Great hotel. Located a mere 10mins walk away from Taikoo Li, Chunxi Road and the metro station. A convenience sits right beside the hotel too. Good variety of rooms to choose from. We got a free upgrade to a corner room that had a wider entryway. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Comes with a kettle however no mini fridge. Hotel comes with a laundry room with washers and a dryer. Service was generally good. Left luggage service available. Would recommend staying here of you're looking an afforable place to staynin Chengdu.

I arrived here late almost midnight from Songpan. The room is quite small comparing with the other night I booked. And I thought it is the same room type (could be wrong). But this room is at the conner of the building and not sufficient space to walk in the room. Also at first I cannot find the luggage (had dropped before I went to Juizhaigoe) which at first I and hotel staff try to help find but cannot find it from store room. Eventually, luggage somehow braught outside of store room and put in the conner which is hard to notice. At the end young gentleman staff help located it which I think both he and I felt relieve : )

Overall hotel is good, nice location inside airport, nice and spacious bedroom, nice breakfast and good staff at dining room. But VERY BAD WOMEN FRONT STAFF! My sister can speak Chinese so she speak Chinese with woman at front desk (evening shift on 17/10/2024) when check-in for smooth communication but she gave us bad attitude like don't wanna talk to us and don't gave us any info about breakfast time and facilities. Also another women when we came back to ask about information gave us same bad attitude and bad service mind. Luckily when had breakfast staff at dining room were nice and well served, also when check out male staff at front desk very welcoming and nice so can end my trip at Chengdu not too bad.

Hotel location is good close to walking distance easy to eat and shopping. Staff service is very good. Only one thing is Soundproofing not so good.

Nice hotel , good value . We received a nice welcome from the front staff, Miss He. Got even Häagen-Dazs ice-cream although the scoop is a little small :)and a cup of tea and a welcome fruit platter . Location is good , with recommendations of good hotpot restaurants from Miss He. Breakfast selection is adequate and good quality . There were a lot of customers but luckily the breakfast area is big enough to not feel too crowded . There is a laundromat floor free to use , which is very handy . The only complaint we had was the long wait for the lifts during peak hours in the morning . Will recommend this hotel for a city stay.

This is probably your best option in Chengdu. The rooms are really cute with a tatami style bed and they are clean. The water pressure is awesome and the room is quiet. The staff speaks English so it is easy to communicate and get help/info. The hang around areas are nice and the roof top has a great view but the beers are a bit expensive for being a hostel. Zoey that works in the reception is the best! She is super service minded and will help you with everything! She helped us much more than expected from the hotel/hostel staff. Without her our visit would have been much less nice and more complicated. The hostel should be super happy to have her and should do everything in the world to keep her! If we go back to Chengdu we would choose this hostel over a nicer hotel just because of the brilliant service, thanks a lot Zoey! The laundry service upstairs works great and it is cheap but there is only one machine and you can hang your clothes there and they dry quickly or you use the dryer. We didn't have any issues waiting to use them etc.

Exceed my expectations，everything is good. Small room but with good service, this could be an offset. Like the water pressure and the sound proof is good as no window. Ventilation fan is working well so it’s fine for me. The rooms with windows are facing the busy main road, this would be more bothering to me.

Really great location and close to the IFS (International Finance Centre) and shops around which was still busy past midnight on weekends. The only complaints are that (1) they don't have a fridge in the room but at that price, I couldn't really ask for it, and (2) the room smells of cigarette smoke but you get used to it after a while. Running the AC helps. I'd stay here again definitely.

I stayed at this hotel and had a very convenient experience. The location is excellent, with the metro exit right next to the building, and plenty of food options nearby. It's just a short walk to the pedestrian street and the metro, plus less than 10 minutes on foot from the airport bus drop-off. The room was clean and spacious, though I did miss having a mini fridge. My room faced the main road, so I could hear the busy traffic, but it didn’t bother me too much. The hotel also has a laundry room on the 8th floor, which was really handy for doing laundry. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay.

Our stay at this boutique hotel was enjoyable and fantastic. Hotel is about 10mins walk from metro station which is on line 2 and accessible to major malls and attractions. Room is clean and new but slightly small. Staff at reception are helpful and polite. Will definitely stay again when we back to chengdu.

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

The stay here was excellent and we stayed here for 3 nights to visit both Chang Ping Valley and ShuangQiao Valley during this autumn season for snow peak view . The stay is located about 5 to 10 minutes walk from Chang Ping Valley Touristic Spot. The hotel can help to arrange cab to ShuangQiao Valley if you wish to travel there as well. The hotel room was clean, staffs were friendly and most importantly able to communicate in both English and Mandarin, which made the communication easy. Their restaurant is worth visiting as well as they serve delicious yak meat hotpot, mushroom chicken noodle. Their home made rose milk tea and mushroom garlic fried rice are must try as well.

Location is within a km from Jiuzhaigou entry point. Pleasant stroll over with many eateries around. Room is clean but the mattress is hard. Water takes a long time to heat up and they used microfiber towels which isnt nice. Overall a good two night stay. Staff also very friendly and helpful. They provided a very useful map of Jiuzhaigou and even listed out which sights are recommended to visit. Btw lifts stop at 3rd floor, pitched roof rooms are on 4th so there is a flight of stairs. Luckily i booked a normal room.

The location is perfect for traveler to Jiuzhaigou national park as you can walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. However, the cleanliness of the room is average. The strong smell of mothballs are always there in the room during my 4 nights stay. In my room, the pillow was a bit dirty with some little red spots which I don’t know what it was. Anyway, The staff was truly friendly.

Zhongshan Inn is located in Changpingzhen, a ******* style village part of Siguniangzhen at about 3200m altitude (good for acclimatization if you want to go further to Danba, Tagong, Kangding). The bus from and to Chengdu Chadianzi station stops in 5min walking distance from the Inn. To Shuangqiao Valley one needs a driver (about 7 km away, 15 min drive). To Changping Valley (6km away, short ride) one has to take the shuttle bus, the bus stop is a 5 min walk away. The trailhead to Haizi Valley is in 5 min walking distance, one can walk over directly. I stayed here in the week before the Spring Festival. The village and the Inn have been extremely quiet, just a few visitors (many stores and Inns were closed due to the holiday). Hiking and trekking opportunities around this place are rich and beautiful, worth a several day visit. The staff of the guesthouse is very, very kind and goes out of the way to help and support. The owner is a young man who can speak and understand English (great for foreigners). Rooms are spacious, warm, and tidy (bathtub, heating blanket, floor heating) at a fair price. For animal lovers: there are a Husky dog and several cats in the house. In the village you can see the integrated life of villagers and their tiny horses (many of them work as pack animals in the valleys), yaks and cows. Expect some travel hassle if you go by bus or car during the winter season with snow and ice on a small curvy street through spectacular mountains. Needs patience, things will take much longer then.

Our stay at Ji hotel was honestly great some days and lackluster other days depending on who was working at the front desk. Three staff members were very helpful and kind while two others were quite rude and reluctant to provide helpful information. Therefore, it's difficult to review due to the inconsistent experience. I really do appreciate the staff that was kind and hope they're rewarded for their hard work.

Facilities: The room is not big, but the layout is quite warm. I especially like their table lamps and floor lamps. Hygiene: The hygiene is good. Environment: It is very close to the entrance of Changpinggou. The restaurant and teahouse are decorated with a sense of design. There are also a lot of succulents in the store. Service: The waiter is very talkative and can give tourists travel advice.

I bought yak milk dairy products and the store also mailed them! The overall price/performance ratio of the hotel is very high! Already recommended to friends. Jiuzhai is beautiful! The beef hot pot restaurant downstairs is also good. Three people checked in, and the owner took the initiative to give us a set of toiletries and slippers. It was raining outside. I was out for half an hour, and the owner even lent me an umbrella

Stayed for 5 consecutive nights from 14-19 Sep 2024 Hygiene-3 The hotel’s hygiene is really sub-par, found black rubber bands left on the floor, likely left behind by the previous guest. Room cleaned, top up with fresh towels but used towels not cleared…. Taking a bath is painful as the water pressure is weak and it is difficult to adjust the temperature. The water either gets extremely hot or just turned cold. Highlighted the issues to the counter staff. They look into the issue and took action immediately, the issues persisted. Value for Money- 3 Breakfast spread was average. This 5 star overrated. It is a 3.5 star at the most. Location-5 Great location, near to the scenic with many restaurants nearby. Service-5 In general, all the front desk and service staff were very friendly and helpful, in particular the housekeeper Xiao Han who is very prompt and pro-active in ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

We had a nice and modern room at 6th floor, nice view and bright. Bed is comfortable (not hard). Basic chinese breakfast, overall a very good Price in April for such hôtel. Park entrance is at 15min by foot, which is correct. Last but not least, all staff is really kind and accommodating, doing their best to help and please us. I would definitely come back again !

Very new and clean facilities, location is slightly far from the main area but hotel provides free shuttle buses to & fro Jiuzhaigou. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Free laundry which was great. Everything was orange-themed from fruits, sweets, drinks, soap, toothpaste, shower gel.
