I visited Chengdu and stayed at the Yueya Hotel, which I found to be quite good value for money, especially during the off-season when the prices are very reasonable. I booked a comfortable twin room, which was clean and tidy, with large windows providing great ventilation. The only minor downsides were that the front desk and guest rooms are in separate areas, and the soundproofing was a little lacking. However, the value for money definitely makes up for it. The breakfast, priced at only 10 yuan per person, offered a good variety. The hotel entrance also had a good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries, toothbrushes, and slippers. The lobby area was very aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the hotel has a laundry room, which is a great bonus. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

This hotel truly offers a one-of-a-kind setting in Siguniang Mountain. You can enjoy stunning views of the snow-capped mountains right from your room 🏔️, and the outdoor dining areas allow you to savor every meal with the majestic peaks as your backdrop. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. 👍 But what really stood out was the service. A big thank you to every member of the staff for providing so much helpful information for my trip. Their responses to my questions and requests were incredibly prompt. Wishing them all the best! 🙏🏼 I'll definitely be back the next time I visit Siguniang Mountain.

Super convenient! There are so many must-try restaurants downstairs, and Chunxi Road is right across the street, so you can start shopping as soon as you step out. The service attitude was excellent. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back!

This room was an excellent choice! I was traveling solo with two kids during the May Day holiday and arrived at the hotel late at night. The front desk attendant proactively helped me swipe my card, operate the elevator, and even carried my luggage up to the room. Every day, they'd message me on WeChat with updates on Chengdu's weather and travel tips, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room has a small outdoor patio; it's not huge, but it's perfectly fine for two kids to play around for a bit. There's also a small round table where I could enjoy a late-night snack and browse my phone after the kids were asleep. Besides the king-sized bed, there's a converted small bed that was just right for my older daughter. The shower pressure was great, and everything was clean and hygienic. The location is absolutely superb: it's a five-minute walk to the Sichuan Science and Technology Museum, and right next door are the Chengdu Museum and the Sichuan Library. The metro station, with both Line 1 and 2, is directly across from the Science and Technology Museum in Tianfu Square. There are tons of dining options nearby. It's only about a ten-minute walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley. Just a two or three-minute walk down the street from the hotel, there's an alley with residential buildings that has breakfast, fruits, braised dishes, etc., for a quick bite (we left early every day, so we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel). The absolute best part is that right next to our 5th-floor room, there's a small gym! It's open 24 hours, which is perfect for fitness enthusiasts who want to get a quick workout in during their trip. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

I was very satisfied with my room and would highly recommend this hotel. It's right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, with a 24-hour convenience store across the street. A pharmacy is about a 10-15 minute walk from Taikoo Li, and Chunxi Road is just a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the 30th floor was amazing. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and they even gave me a little panda souvenir when I checked out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again next time I'm in Chengdu. I've already recommended it to all my friends. It's the perfect choice for a trip to Chengdu! Absolutely delighted.

I only had a transit in Chengdu, but I wish I stayed longer. I fell totally in love with the hotel! So beautiful: decorated in a traditional way with carved wood, calligraphy, tea rooms and a garden.  The room was also very nice: big, clean, with a cosy tea corner. It had all the amenities needed, smart light and curtains system. And I absolutely loved the room key which was actually a wooden Buddhist bracelet! Breakfast was a traditional set of rice porridge, noodles, different pickles, an egg, sweet vegetables (batate, pumpkin, corn) and fruits. Very delicious! The location is also very good. It’s close to the city center and beautiful Wenshu Monastery. There are several subway stations around, lots of restaurants and shops some of which work late at night, so if you have a late check-in and feel hungry you’ll definitely find something. Next time I come to Chengdu I’ll definitely book this hotel again!

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. I randomly booked a hotel while passing through Guangyuan. It was a total gem, exceeding my expectations by a million times!! 🏨【Stylish and Subtle Wabi-Sabi】 The overall design is understated yet sophisticated, with a touch of wabi-sabi elegance. No ostentatious decorations, just simple yet high-quality. The room lighting and ambiance are amazing! 💡 The soft light and shadow are incredibly soothing; every shot is photogenic. It exudes sophistication even without filters. 😴【Comfort Beyond Compare】 The room is incredibly spacious, not at all cramped. The mattress is so soft; I didn't want to get up. The soundproofing is superb! Completely shut out external noise, allowing me to sleep soundly until dawn. Completely soothing my travel fatigue. 🧼【Detail-Oriented Satisfaction】 The cleanliness is impeccable, with no blind spots. The bedding is clean and soft, embodying the high-end hotel experience. A safe and comfortable stay, I couldn't find a single fault. 📍【Super Convenient】 The hotel's location is superb. Convenient for both driving and other travel. Super easy access to shopping districts and attractions.

This is a fantastic hotel located north of the city centre. If you are willing to walk 30 to 60 minutes, there are a lot of places like parks, museums, food market and a temple that are within range. A nearby metro station is about 5 minutes away as well. My room was large and modern. My only complaint is the mattress being very soft for my taste and I ended up sleeping on the couch as I would wake up in the middle of the night with a sore back due to the soft mattress. AC works very well in my room and I prefer colder climate than hot. Bathroom was very spacious with standalone shower and bath tub. There is a loundry room as well if you need to freshing your cloths after going out on a hot day. I ran into the housekeeper a couple of times while waiting for the elevator and she was very sweet and greet me each time. She even asked if I was coming back early one day and if so, she would clean my room first. The included buffet breakfast was amazing. A ton of choices each morning and I really liked their spicy cold grass noodles. When I visit Chengdu again, I would consider booking this hotel again.
