This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Stayed as a couple late September. Good location near the drum tower. Climb the stairs for a good workout; you can climb right to the top of the drum tower for a great view. Bus #12 stops right outside the hotel, first stop after turning right from the main street. The street it's on is reasonably busy, but quitens down at night. Check in was straight forward, including the travel form of where you came from, going to next and what you are doing in Deyang. Hotel kept fairly clean, considering it's an older hotel where not everything is pristine. Room contains slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, etc. Not much in the way of amenities; a foyer, a lift, a room. A Chinese breakfast is included in the price, and it seems a lunch and a dinner. I had the basic breakfast. I advise you to check the rooms first; the ones near the lift are a bit noisy, but some rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes and other odours. All in all, a good value hotel; we would stay again

The customer service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even for someone with a strong need for cleanliness. They upgraded our room type for our family trip, and the view was truly exceptional. We could lie in bed and watch the 'Golden Mountain Bathed in Sunlight' (the phenomenon where the first rays of sun hit the mountain tops), and we had an unobstructed panoramic view of Siguniangshan's peaks (Dafeng, Erfeng, Sanfeng, Yaomeifeng).

The hotel is centrally located, making it extremely convenient to get around. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, greeting me at every step of the check-in process. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly set this stay apart was the thoughtful personal touch. Abin from Guest Relations (I believe his Chinese name is Li Kai) left me a handwritten note along with a small gift, which was a very pleasant and meaningful surprise. The housekeeping staff also wrote a kind note for me—unfortunately, I was unable to recognize his name from the note, but the gesture itself was deeply appreciated. These small yet sincere acts made me feel genuinely warm, special, and truly welcomed. This level of care reflects the high standards and heartfelt hospitality that The Ritz-Carlton is known for.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

The lady at the hotel front desk was wonderful. I checked in at night, and I was worried because I had lost my ID at the high-speed rail station, but they managed to sort it out in the end. The room was very clean. Since I also work in the hotel industry, the first thing I did was inspect it, and everything was great. There wasn't a single fingerprint or smudge on the full-length mirror, which I was very pleased with. It's near the airport but not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. My friend and I came to climb a snowy mountain and saw this hotel near the airport, so we booked it. My friend said the bedding was very comfortable, but personally, I didn't care for the scent of the toiletries. I just didn't like the smell. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I went to get some ice cream, I noticed there wasn't any staff around. I looked around, and a young man immediately came over. The restaurant staff were all very polite, and extra empty plates were cleared away promptly. One lady, in particular, was so nice; she was clearing a table nearby, and when I asked her for a fork, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to get it for me. When I left, she even said goodbye to me at the restaurant entrance, which was very polite, even though I don't know her name. Sichuan is beautiful; if I come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. One more thing: the scent in the hotel lobby and the guest room corridors is absolutely lovely. Beautiful environment! The service was excellent, they even proactively called to add the concierge's WeChat to help arrange our room. Breakfast was a delightful surprise – the semi-open kitchen wafted the aroma of freshly cooked eggs, and local Zhong dumplings met French croissants on the buffet, creating a unique culinary dialogue. Sitting by the window, the view was expansive, perfect for watching the city life unfold. The front desk staff's warm smiles as they offered hot tea made us feel the warmth and thoughtfulness of Chengdu right from the morning. The bathroom design was clever, with a completely separated wet and dry area, strong and consistent water pressure, and instant hot water. The bedding was fluffy and soft, with a warm, sun-kissed feel. It was reassuring to know that the extended stay for the elderly and children was well-arranged and taken care of. Highly recommend!

This hotel is very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, which makes dining, entertainment, and shopping incredibly convenient. It was exactly where the kids wanted to go, and they had a great time. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the service is very thoughtful. The laundry service was a particularly pleasant surprise; they washed our clothes and folded them neatly in our room. So considerate!
