I usually have a good time at the resort and stayed a couple of times. This time from the start, there were a few things:
I had asked reception because we were going early, to have the breakfast boxes for the kids early to take at 5:30.
When we got to the restaurant in the evening it took a while to be served.
When we got the kids in the shower, there were no towels and when we phoned it took a while.
We also phoned to ask for normal milk as my child can’t have creomora and they said they would bring but never did.
Then our taxi driver let us down so I called reception to book an airport shuttle in the morning and she said she would call back but never did. Eventually after I called back, they got back to me with results. Didn’t tell me the price though.
When we checked out at 5:30, they didn’t have the breakfast boxes. And told us our taxi was K400 per head!
So all in all, wasn’t a great one.

Guest UserThe service at this hotel is amazing, everyone made me feel very welcome every day. The breakfast was very good, and as someone who stayed here for 2 weeks there was enough variety each day that I didn’t get very bored by the end. Housekeeping was great and provided ample amenities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel is its location in the CBD, which is not a safe area and experiences heavy traffic almost every day, especially during rush hour. However, the hotel itself is very safe, in the sense that I was not worried that any harm would come to me once I was inside the building. Additionally, there were often glitches with the WiFi, but unfortunately that is the case in most places in Zambia and the connectivity was usually stable enough to do video calls.

HanjunJUN haicuhui | lankaStaying at a Chinese-owned hotel is just so convenient. They offer airport transfers and have Chinese food available. The area seems pretty safe, and the room is spacious enough. They even have massage services. Don't compare it to standards in China; you have to consider the local conditions. Thumbs up!

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Literally behind the parliament fence. Which means relative peace, quiet at night and 24-hour security. The spacious green area with a swimming pool is a romantic place for breakfast, work or just doing nothing. The guest rooms are not the most outstanding, but they have everything you need these days, although without toiletries. Two rolls of paper are the maximum decoration of the bathroom. But there is a refrigerator, TV, wardrobe, table, bedside table. Live and enjoy, if you are not afraid of periodic power outages, water, Internet (usually short-term). But that's what Africa is for.

Service: Fortunately, there are freshly made knife-cut noodles, steamed buns, steamed bread, porridge, etc. for breakfast, which satisfies the Chinese stomach.
All the chefs are Chinese, and the Chinese food ordered for dinner is also good. The portion is also good.
However, the hotel facilities are old and dirty, and the room smells of old cigarettes. I will not book next time.

Guest UserI had a very good stay at this hotel during my recent trip to Lusaka. It is particularly well-suited for Chinese visitors, as many of the facilities and written instructions are provided in both Chinese and English, which makes navigating the hotel very convenient. The service throughout my stay was excellent. I would especially like to recognize Grace, who has been an outstanding receptionist and hotellier, always professional, welcoming, and attentive. Her warm assistance truly elevated the experience. The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. Overall, this is a great option to consider for an international business trip, offering good service and facilities at a very reasonable price point.

I booked a twin room, but the room I received was different from the photos I saw when I booked. The staff and the lodge owner were friendly, but
there were no outlets next to the bed or nearby, so I had to use the single outlet at the bathroom entrance. There was an air conditioner and refrigerator, but they didn't work.
So, I had to sleep with a fan on a far-off outlet in the heat.
Also,
I was excited because breakfast was included and room service was available,
but the breakfast they brought me at 9 a.m. was just black tea, a piece of fried chicken on dry bread without any jam or butter, lol.

COLAbearFacilities: Everything seemed new. Toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers were provided, but there was no hairdryer. The kettle was broken, but after calling the front desk, they promptly replaced it with a working one.
Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Complimentary bottled water was available. However, they occasionally forgot to restock the water after cleaning.
Environment: There are Chinese restaurants and a Chinese supermarket nearby.
Service: The service was decent, neither outstanding nor poor.

Rizwan 122I had a great stay! The host was very kind and even offered complimentary airport pickup and drop-off, which I really appreciated. The host made breakfast himself and was delicious and a lovely touch. Overall, everything was comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!
