punchillPros:
1. It's very close to the tram station and bus stop, and there's a supermarket and department store just across the street. The street with the bus stop also has many restaurants. (The Wellcome supermarket has very cheap water).
The hotel provided a kettle, but I didn't dare drink the water (even though they said it was filtered), so I had to buy my own.
2. It's quiet, meaning the street side is peaceful. The bed is soft and the pillows are comfortable. The bathroom is very large with separate wet and dry zones.
3. The air conditioning works well and is stable. The hot and cold water in the bathroom is incredibly stable; it gets hot very quickly and stays hot for a long time.
Cons:
1. The hotel is undergoing renovation, which is expected to be completed by the end of August 2026. However, I didn't hear any noise during my stay. Perhaps the floor I was on wasn't being renovated. (The staff did show me a warning sign about this before check-in).
2. You need to prepare HKD 500 for the deposit (room guarantee), which is refunded at check-out (you need to present the receipt). It didn't take long to get it back.
3. I booked a non-smoking room, but it still smelled of smoke. Maybe the smell wasn't completely eliminated.
4. The soundproofing within the hotel rooms isn't great, but it's not terrible either. You might occasionally hear things clearly.

B未South Nest was surprisingly good. Tucked away in a neat little area at the backside of Hong Kong but easily accessible from downtown by public transportation. The area is nice and offers some good local food options and there are a few art galleries nearby. Staff are friendly and quick and the rooms are not big but are actually quite perfect if you don't need extra space. The large window and the view are also nice, and the common area is cozy and clean.

FubaojuziBeing quite familiar with Jordan, I booked the Nathan Hotel again for my trip to Hong Kong. There was staff at the entrance to help open the door, and check-in at the front desk was very quick. Our room on the 10th floor was quite quiet. The hotel's location isn't too far from the MTR station, about a 5-minute walk, which is very convenient. The room had a universal adapter, disposable slippers, and toiletries. All in all, I'm satisfied.

Anonymous UserThe location is excellent for travelers who prefer commuting by walking, bus or tram rather than relying on the MTR. Situated in Wan Chai, the hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés, and it offers convenient access to nearby areas such as Central, Causeway Bay, and other parts of Hong Kong.
One of the biggest advantages is the easy access to the A11 airport bus, making travel to and from the airport simple without the need to take the Airport Express.
The room is spacious, well-equipped with all the essential amenities, and features a comfortable bed and a practical work desk, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers.

AysJustWantToWanderthe room was beautiful, tho its not as clean as i expected it to be... there's blood stain in the couch and window nooks. a lot of long hair strands in the carpet. i know they can do better. i still like the hotel, the shuttle service from hotel to train station is big help for guests. since there is no free bottled water on rooms, at least have a water dispenser on some floors. the breakfast is buffet but... sorry but its so bland. im not a picky eater but... its really disappointing.
if you gonna ask me, if i will stay again on this hotel, probably not. 1000+ rmb for family room and the experience is just so so...
sorry. ✌

VanChongStayed again as its just so convenient for me in terms of travel and location to meet up with friends and family.
On this occasion, unlike a week also ago, our room was excellent and well cleaned. I believed that's the difference between having carpets, which if stained will be hard for cleaners to deal with, and laminate flooring.
Foods nearby at V-City or Tuen Mun Plaza is plentiful and I am sure will have something to everyone's taste.

lamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC.
The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

Anonymous UserThis time in Hong Kong, I chose the Rambler Garden Hotel in Tsing Yi, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations, especially for travelers who prioritize value for money and convenient transportation.
Location and Transportation: The hotel is situated on the southern coast of Tsing Yi. Although it's a bit far from the city center, transportation is very convenient. From Hong Kong International Airport, you can take the Airport Express to Tsing Yi Station, then transfer to a minibus, which gets you there quickly. There's also a bus stop right downstairs.
Room and View: The room isn't small by Hong Kong standards. It was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping. Facilities were complete, including a TV, a mini-fridge, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle.

The room was clean and well-decorated. Although small, the space was utilized very efficiently, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The hygiene was also excellent, with no strange odors or dust. We booked it during the off-season for just over 400, and it's right across the traffic light from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Absolutely fantastic value for money!

Hon K PThe room I originally booked was unacceptable. It had a musty smell, and the air conditioning made a low-frequency humming noise all night, making it impossible to sleep. I had to switch rooms the very next day. The upgraded room, though it cost extra, was much better.
