The hotel's location is superb, right between T1 and T2 terminals. It's only a four-minute walk to either terminal and very close to the subway station, making it super convenient for picking up people or for transfers. The service was good, and the breakfast selection was quite rich, though the taste could be improved a bit. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. Oh, and buying a one-day subway pass is a great deal for exploring the city.

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The room had an amazing view, a 270-degree panorama. The bed could even be electronically moved directly from the room onto the outdoor balcony. The room was fully equipped with underfloor heating, an oxygen concentrator, a humidifier, and a coffee machine. The hotel's food was also excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The private shuttle service was also very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

We were also pleasantly surprised with complimentary afternoon tea vouchers. The afternoon tea setting was delightful, with both indoor and outdoor seating available. Our room was surprisingly spacious with fantastic views, especially at night. As the guest rooms are located on higher floors, from the 19th to the 30th, we had an excellent vantage point. Following the front desk's recommendation, we visited the 32nd-floor terrace in the evening. It was incredibly comfortable and offered breathtaking panoramic views of Mianyang city. Breakfast was diverse and plentiful, featuring local specialty rice noodles, a fresh salad bar, and a wide selection of breads, catering to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Even the hotel's parking facility was impressive, very thoughtfully designed and upscale. All in all, a truly recommendable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at The Louis Hotel Chengdu and would happily return. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a large bathtub positioned next to big windows offering a lovely view—such a highlight. Being able to watch a movie on the large TV screen while relaxing in the bath felt incredibly luxurious. The in-room streaming service was excellent and included all the popular English movies, which was a big plus. The shower was large and modern, and the toilet was very fancy with a bidet system, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a long day. The staff were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The free laundry service was also incredibly convenient and much appreciated. Overall, an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay with thoughtful amenities and great service. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

I've stayed at the Mega Hotel many times; every time I come to Chengdu, I choose this hotel, and it's truly excellent. The room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a comfortable bed, ensuring I have a very pleasant night's sleep. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with great transportation options nearby, making getting around hassle-free. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping spots nearby, which makes my trip even more relaxed and enjoyable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again in the future; it offers fantastic value for money and great service – truly worth every penny!

This hotel, nestled in the heart of the old town, offers a serene escape while still being close to the action. The decor is stylish and incredibly cozy, and the comfort level is top-notch. The butler service is exceptionally thoughtful; they communicated with us beforehand to confirm our check-in time and transportation, upgraded our room upon arrival, provided welcome fruits after check-in, and even personalized our breakfast time and arranged airport transfer. We truly felt right at home.

I chose this hotel for a business trip again this year. The service attitude at the front desk was very good. Ms. Kaimi was as enthusiastic as ever. I arranged a satisfactory king-bed river-view room. When I woke up in the morning, the scenery was pleasant and I was in a good mood. The room is also clean and hygienic, the air-conditioning effect is good, the facilities and equipment are complete, and the surrounding facilities are also very complete. Convenient to travel, 20 minutes from the station, recommended to everyone.
