Stayed for three nights. Overall not bad, room is qt big in HK standard, bathroom is clean, but one safety issue - the bathtub safety handle is not safe, it's totally loose easily came out. Luckily I didn't fall down, just slid one step. Already reported it to front office, they said wld fix it. The room came with coffee table w supply of coffee n tea bag. Also provide a safe n a fridge. Aircon was working well. Only thg not provided is teeth brush, haha small issue . No other complaint. Location is qt gd, vy close to market, eateries n team terminal. 5 mins to bus stops n airport bus stop, n 10 mins to subway station. Breakfast: provided at $77, buffet type, ok , gd enough.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

The room was very spacious, equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary dinnerware. The views were open and expansive. While the location might be a bit challenging for first-time visitors to Hong Kong, the hotel offers several complimentary shuttle services to and from Central daily. The Pedder Street shuttle stop is conveniently located at the bus station near Central MTR Exit D1. There's also a stop at IFC, but I haven't personally used it, so it's best to inquire with the hotel for specific boarding points. If you prefer taking public transport, from Admiralty Station Exit B, turn right for about ten meters onto Tamar Street, then turn right again and walk twenty meters to the bus stop for the 12A. It's only two stops to the hotel, at the 'YWCA' stop. From there, walk back about twenty meters to reach the hotel. When heading back to the hotel from Central, the 12A bus is also the best option. It will first go to Admiralty Bus Terminus and stop for a few minutes while the driver takes a break. You can simply wait on the bus; there's no need to purchase another ticket. I figured this out after staying for four days, as the 12A is a short circular route specifically designed for MacDonnell Road residents. Every time I queued at Admiralty, I'd see people already on board, leading me to conclude they had traveled from Central and were waiting to go up the hill back to MacDonnell Road.

A nice and clean hotel. Location is easy to find. The drop off and pick up point outside the lobby is street level so it is very convenient if you bring a large luggage. There is a night market at Temple street across the street. If you like dim sum for breakfast. There are two dim sum cafe near by. Value for money and very satisfied with the experience.

The room size was pretty good, and I think it offers decent value for money in Hong Kong. The only minor issues were that the lighting was a bit dim and the bathroom door lock was faulty – you needed someone to help align it to get it to latch. The lobby connects directly to Langham Place, which is very convenient. I even stumbled upon a Kuromi pop-up there! Some of the facilities did feel a bit dated, which is understandable. I didn't experience anything particularly standout service-wise. The 'welcome' feeling actually came from the security guard at check-in and the cleaning lady. The front desk staff also helped arrange a twin room, which was nice.

The room size was decent, and it came with a fridge and microwave. I called the front desk, and they promptly brought up an iron, so the service was quite good. The hotel Wi-Fi was very slow and kept disconnecting. Both the 3rd-floor restroom and the hotel elevators require a key card for access, which shows they prioritize guest privacy. The only downside was the cleanliness of the bedsheets, as seen in the picture. There were stains and hair on one side. I didn't discover this until late at night when I pulled back the covers after working. I called housekeeping, and they responded fairly quickly. The staff member said it was from the dust brush, but the hair was curly, clearly not from a cleaning tool. It was too late to fuss about it, so I just let it go after they changed them. I stayed in mid-November, and the hotel was already getting into the Christmas spirit. Overall, the hygiene significantly detracted from my experience, though the staff service was satisfactory. It was a mid-to-low rating overall.

The room isn't huge, but the layout is surprisingly well-thought-out. The staff are also really nice; they'll guide you on where to go, saving you a lot of time and hassle. Breakfast was decent too. Every staff member goes beyond just superficial service, which I really appreciated. For this price, getting a sea-view room (not a full panoramic view, but good enough!) makes it absolutely great value for money.

AAnonymous UserI was satisfied with my stay at the Rosedale Hotel Hong Kong. The room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong standards, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and overall service felt efficient. While the hotel isn’t right next to the MTR, it’s still within walking distance, so getting around wasn’t a problem. Some facilities showed slight signs of age, but nothing that affected comfort. Overall, it’s a good-value hotel that balances price and quality well.

GGuest UserHotel room is good, room sizing is very large compare to another hotel with thecsame grade around this area. But!!! The breakfast is very poor, The hotel put many bacon and sausage since open hour. After that no reheat or replace new one if the bowl is empty, the hotel just takes it out and adjust the other bowl even it's still a breakfast time. So, don't spend 150pp for this cheap quality of food. Other parts it's fine.

AAnonymous UserFirst off, we tried to cancel our reservation because our child was unwell, but the hotel wouldn't budge. Luckily, our child recovered, so we came to Hong Kong. After checking in, we had a lot of luggage, and no concierge offered to help. The hotel also doesn't provide complimentary bottled water; you have to buy it yourself. Even extra toiletries cost money. They do have a free shuttle bus to Tsuen Wan Station and Tsuen Wan West Station, which is very convenient. We booked a sea view suite, and the view was indeed lovely. I've stayed here a few times before, but this was definitely my worst experience.

CChristopher John GrayConveniently located, comfortable hotel just a few minutes walk from Hong Kong station if you're coming into town from the airport. Rooms are relatively large and nicely appointed with a work desk, fridge and kettle with a small selection of tea and coffee samples. There's no bottled water but there's a 7/11 just a minute's walk from the foyer. Best of all, you're surrounded by a plethora of cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets.

EEeeekayI had a great stay here, and the service was excellent. I was able to do an early check-in at 2:00 PM, which was a huge help, as the original check-in time was 3:00 PM. Check-in and check-out were both super easy and fast. Most importantly, the cleanliness is top—the rooms were immaculate. Location: Almost Perfect The location is almost perfect because it is right next to the Mong Kok East station. However, for some reason, all of our plans required us to use either Mong Kok station or Prince Edward station, not the East station. This meant we needed to walk about 7 minutes every time we wanted to travel, which added up quickly. Hotel Access The hotel is conveniently linked directly to the MOKO mall. Just be aware that the direct access from the mall closes at 11:00 PM. If you return later than that, you will need to re-route a longer way to the hotel's main door, and I barely even saw what the main entrance looks like! Key Suggestion for Travelers If your flight reaches Hong Kong very early, like 4:00 AM, I strongly suggest you rent an extra day earlier. This way, you can check in immediately upon reaching the hotel and won't have to wait until 3:00 PM for check-in, as waiting is very tiring after a long flight.

GGuest UserI will list the pros and cons of this hotel based on my personal experience to help you to decide, if this hotel could be right for you. Cons: Butter, jam, bread, croissants, coffee, tea are served as a free breakfast, but a full breakfast could be served, considering that the hotel is not cheap. But this must be a general thing for Hong Kong, as everything is very expensive there. The highlight of our room was its high floor and gorgeous view from the big window, but it had a strange thing - there was a locked door to the neighboring room, so every sound was heard from the neighboring room. I would have not even noticed this, if we didn't have as a neighbor a man, who spent a night getting in and out of the room, ******** in a ******, bringing ladies from there and fighting with them about how much money he should pay them. I called the reception, as this happened at 2 am. Security came up, then all was calm until all started over at 4 am. I called the reception again, but their response was not optimal and satisfying. Instead of moving out the weird neighbor, they offered me to change the room at 4am, knowing that my 8-year-old daughter was asleep in the room. They offered me to move to another room on the next and last night, but the room offered was cold and didn't have a view to the harbor, so I didn't agree. I wasn't offered any compensation for a sleepless night, which would be a fair thing to do, as we are paying for our calm night sleep in a hotel. Pros: The hotel is located on Hong Kong island, near Fortress Hill MTR station. The MTR station is very near and you can use it to get to all tourist attractions, including Disneyland, etc. Though it takes around 1 hour to get to Disneyland by changing MTR lines. We also took Ding Ding tram to Central, which was lots of fun itself, as I have not seen anything like Ding Ding tram anywhere in the world. If you want to stay in a skyscraper, considering that Hong Kong is a jungle of skyscrapers stacked one on another tightly, then you will like the facilities of this hotel. I asked for a high floor with a nice view and the staff was very nice, giving us a room on 33rd floor with a great view to Victoria Harbor and the surrounding skyscrapers. The room size was also fine for me and my daughter, unlike other hotels is HK offering tiny rooms. The hotel and the room looked new and nice. There was another bonus - a terrace opening from the breakfast hall, where we had breakfast and enjoyed the great views to the surrounding skyscrapers.
