This stay was absolutely perfect! The receptionist, Xiao Fu, was incredibly attentive. He proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly checked me in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a clean and refreshing separate shower and toilet. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. He even inquired about my stay upon check-out. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, making it perfect for both business and leisure travel. A five-star experience! Its service and location are still top-notch, making it one of Chengdu's premier luxury hotels and well worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel Chengdu. What really stood out was the excellent service and attention to detail from the hotel staff. Every day, the housekeeping team kindly provided complimentary coffee, which was a very thoughtful and pleasant touch. The daily laundry service was also extremely convenient and well handled, making my stay even more comfortable. I also truly appreciated the early check-in. I arrived very early in the morning at around 9 AM due to my flight schedule, and the hotel was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for me, which was a huge relief after a long journey. Overall, the service was warm, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend Louis Hotel Chengdu and would be happy to stay here again.

The lady at the hotel front desk was wonderful. I checked in at night, and I was worried because I had lost my ID at the high-speed rail station, but they managed to sort it out in the end. The room was very clean. Since I also work in the hotel industry, the first thing I did was inspect it, and everything was great. There wasn't a single fingerprint or smudge on the full-length mirror, which I was very pleased with. It's near the airport but not noisy at all; the soundproofing is excellent. My friend and I came to climb a snowy mountain and saw this hotel near the airport, so we booked it. My friend said the bedding was very comfortable, but personally, I didn't care for the scent of the toiletries. I just didn't like the smell. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious. When I went to get some ice cream, I noticed there wasn't any staff around. I looked around, and a young man immediately came over. The restaurant staff were all very polite, and extra empty plates were cleared away promptly. One lady, in particular, was so nice; she was clearing a table nearby, and when I asked her for a fork, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly went to get it for me. When I left, she even said goodbye to me at the restaurant entrance, which was very polite, even though I don't know her name. Sichuan is beautiful; if I come again next time, I will definitely stay at this hotel. One more thing: the scent in the hotel lobby and the guest room corridors is absolutely lovely. My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Right when I checked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and even offered me a bottle of water. The room was spotless and well-maintained. On the 29th floor, there's a gym and a laundry room, which are both fully equipped. What I found particularly thoughtful was that if I went out in the morning, my laundry would be washed and returned to me by evening. The breakfast spread was also excellent, a great mix of Western and Chinese options, and the fruit was super fresh. I especially enjoyed the Dan Dan noodles – they were truly delicious. When I checked out, they even gave me two small panda souvenirs as a gift. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Chengdu.

The location is easy to find and very close to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, but it's not on a busy street, so it's very quiet. The hotel is a standalone building with complete facilities, including Chinese and Western restaurants, a gym, and a laundry room. The ladies at the front desk were all very gentle and provided attentive service. We were traveling with a child and they proactively reserved a stroller for us, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was plentiful, and you could even enjoy Chengdu's local snacks right at the hotel – it was clean and hygienic. The afternoon tea pastries were also delicious. The staff knew we had a child and proactively changed the bedding every day. They also provided children's disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste. The only downside was the lack of a children's step stool, which made it a bit difficult for our child to reach the sink, but the front desk brought a stool which helped solve the problem. Chengdu is an inclusive city, and we would choose this place again if we have the chance!
