A wonderful hotel, not far from the center of Yerevan. The staff is very responsive, when help was needed, they not only explained, but did everything they could and really helped! Delicious breakfasts, cookies and fruits in the lobby. I would like to separately note the pool, jacuzzi and hamam. There is a beauty salon and spa area, a gym, restaurants and cafes. I definitely recommend it

Came to Yerevan on a business trip, the hotel was recommended by the client, near Republic Square, very convenient for eating and traveling around, the lady at the front desk could speak some Chinese, very friendly, great!

First of all, the location of the hotel is an absolute advantage. It is near Republic Square. It is only a three-minute walk to the square and about six or seven minutes to the subway station. Convenient for transportation, food, drinks and entertainment! The environment is also good, clean and tidy. For us Chinese, there are not many choices for breakfast, so just eat enough! I thought I could have a good night's sleep, but at around 5 a.m., a sound like a car starting suddenly came from the air-conditioning vent above the door, which woke me up. After looking for the sound for a long time, I continued to sleep in a daze. (The rooms in the back are usually available after a little more than half an hour. After getting up and going out, I still heard it until I came back to check out at 11:45. There is a video, but it is less than five seconds and only 4 seconds. The location is quite convenient, on the edge of the city center, right next to Kond. Nearby is a 24-hour City store. There are many cafes in the city, a 5-minute walk from the restaurant street Saryan. I didn't like that the reservation indicated a room ”Superior with a balcony and a king-size bed”, they put me in a regular one without a balcony and 2 pushed together beds without any comments. In my wishes, I asked for a high floor (the hotel has 6 floors), they put me on the 3rd. I asked for a higher floor - they answered that you have a good view from the window (apparently, this was sarcasm), opposite the window there is a house). Of course, they were not obliged, but I don't think it was not possible, the aftertaste remained.

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectations. The hotel is located in the very center. Very nice hall, everything is clean and very stylish. The territory is looked after very well, in the evening they clean the pool area, vacuum, etc. Breakfasts are a solid 5! The room itself is already quite tired. The window in our room overlooked the wall of another building, which you can almost reach with your hand. But the bed linen is good. The pillows and mattress are comfortable. As for the recreation area with the pool. We were very surprised that they did not let us in with berries! We had raspberries and blackberries with us. They said that you can't bring your own food, only order something in their restaurant. But they don't have berries! Of course, we didn't understand this, but they took the berries from us. Also, there are a lot of people in the pool, because you can come ”from the street” and buy a ticket to the pool. In general, for this price you can find a better option. We will definitely not go there a second time.

The hotel breakfast is quite rich, the doorman is very friendly. The swimming pool is nice. But the gym has few equipment. The location is OK, it takes about ten minutes to walk to the Grand Staircase and Republic Square. There is a small supermarket downstairs.

This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yerevan. Perfect location for the central part of Yerevan, great cleaning and breakfast with the full set of continental food and local cuisine. I really enjoined the relaxing atmosphere without any noise from streets and other rooms.

The hotel is new, located on the mountain: large rooms, huge floor-to-ceiling windows with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. Very clean, excellent service, friendly staff. The hotel has a nice large gym, a 25m pool and a second 50m outside, there is a spa area. I definitely recommend the hotel, but you need to understand that it is not in the center, we took a taxi to the center and rented a car for trips out of town.
