This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The housekeeping staff also wrote a kind note for me—unfortunately, I was unable to recognize his name from the note, but the gesture itself was deeply appreciated. These small yet sincere acts made me feel genuinely warm, special, and truly welcomed. This level of care reflects the high standards and heartfelt hospitality that The Ritz-Carlton is known for.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

The lady at the hotel front desk was wonderful. I checked in at night, and I was worried because I had lost my ID at the high-speed rail station, but they managed to sort it out in the end. The room was very clean. Since I also work in the hotel industry, the first thing I did was inspect it, and everything was great. There wasn't a single fingerprint or smudge on the full-length mirror, which I was very pleased with. It's near the airport but not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. My friend and I came to climb a snowy mountain and saw this hotel near the airport, so we booked it. My friend said the bedding was very comfortable, but personally, I didn't care for the scent of the toiletries. I just didn't like the smell. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I went to get some ice cream, I noticed there wasn't any staff around. I looked around, and a young man immediately came over. The restaurant staff were all very polite, and extra empty plates were cleared away promptly. One lady, in particular, was so nice; she was clearing a table nearby, and when I asked her for a fork, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to get it for me. When I left, she even said goodbye to me at the restaurant entrance, which was very polite, even though I don't know her name. Sichuan is beautiful; if I come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. One more thing: the scent in the hotel lobby and the guest room corridors is absolutely lovely. Service: Excellent. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. There's a self-service laundry room and gym on the 29th floor. The laundry service is available 24 hours and you can even have a butler take care of your laundry, which they'll deliver back to your room – super convenient! The restaurant on the 10th floor has extended dining hours, and the breakfast spread is very rich. Afternoon tea is served in the lobby from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, offering complimentary drinks like coffee, juice, or tea.

The location is great, making it convenient to get everywhere, and because it's not directly on the street, it's very quiet, so I slept exceptionally well. The hotel service was also excellent; the laundry service was incredibly convenient. They picked up dirty clothes in the morning, and by the time we returned in the evening, they were washed, dried, and placed back in the room. Housekeeping was always timely and thorough. They offered afternoon tea, and when I casually mentioned to the front desk that we were always out sightseeing and didn't have time to enjoy it, they immediately packed up two portions for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We stayed for three consecutive days with our child, and we were all very satisfied.

One of the biggest highlights was the location — it’s conveniently situated near major shopping and dining areas, making it easy to get around and explore the city.
