The room was spotless and the hotel's location is fantastic. It's super convenient for getting around, really close to popular spots like Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, Wuhou Temple, Wenshu Monastery, Kuanzhai Alley, People's Park, and Tianfu Square. Plus, it's only about 600-700 meters from the subway station, so you can walk to Lines 1 and 2 in about 10 minutes and get directly to all the attractions. Highly recommend this hotel! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. They also have a buffet breakfast on the 11th floor for only 10 yuan per person, which is a great deal. Service: Very warm and welcoming!

This was a truly secure stay! The most impressive aspect was the hotel's shuttle service. They picked us up for check-in, took us to the attractions, and then brought us back to the hotel afterwards. When I felt unwell due to altitude sickness, they immediately arranged a transfer to the town hospital. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without the excellent coordination of the butlers. I'm incredibly grateful to all the hotel staff. Despite their young faces and perhaps less 'seasoned' approach, they were still meticulous and accommodating, and their genuine sincerity was palpable. I've included a few photos of the hotel. The room was great, and the bed was really comfortable. The slippers were also a nice touch, different from other hotels. It was very affordable, and the front desk service was excellent. It's just a short walk across the street to Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street, and not far from the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base—a 20-minute taxi ride. Very convenient and highly recommended!

I really liked the hotel and services. It’s location is near bus stops and metro, mini-grocery store and market with fresh veggies/fruits nearby. It’s is very quiet in the hotel despite it being in the center of the city! Hotel has self-service laundry, where you can wash and steam your clothes. Staff is very polite and helping out, we conversed mainly through translator app because they don’t speak English. As for the room, it was nice and tidy with a window to a closed small planted area. A tea set and everyday supply of water is what also made me happy. The only minor thing I can mention that I didn’t like is that because courtyard was very close to the room, if someone smoked outside, you could sense the smell in the room as well. For the rest I really enjoyed my stay at tianfu courtyard, I recommend this place if you like peace and quiet! Thank you

I was very satisfied with my room. Check-in at the hotel lobby was super fast and efficient. Breakfast is served on the 30th floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. There's a free 24-hour laundry room and gym on the 29th floor. The lobby also offers complimentary Haagen-Dazs ice cream! They even gave me a small panda souvenir. It's incredibly close to Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road, and the International Finance Square. I highly recommend it to everyone. Right outside, there are delicious 'Bo Bo Ji' (skewered dishes) and BBQ, plus plenty of shops and pharmacies.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Would happily return. Pros: · Fantastic location – very close to the train and bus station, plus lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Easy to grab snacks or fruits. · The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was a real big bed (not two singles pushed together). The decor gives a lovely zen feeling. · Staff were super friendly and helpful. · Fun touch: the room swipe card is on a wristband. · Reception offered free dessert soup now and then – a nice treat. · There's a luggage rack to open your suitcase comfortably. Cons (minor, but worth noting): · The AI control system struggles with English commands. · A few typos around the room. · Laundry room has only one machine that does both wash and dry – takes 3.5+ hours per load. Staff can help, though. · Outside of our corner room, there are extra stairs up and down in the corridor (fine for us, but not good for those with accessibility needs). · The auto-flush toilet had a sensor issue? wasting a lot of water. Despite these small downsides, we'd definitely stay again. Great value and vibe!

hotel review: I had a really good stay at the Joy Air Hotel, especially because I had an early morning flight. The hotel was very convenient since they offered early luggage check-in and fast-track security access at the airport, which made the whole process much smoother. The room was really clean, tidy, and spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable, although there was some disturbing noise around midnight. My room was on the seventh floor, which was quite high up, but unfortunately I could still hear loud door-banging noises around midnight. The noise was disturbing for a while, although it stopped around 1 a.m., and after that I was able to sleep properly. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and the atmosphere was pleasant. I found some of the hot dishes a bit oily for my taste, so I mainly enjoyed the cold food, salad, and bread section instead. The staff were attentive and friendly throughout my stay, and their service made a positive impression.

The newly opened hotel is clean, hygienic, and equipped with smart technology. It's good in all aspects. Facilities: A small suggestion: The shower room design or sealing is subpar; water easily overflows during showering. All three rooms we booked experienced water overflow, which is detrimental to room maintenance. It's a pity considering the investment in hardware facilities. We should cherish the good operating results. Wishing you booming business!

Best location closer to the airport. They have 1-time only free airport pick up or drop off, you may schedule in advance. Best service, I'm not a native speaker, but there was one gentleman who can converse clearly in English when I called over the phone and left a message to my husband who will stay in the hotel, they updated me as well of details when I needed. Best experience ever. My husband was very happy as well of the hotel service and amenities. Thank you very much. Will highly recommend this place.
