Hotels With Breakfast in Kien Giang Province, Vietnam

The hotel, which is around 10 years old, is located on a very narrow sandy beach and the adjacent swimming pool is completely overcrowded with loungers. Relaxation looks different, absolutely no privacy and children screaming and jumping into the water. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet restaurant is also completely overcrowded. This 5-star hotel can only be recommended to a limited extent. Apart from the bedroom and the spa area, this hotel definitely offers no opportunity for rest and relaxation. The friendly staff speaks and understands English very poorly. The hotel would be well advised to either take in far fewer guests or to carry out major expansion work. The price-performance ratio is only satisfactory.

First time staying at La Festa, it was very comfortable and convenient. The front desk staff was warm and courteous, with high efficiency in handling tasks, quickly and effectively resolving the issues I raised. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were proactive and polite. I will definitely stay here again.

I had a high fever, chills, vomiting and food poisoning from the oysters I ate at the night market, but I managed to escape with the help of a nurse who was stationed at the hotel and prescribed me medicine. I was very anxious when I experienced food poisoning for the first time in a foreign country while travelling, but I am very grateful that I was able to use the translation app to have a conversation with the nurse and receive proper medical attention. I was able to return home safely today. The rooms and the hotel were always cleaned by the staff and the hotel was always clean. Unfortunately, the Chinese family littered the corridor with rubbish and made a mess, so please behave with good manners.

We booked a 2 bedroom unit and it comes with a dining area, living area, 2 bathrooms and even a kitchen space ( no cutleries tho). Unit was also well equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety and staff were also polite and attentive. There was even a small Christmas party while we were there and all guests were invited to join the mini buffet. In room dining was expensive but there wasn't a need to really order from them as there is a night market opposite the hotel which has very good food options. The best part was the pool area - massive pool and it leads you to the sea! It's a private beach and really a good view ! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if I head to Phu Quoc again !

Very popular hotel with high occupancy, as evidenced by the huge crowd almost daily during breakfast hours (6.30 to 10.30 am). Peak hours is around 8 to 9.30 am, near impossible to find vacant seats, even though seating capacity is pretty large in the restaurant. Breakfast spread is substantial and is replenished regularly but the hot dishes (slightly different daily) are not really tasty/delicious. The usual staples are better, eg bread, ham/bacon, eggs, salad and fruits. Coffee is not great, I took a few sips and didn’t want it anymore. Pool is huge and reasonably clean but there are some missing mosaic tiles on parts of the pool wall which should have been better maintained. You can watch fireworks on Saturdays if you stay in a pool-facing room on a high floor. Rooms on the same side as the main entrance face trees and nothing else (fine for people who prefer greenery). The rooms on the other remaining sides either have partial sea-views or partial view of Grandworld/open field. The room itself is very plain looking - adding some decorations (eg hang some paintings/posters or place a couple of attractive cushions) would have enhanced the interior design. Overall, I’m pleased with my hotel choice – strong points: location, cleanliness, facilities and services are very good and it is excellent value if you get a good room rate in your booking.

If we compare this to resort; the price only differs around 2 dollars for their sea view room, but I think the breakfast and service quality greatly differs. The view from the residence sea view studio is amazing, I liked it more than the resort. On the other hand, service, cleanness, and breakfast are a lot better in the resort. The resort sea view room comes with a capsule coffee machine and has small details such as beach tote bags and umbrellas. Also, the study desk is more convenient, and the room is a little bigger. Gym is also on this side. The residence comes with a kitchen, no capsule machine, no cutlery, nothing in the kitchen. The sink makes the room smelly. The room generally was smelly. The sheets never smelt fresh for all 3 days, even though I saw them changing the sheets. I don't think they cleaned the bathtub because the insect in the picture was there for all 3 days, even if the house keeping kept cleaning. The breakfast area is a lot smaller than the resort. Also, the breakfast selection is not as wide as the resort. For example, the resort had gluten-free options and baristas to make different types of coffee. If you prefer having a good view and a sink, go to the residence. If you need convenience, go to the resort. Also, there was a BBQ option for Saturdays. I found it quite overpriced. The menu selection was very limited, even less than breakfast. We asked for mangos, but they didn't have it. The fruits included were all the cheap ones. Only one type of beer was included, and it was not from the refrigerator. I think bbq was my worst experience in the whole movenpick resort residence experience.

There is a constant crowd of people leaving/arriving in the lobby. It's dirty everywhere. When you arrive, you see a very dirty roof over the main entrance. This is a Turkish hotel with a corresponding contingent. There are holes in the floor in the room, swollen and bad furniture everywhere, the door to the balcony does not close (the hole through which the lizard climbed to us at night), a bad refrigerator. The price is clearly too high, I do not recommend it and will never stop again. The only plus is the tickets to the show, that's it.

My stay at Crowne Plaza Phu Quoc Starbay was fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with spacious and modern rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The beach and pool area were serene, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. A great choice for a peaceful getaway!

I booked for 2nights, but decided to stay 2 more days, because it’s really wonderful hotel. I enjoyed everything here: clean hotel, room, friendly stuff, swimming pool, breakfast. We everyday took free bus from hotel and went to Grand World. Strongly recommend to families spend your precious time in this hotel

Everything about this hotel is superb. Great beach, lots of sun loungers, enough for everyone. Loved the breakfasts, especially the ice cream and donut station. Big rooms. It was also my husband's birthday, they brought us a cake.

Villa is large and clean, with a pretty big swimming pool that can actually swim. Services are good, providing an app to communicate with the staff and able to book services through it, like book buggy or in villa BBQ etc. But most of the staff need to improve their English speaking abilities, i guess only 1/3 of the staff can actually communicate with English. Other than that, it’s a very good villa.

There are a lot of 4-star hotels in Rakja, so I stayed one night with my friends after reading the reviews. Although it is a bit old, I had a good rest at a reasonable price. The pool isn't that small and my friends enjoyed swimming in the slightly salty water. I will visit again next time I have the chance.

Tôi có dịp đi du lịch qua Hòn Sơn vào sáng hôm sau nên tôi phải ngủ 1 đêm tại Rạch Giá, xem đánh giá của mọi người Tôi rất an tâm đi đặt, quả thật tiền khách sạn vừa túi tiền, nhưng dịch vụ quá tốt, có xe taxj miễn phí đưa qua phòng tập gym, đi ăn tối. Nếu vị khách nào đòi hỏi cao về phòng thì nên tìm chỗ khác, tuy có vài con kiến thôi nhưng đối với mình thì không sao, so với giá đó và dịch vụ đó thì mình mãn nguyện rồi. Xin cám ơn ks đã cho Tôi 1 đêm trải nghiệm tại Rạch giá thật tuyệt vời, và Tôi sẽ muốn đến vài lần nữa.

Cool hotel with beautiful territory. The staff is friendly. You need to drive to the hotel on a dirt road. It gets very wet when it rains. There was a lot of water in our room when we arrived and we were given a room with a direct view of the pool. The room is clean, but due to the dampness there is mold on the walls. There are a lot of mosquitoes here in the evening, close the doors as soon as you enter and close the window in the shower. It is very difficult to swim in the pool in the evening because of the huge number of mosquitoes. But the water in the pool is very warm. We arrived at the hotel in the evening and asked the staff to provide a menu, they said that there were only a few dishes left. We ordered rice, scrambled eggs and coffee. The rice was old and dried out, we did not eat it. The scrambled eggs were ok. But they did not have bread. They did not bring me coffee. The next morning we ordered coffee - very tasty.

Нашей основной целью была ночевка в городе и наутро ехать на пароме на остров Фукуок, поэтому не долго думали и выбрали отель не в центре, а прямо у паромной станции (в отель нас доставила автобусная компания). До парома 5-7 минут пешком, до центра с супермаркетами (унылые) и набережной минут 12-15. Это новый район города, все свежее, улица тихая, впрочем, через пару дней мы поняли, что в номере нет окна, поэтому было идеально тихо. Номер просторный, много места для вещей, просторная ванная, есть расходники (бритва, щетки, палочки, мыло), каждый ставят 2 бутылки воды. Есть чайник и холодильник. Несмотря на то, что в описании отель был без завтрака, каждый день кормили - или лапша, или яичница. В этом городе мы итого пробыли не один день, а три, поскольку в связи со штормом отменяли паромы на Фукуок. Транспортная компания каждый раз перебронировала билет на следующий день, а мы бронировали отель через трип ком.

5 minutes walk from the pier. There are restaurants and big supermarkets around Pros. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are ok. The city doesn't have a tourist infrastructure, so I recommend a simple one-night schedule.
