Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

I had earlier booked another hotel but as I decided to join a trip to Jiuzhaigou by speed train, I had to change hotels and chose to stay at Rayfont Hotel. Rayfont Hotel is very near the Chengdu East Railway Station. Take the exit to East Square and when you exit the station, look up and you can see The Longemont Chengdu. Rayfont Hotel is just behind it. There is also an underground passage from The Longemont to the Railway Station (opens from 06:00 to midnight) which makes it convenient for travellers staying at either hotel. Luggage storage is at The Longemont. I was allowed an early check-in (before 08:00!) and my room was upgraded without additional cost. Even though I could see the railway tracks and trains, my room was quiet and the neighbouring rooms were quiet too. I enjoyed staying at Rayfont Hotel.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. The hotel's front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. Overall, my stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance in the future. The room was generally clean and tidy, though there's still room for improvement in the floor cleaning. I found a few strands of hair left by the previous guest upon check-in. However, apart from that, the room's hygiene was satisfactory. What surprised me the most were the bed and sheets! The material felt incredibly smooth and soft, providing an excellent sleeping experience – almost the best night's sleep I've had on this trip. Anyone who appreciates high-quality bedding will be very pleased. The bathrobe was also a huge plus. The plush texture was incredibly comfortable, and wearing it to relax in the air-conditioned room or even as sleepwear was very cozy, making you feel right at home. I stayed on the 34th floor, and the windows were spotlessly clean, offering a wide, unobstructed view. Enjoying the city nightscape in the evening was particularly beautiful, with sparkling lights – absolutely worth it. While some wall surfaces in the room and bathroom fixtures showed a bit of age, and there were slight signs of wear in a few corners, overall, the spectacular view, convenient location, and excellent service completely made up for these minor flaws. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to 9th Street, making it perfect for travelers who enjoy nightlife, bars, or evening activities, with many popular spots within walking distance. I must also give a special shout-out to the concierge and front desk service team. The staff, especially the female members, were all very kind, enthusiastic, and eager to help. They not only assisted with laundry service but also helped deliver my online shopping packages and food delivery to the room. The service was thoughtful and meticulous, truly making me feel at home. What I particularly liked was that the hotel provided laundry service instead of making guests use self-service washing machines, which was a very thoughtful touch and significantly enhanced the stay experience. However, there are a few things to note. There are several sets of stairs from the hotel entrance to the lobby. If you're carrying large luggage, you might need to put in some effort to carry it up. It's advisable to be prepared for this before checking in. Additionally, the room interior features a multi-level design with steps in some areas. For someone like me who can be a bit forgetful and prone to zoning out when getting up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, extra caution is needed regarding footing. I accidentally stumbled several times when going to the bathroom at night 🤣. While the design is unique, guests with mobility issues or those prone to tripping might need to be extra careful. Overall, it's a hotel with excellent service, outstanding views, and a convenient location. Although some of the hardware facilities show signs of age, and there are stairs and indoor steps to be aware of, the attentive service team, comfortable bedding, stunning night views, and superb location made it feel very worthwhile. I will definitely consider staying here again next time I visit this city!

I really wanted to give a good review, but after much hesitation, I decided to be honest. As soon as I entered the room, I found a slipper behind the door, which shows the cleaning wasn't very thorough. The wooden trim by the bed was broken (see picture), exposing a nail, and I scraped my calf when I walked past it. I told the front desk staff, and they said they'd send someone to fix it, but they didn't show any concern for my injury. The wound got a bit inflamed, which inconvenienced my subsequent travel. I just hope they actually fix it so the next guest doesn't get hurt. The LED strip light by the bed had also fallen off. Overall, it feels like the hotel isn't very well-maintained, and the price of over 700 yuan per night doesn't quite match the service; it's a bit too high.

I had a particularly satisfying stay this time. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with all the necessary amenities. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and responsive to requests. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and it was quiet at night. The breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options, and the price was reasonable. It's definitely my top choice for travel accommodations. A special thanks for the laundry service; everything was clean and had a lingering fresh scent! 👍👍👍

The room was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. They provided shuttle service to and from town whenever needed, which was a great experience! Although I didn't get to see Siguniang Mountain, it's normal for this season. After hiking, it was wonderful to relax in a nice bath. Even the club owner highly recommended this place after hearing about it! Here’s a photo of Yaomei Peak taken from the summit. I'll definitely come again next time!

This is my second review because we booked two rooms, and I apologize for all the trouble I caused due to my leg injury. Last night, when I needed scissors, the housekeeping staff waited outside for me to finish using them before taking them back, and they were incredibly polite. I also used a hotel chair to shower, and a staff member brought it up for me. When checking out, I even walked away with the hotel slippers, and they didn't charge me for them. So, I absolutely have to give this hotel a huge thumbs-up. I wish you all the best and continued success!

The room was spacious and clean. It's very close to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, only about a ten-minute walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, which is super convenient. Getting to the airport or high-speed train station takes about half an hour by taxi. They even offered an afternoon tea, which I sadly didn't have time to enjoy. It would be even better if the room facilities were a bit more modern.

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!
