Zhu helped us book our Panda Base ticket at very late night, so thank you Zhu. Clark was helpful as he can converse in English and made us feel welcome as we arrived. Check in was efficient, we enjoyed the free Hagen Daz ice cream too!

I stayed in this hotel for a total of 8 nights with and in between trip to JiuZhaiGou. Chose it again on return due to its high value for money. Perfect location facing Tianfu Square, lovely rooms with super comfy beds, hot shower, amenities including laundry areas at an ideal price. DD and RR along with other staff were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, always reachable at the front desks, via calls and even WeChat. Highly recommend!

I have searched for a hotel in SiGuNiangShan over a year. i have pinned this hotel as the first in my list to visit. I checked-in with excitement but checked-out with a lot of disappointment.  First of all, I admire their room cleanliness and comfy bedding. The heating floor is great. Their breakfast is a combination for both chinese and western, which is kinda nice. Dinner is fine. There are not a lot of option for meal around the area. i did not try the western dishes but the hotpot is general. I think it is a little expensive with 300RMB for chicken soup with 3 types of veggie. Everything is (mostly) accordingly to the advertisement.  Except that I think the built-in bath tub (the square one not the white one) seems not as clean that I am not feeling of getting myself in. Perhaps, the strain plus the color make me feel this way.  There are 2-3 construction sides in the area that block the view. These are not pleasurable, though there are not noise or working staff around. There are no public area or walking path that allow visitors to spend their time out of the room. Well, it is not worth to spend time in the public area anyway as their staff rarely smile or greeting the visitors nicely. The driver who picked me up of the parking lots never smiled to me directly during the time of visit. ** my disappointment came greatest when I went into Chanpinggou and my partner left his phone on the bench. We ran back to find the phone but we did not find it. so, I contact the hotel staff by wechat and asked them to contact the officer in the National park as I cannot make the call, the signal is very bad. I made it clear to them the exact location of mine and that I could not find any staff around. Rather than understanding and contacting the national park. They send me the phone number and asked me to call the national park myself. Considering that I am an oversea visitor as well as that I have made it clear that the signal is bad within the park, I prefer more help and empathy.  ***my disappointment is even further when I am checking out. The hotel staff asked me to write them a good review. I told them that I will write the review on my own. They still persisted to write a review for me and asked me to finish the review before departure. I am also working in the hotel and I think this is the WORST part of all. You should respect the customer sincere review and appreciate that as a way to improve.  I have been to many hotels that are located within or very close the famous attraction around China  - Shangrila, Huangshan and many more. I have paid extra for this hotel compared to other sides. I never found these kind of disappoints before in those hotels, so my expectations are high.

Leisure package: free swimming pool, hotel spa, moonlight bar, western restaurant, Chinese restaurant, KTV. 🌳 Environmental experience: (Shanhai picture scrolls, preferred to avoid the world) Location: Bohai C, push the window to see the lake, walk 2 minutes directly to Yinlin Beach, private quiet beach. Landscape design: some characteristics of the Yi people are integrated with modern architecture, and Yinlin Beach and Jinlin Beach create a ”small Sanya” atmosphere. Natural ecology: birds are visible in the morning, and the starry sky is clear at night, but there are many mosquitoes in summer (the hotel has mosquito repellent). ✅ Recommended crowd: couples vacation, parent-child family, photography enthusiasts, healing travelers

The hotel is good, the service is impeccable, the front desk is very enthusiastic, the room facilities are complete and comfortable, the lighting is good, the smart voice can open the door with a mobile phone, and there are many Sanxingdui elements in the lobby. The light and shadows change from morning to night, and you can even lie down and watch the Milky Way at night🌌! Some rooms have private terraces, surrounded by water, and the wooden house design is full of wild luxury~ 2️⃣ Butler-level service, detail-oriented ecstasy The service is so considerate that it feels like home! The staff will take the initiative to help (Interlude: the beautiful staff is willing to get wet to help deal with the shower problem, which is worthy of praise 🫶🏻) 3️⃣ Design aesthetic ceiling, ******* culture collides with modern sense The hotel is built along the stream, combining ******* watchtowers with modern minimalist style. In the cultural and creative area, you can also experience the intangible cultural heritage of felt weaving! Every corner is a great filming location

All facilities are new and the design and details throughout the hotel are great. Our room is facing the river, but the soundproofing is very good and we can hardly hear any sound. The two-story underground garage is also very convenient, and the pet-friendly status is a big plus! The only drawback is that there are few choices for breakfast. We had dinner at 8 o'clock and there was no rice noodles, butter tea, or pastries. The buns tasted like milk flakes, and only the cauliflower tasted okay. It is recommended to add some regional food in the future, and the experience will be better.

Awesome stay! Close to entrance and also walkable distance to eateries. Rooms is new and nicely decorated. Shower water is sometimes hot and cold, but overall highly recommended!!

Free days in the mountains, a place suitable for a short break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The most surprising thing about this trip was picking wild Houttuynia cordata, which can relax and heal the body and mind. Of course, it is also very fragrant as a dish. The boss and the housekeeper are very considerate, will prepare cushions for you to pick, and will also help take pictures 📷 haha The sound system in the room is very powerful, playing your favorite songs in the small world, this is a feature. It was also unexpected to send afternoon tea. The black chicken wild mushroom soup pot is highly recommended for dining, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is delicious. What I hope to improve is that the hotel does not have a bed guard, which is not friendly to families with children. In addition, the room type is very exquisite, and Building 1 is not very quiet. Overall, it is a good experience.

This is a very nice hotel located 2 min by car to the station. They offer free pick up services where when u catch a taxi from the station they will reimburse u the cost of the taxi ride. They offer a lot of toiletries including hand cream, hair tie. They also offer heat pack which comes in handy when it’s cold in e mei san. As we depart early, we couldn’t make it to breakfast. They offer to cook us noodles , dumpling and eggs. That was a miscommunication amount staff about the breakfast situation, but the chef make us breakfast in light speed and we are able to had breakfast before our departure. The services was so good that I will highlight recommend this place
