Yerevan 4 nights, 2 nights at Marriott and 2 nights at Holiday
Bedding is definitely good at Marriott and the room is spacious
Twin room bed is a single bed, so it feels cramped
Breakfast is generally okay
Location is good, right next to Republic Square
There are many restaurants and marts around
The hotel is in a good location. Very close to the French Embassy. There is a supermarket across the road. Free parking. The attitude of the front desk is average. Not as good as expected. And the price in Yerevan is not lower than that in Beijing. The room is average. Two bottles of free glass bottled mineral water are provided.
We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia.
The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it.
There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting.
Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery.
Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park
Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park
The room temperature didn't rise. I told the front desk the next morning and they said they would have someone check it out. When I returned to the room that night, it didn't change. It was always at 20 degrees. The air conditioner could only reach 22 degrees all night. I told the front desk that night and they asked the manager to bring a heater, but they didn't bring it. This is a big problem
A good hotel for exploring the city. The location is excellent, special thanks to the girls at the reception, especially Sonya and Marina, all issues were resolved quickly and professionally. I can't say anything about the food, I didn't take breakfast, it seems to me that the cost of breakfast at 9000 drams is greatly overpriced, there are many excellent cafes and restaurants nearby with breakfasts 3 times cheaper.
The city is not big. The hotel is in the city center, and the Republic Square is just across the street. The geographical environment is good. You can basically walk to the indoor attractions! There are also many one-day tour cars and restaurants at the door, and the transportation location is good!
The service is OK, the staff is very enthusiastic, the breakfast is OK, mainly Western style, and it will be cleaned every day!
Incredibly friendly staff! We were given a late check-out free of charge and without our requests, which greatly simplified our transfer in Yerevan - special thanks for this! The rooms are clean and spacious. The food in room service is delicious. The hotel is located right on one of the main streets of Yerevan - we had time to sleep and walk around the center during our visit. Happy with the accommodation!
I'm very satisfied with this hotel, but the bathroom is a bit small. There are not many varieties of breakfast but the taste is good. The climate in Yerevan is similar to that of Xinjiang, so the fruits are very delicious. The hotel service staff is also very enthusiastic and proactive and does not charge tips. Ask for a tip directly at the coffee bar next to the roadside with a small fountain when you check out.
The supreme room is a room facing the elevator, and it is the result of paying for an upgrade. The location is good, if you want a quiet environment, you can ignore it. It is close to the attractions and there are many restaurants around. It is difficult to make mistakes. Don't just trust TripAdvisor.

EErmolaevaChoosing a hotel is always a tough task if you are a germaphobe. After researching dozens of hotels, I decided to book Dave Hotel Yerevan. Opened in 2021, the hotel still feels brand new–rooms and common areas are pristine, food is fresh, and staff is happy.
In addition, Dave Hotel offers a variety of tours that are personally tailored according to your schedule, preferences and interests.
A huge thank you to ****n who organized an amazing day-tour to Lake Sevan and Garni!! Enjoying panoramic views of gorgeous Armenia while riding a jet ski in Lake Sevan was one of the best travel experiences of my life! I also took an evening-tour in Yerevan. It was Tuesday, yet the city felt like Friday–very vibrant. Republic Square is an artwork, but the observatory is my personal favorite.
Although I managed (with the help of ****n) to see a lot during my 30-hour trip in Yerevan, Armenia has so much more to offer. I can’t wait to come back!

VViacheslavThe hotel itself is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always helpful. Everything inside is very beautifully decorated. Excellent rooms, everything is new. I liked the mattresses (they wrote in the reviews that they were hard). On the fourth floor there is a terrace from which you can see Ararat. The main disadvantage is the location. The hotel is a little far from the center. Although you can get to the center by taxi. It takes 5-10 minutes and costs 200 rubles. There is also a metro station nearby. There is a good store across the road. You will not find any decent cafes or restaurants nearby, you can only go to the center. Or eat in the hotel itself. There is nowhere to walk either. But such hotels in the center cost at least twice as much.
KKaituozhelangrenI have to comment on this. I saw someone comment before booking that the room was not what I wanted. So I bought cancellation insurance for 60 yuan. After arriving, I insisted on looking at the room first. The room 308 on the third floor that I was taken to see was simply uninhabitable. The window was blocked by a building next door. I told the front desk that someone had complained before that they spent money on a high-end hotel but were given a room that was not what they wanted. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and then I was asked to see room 810 on the 8th floor facing the opera house. It was really refreshing, with windows facing the city and Yerevan steps. But the shower in the bath was not working properly, the water was small and sometimes hot and sometimes cold.
Conclusion, the location of the entire hotel is impeccable, and free parking is also available, but the premise is that the room type is worth the price! If you feel that the room types given by this platform are targeted at guests in a specific area, don't book it, and please remove it from Ctrip.

GGuest UserThe rooms are large, spacious. The room cost includes good breakfasts, sauna, swimming pool, fitness room. On the respiratory (located in Valencia) there is a nice, friendly and very friendly girl Ani, who promptly and professionally assists in the issues raised (acquaintance with the hotel infrastructure, ordering a taxi, Recommendations for sights, purchase of Armenian sweets and delicious foods). By criterion, the price-quality hotel exceeds all expectations!!!
AAl837This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yerevan. Perfect location for the central part of Yerevan, great cleaning and breakfast with the full set of continental food and local cuisine. I really enjoined the relaxing atmosphere without any noise from streets and other rooms.
VVIKTORIIAWhen choosing a hotel, it was important for me to be able to arrive at night and check in. Spartak was at the reception desk, he made me laugh at nightfall. They checked me in quickly.
There is a terminal for paying with a Russian card, for this I am truly grateful.
Cleanliness and silence. I was not able to try it tomorrow, next time I will think about it in advance. But they explained where the street of cafes and restaurants is, everything is close.
Thank you very much for your service! You have won me over!
