My stay at COZi Hotel was excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a wide range of amenities and family-friendly services. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis, upgrading my room at no cost, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro and less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for a stopover in Hong Kong. I would gladly choose to stay here again, even if it is slightly further from where I need to be, because of the overall convenience, comfort, and ease of the experience.

This hotel is a bit old fashioned but the location is really worth staying there. Don't worry, there is no noise from the market downstairs. The street is a bit crowded but you can easily access the city center area. Highly recommend 👌

I painstakingly searched for a hotel without bug complaints, but to my dismay, I still ran into trouble. Prior to my arrival, I'd seen many reviews for other hotels mentioning bugs and bites, so I meticulously chose one that had no such reports. However, the bedding felt very damp. I felt itchy all over during the night, and when I woke up, I discovered my entire thigh was red and swollen. Oh my goodness, I've never experienced anything like this! It was truly unbearable, and I'm utterly speechless.

The room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points.
If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel.
When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.

⭐ 5/5 – Wonderful Service, Hospitality & Location.
Nathan Hotel went above and beyond during our stay! We loved the clean, spacious rooms, early check-in, and amazing breakfast—even while the dining area was under renovation, they made sure guests still had a hot and satisfying meal (unlike Holiday inn express Kowloon, which offered only poor excuses and cold sandwiches).
We had planned to visit Macau on our last day, but the weather didn’t cooperate. Thankfully, the hotel kindly allowed us a late check-out at 1 PM free of charge. We even asked to extend it until 4PM (willing to pay), but they were fully booked—still, we really appreciated their hospitality and effort.
The location is fantastic, right by the MTR and even walkable to Victoria Harbour. We only regret not booking our full trip here. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

The location of the hotel is great for exploring Kowloon it is very close to the metro station and there are shops and restaurants near by. The staff are very helpful and nice. The hotel facilities are not very modern and because of the humidity in HK it smells a bit like humidity rather than that it is convenient for resting and exploring. For the price is it ok, I like that they have glass reusable bottles for the room that you can fill with water.

I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly.
The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere!
Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home.
Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel for families, work or solo travellers! We stayed at Club room and all employees there were so welcoming and polite. During typhoon Ragasa they managed everything in such an orderly manner that, apart of noise from the wind, we didn’t feel any impact on the level of service at all.

The hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below).
The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔
No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price.
Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔

This time, I was in Hong Kong for a business trip. I originally planned a quick, intense day trip, but after seeing hotel prices drop post-summer peak, I decided to slow down and book a one-night stay. The gentleman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and proactively upgraded me to a suite. Everything was excellent, making for a very pleasant experience.

DDxnxxlWonderful stay! I booked Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong through Trip.com and the process was seamless — instant confirmation, easy check-in and everything matched the listing perfectly. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, my room was clean and comfortable with all the essentials, and the location was excellent for exploring Causeway Bay and getting around the city. Great value for money and a stress-free booking experience. I’d definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserThe room was optimally sized , providing a comfortable balance of space and functionality. A larger smart TV was highlight, offering excellent entertainment options like you tube .
The air conditioning performed very well, maintaining a consistently pleasant temperature throughout the stay. A mini fridge was available, though its capacity was limited to a few cans of beverages, which may not be sufficient for guests requiring more storage.Overall , the room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
99966xiangI pre-booked a sea-view suite and even went so far as to email the hotel with detailed explanations and specific requests. However, this hotel clearly doesn't care about its guests! I particularly felt there was a subtle discrimination against mainland Chinese guests. Firstly, they never respond to any online reviews, and secondly, all mainland guests seem to be assigned to lower floors. Despite the hotel having over 400 rooms, and my prior request via email for a high-floor room, the front desk staff completely disregarded my request. They flat-out refused, stating that only rooms on the fifth floor were available. The entire check-in experience was extremely unpleasant.
The bed linens were acceptable, but the in-room amenities like shower gel, shampoo, and towels were of extremely poor quality! Even when I and other guests went to the self-service vending machine on the first floor to purchase disposable toiletries, those were also terrible, low-quality products! It's almost as if they think mainland guests have no money, but these are products we simply wouldn't use! Hong Kong hotels need to seriously reflect on their approach; mainland guests are becoming more discerning and expect higher quality standards.
An honest assessment: The hotel management *must* change its mindset! They can no longer serve mainland guests with such an attitude and outdated thinking. I recall an old promotional advertisement for Hong Kong's service industry starring Andy Lau; to quote a line from it: 'In this day and age, such service simply won't do!'
Note: I haven't uploaded any unflattering photos. I truly hope the hotel management undergoes a fundamental change in their attitude and philosophy.

GGuest UserStaff are all friendly! They allowed us for early check-in! Smooth & fast! Everyday change towels, big bed & room spacious enough for all of us 4 for the family room! Clean water & high pressure hot & cold! Highly recommended! 😇
KKriszticskeNice hotel, big room, comfy bed and bathtub. Location is very convenient, direct access to subway, many buses around. MOKO shopping mall is literally at your doorstep. Without a doubt will stay here again during our next trip to HK.
GGuest UserThis being my third stay, I emailed the correct hotel email address to request a certain room and enquire abt room rates for extended stay. I never got a reply.
The front desk, housekeeping & maintenance staff are always helpful.
Rooms are small, especially the toilet/shower situation but good enough for one person.
Could smell cigarette smoke in hallway. Obviously a guest. Don’t know if this was addressed. But it was a few consecutive days in a row.
Only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. But dryer really dries the clothes well.
The electricals can be an issue. USB ports don’t always work and the charging can be very slow. This is one issue that staff can’t seem to solve during my stay.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, always greeting me with a smile and ready to help with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location was perfect, close to airport terminal, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
SShijie LeeClean room, simple breakfast, moderate location
The room was clean and comfortable, just the right size for a short stay. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day — mainly bread, eggs, and some fruit. The location is decent, about 10–15 minutes’ walk to the nearest MTR station, so it’s not the most convenient if you have lots of luggage, but manageable. Staff were polite and check-in was smooth. Overall, a good value stay if you don’t mind walking a bit.
GGuest UserCheck-in was efficient. Ms. Katherine Lai was very professional and helpful. My room was upgraded to one with greenery view, which was nice.
The room is spacious, bright and comfortable. Normally, room size is small in Hong Kong hotels for this category. Dorsett Tsuen Wan stands out and is really good as compared to other hotels I have stayed in Tsuen Wan. Excellent value.
Washroom is also spacious. There is a small gym, which again is a plus for this category of hotels.
The location is not as convenient as other hotels in the center of cities. However, Dorsett provides a free shuttle bus to a nearby shopping mall, Metroplaza, where yiu can take the subway MTR. Also, another shopping center is with 6 to 7 minutes walk from the hotel.
Housekeeping is good, vacuuming the carpet in the room every day.
Finally, bus A41P will take you from Hong Kong International Airport to a stop (”kin Tsuen” street), a 4-5 minutes walk from hotel. Then, at the same bus stop, talk A32 bus to airport, costs HK$19.80.
The staffs at concierge are also very helpful in directions and bus selection.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan. I will stay there again and highly recommend it.
