masjid. Used uber sometimes if I had other plans, and it’s affordable. Probably the only negative thing I experienced is that the wifi can be a bit unstable inside the room. Other than that, totally worth it.

Affordable hotel with quite good location near An Nabawi. The check in was smooth, very responsive CS for asking several things and booking code for nusuk matters, only by WhatsApp. The room is small and no window but we could get some rest here. There is a small restaurant near and affordable. Unfortunately, we left our plastic consists of our shoes at the lobby while catching pick up taxi to Makkah. My mistake but there was no good news about it. At the same day as we arrived at Makkah, directly contact the CS but no one saw it and they did not want to check the cctv. Service: Check-in was a bit slow; breakfast was quite poor, with few varieties and poor quality. The bread and cakes seemed to be unpacked. Hygiene: The hygiene was OK, but one bath towel was missing. Environment: Very close to the beach and not too far from the restaurant. Facilities: The bedside lamp in the room was broken, but it was OK for one night

The hotel was very clean and well presented. For a three star hotel everything was a good standard. The location was the best . Only 15 minutes walk to masjid Nawabi. They provide shuttle bus to drop off and pick up every 30 minutes. The food was an additional, complimentary with the room. The breakfast during Ramadan is replaced by Iftar. Overall house keeping was very good and very attentive to your needs. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with good quality towels and the bed sheets were 100% cotton. The bed were firm and very comfortable.

The room is clean and tidy, nice, the food is delicious, I didn't expect their fried rice to be so good, suitable for Chinese taste, the front desk lady is very nice, patient and friendly, the waiter is also good

The hotel is super nice! Its clean and quite, the location in my opinion is also great as it is only a 10 min drive to the train station, and given how cheap it is, you can easily spend the extra bucks to uber back and forth to the city. The hotel is super new, the washroom is amazing!!!!! The bed sheets super clean and comfy! And the carpet is well cleaned and plush! I will definitely book again when come back.!!! The location is good, close to Elephant Rock and also near Winter Park, which is a tour pick-up point. However, getting from the room to the reception, pool, restaurant, spa, and fitness center requires a bit of a walk. Golf carts are available but often take a while to arrive. The shower was broken but was promptly fixed. Breakfast was delicious.

Honestly, I really liked everything about this hotel. What I appreciate the most is the kindness of the staff. Right from those security guards at the entrance who goes extra miles and those guys/ brothers in grey t- shirts ( not sure what they are called) they were extremely wonderful, responsive and helpful. I wish I had names but those guys take their jobs very seriously and always wearing smile on their faces even in Ramadan.The receptionist were very helpful, professional and kind too. Great atmosphere!

I only got this hotel as my previous hotel cancelled on us 2 weeks before the arrival date. After reading some reviews online I was but concerned but stay at the hotel was peaceful as my family 5 of us stayed in one big room with 3 single beds and one king size bed. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Particularly one staff name Mubarak was very helpful and always was there if anything needed. So overall it was a good experience. Thank

We had a genuinely wonderful stay at Saja Al Madina! Honestly, the location is everything—it made visiting the Prophet's Mosque so incredibly easy and stress-free. Being able to walk there in minutes was a tremendous blessing and the hotel’s greatest asset. But it wasn't just the proximity; the staff made a huge difference. Everyone we encountered, from the people at check-in to the housekeeping team, was professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. We felt genuinely valued as guests. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and provided a much-needed, serene sanctuary after a long day.
