I have stayed at Hyatt Place Nanchong nearly 10 times, so I will write an objective review.
Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”.
Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me.
Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle.
Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The noise of the dam dance in the riverside square is also relatively loud, which lasts until about 21 o'clock. The city view is relatively quiet.
Service: The overall service is in line with expectations. When you take a taxi to the hotel entrance, there will be a concierge colleague to open the car door. Now many five-star hotels have ignored this step.
In addition, Xiao Zhou, a colleague at the front desk, patiently helped me use Tianfutong to handle the matter when I forgot to bring my ID card. Then there was no network, and he patiently waited for me to use my ID card photo. He smiled throughout the process without any impatience. Thank you for making me like Hyatt Place even better.
Surprise point: Breakfast, the best word for Nanchong Hotel can be given to Hyatt Place, which has a rich variety and adjusts the dishes from time to time. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables.
Thank you for providing me with a comfortable business trip hotel experience, and I will continue to visit more in the future.

Xiao Dan at the front desk checked in quickly and gave away toys for the children. The facilities and equipment in the room were relatively complete and the room was large. I would also like to thank the lobby manager and Xiao Zhang Xiaoye.
This time, because the children were participating in a competition in the morning, they extended our check-out time to 2 o'clock. It was very user-friendly and nice!
Breakfast is also good, very rich
Stayed as a couple late September. Good location near the drum tower. Climb the stairs for a good workout; you can climb right to the top of the drum tower for a great view. Bus #12 stops right outside the hotel, first stop after turning right from the main street. The street it's on is reasonably busy, but quitens down at night. Check in was straight forward, including the travel form of where you came from, going to next and what you are doing in Deyang. Hotel kept fairly clean, considering it's an older hotel where not everything is pristine. Room contains slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, etc. Not much in the way of amenities; a foyer, a lift, a room. A Chinese breakfast is included in the price, and it seems a lunch and a dinner. I had the basic breakfast. I advise you to check the rooms first; the ones near the lift are a bit noisy, but some rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes and other odours. All in all, a good value hotel; we would stay again

Five-star review! Living in a dreamland above the clouds at Mount Siguniang, an unforgettable snow-capped mountain experience!
My stay at 'Mount Siguniang Stargazing · Vacilando Resort' completely overturned my perception of high-altitude guesthouses! The resort is located at an altitude of 3300 meters within the Changpinggou Scenic Area. From my window, I had a breathtaking view of the magnificent snow-capped peak of 'Yaomei Peak,' the highest peak of Mount Siguniang. In the morning, I could witness the stunning golden sunrise on the mountain right from my bed, and in the evening, the sunset painted the snow mountains gold, making me feel as if I were in a painting.
The amenities were truly luxurious: underfloor heating throughout the entire house, oxygen concentrators, and humidifiers completely alleviated any concerns about altitude sickness. King Koil latex mattresses, Marshall speakers, Dyson hair dryers, and Balmain toiletries – every detail exuded quality. The room design was incredibly thoughtful, with a 270-degree viewing balcony and a rooftop observation deck that provided perfect spots for photographing the snow mountains. Every photo I took looked like a masterpiece!
The service was incredibly attentive: the butler was available 24/7, and there was free Mercedes van shuttle service to the Changpinggou Tourist Center. Even a request for an extra blanket in the middle of the night was delivered in seconds. What was even more delightful was the ******* clothing experience; putting on traditional attire and taking photos in front of the snow mountains made my social media buzz!
Both food and scenery were exceptional: the freshly brewed coffee and snow mountain rice noodles for breakfast were heartwarming and comforting, and the yak hotpot and ******* grilled lamb chops for dinner were unforgettable. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows faced the snow mountains directly, making dining feel like being one with nature.

First time staying at the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu, and the experience was absolutely perfect! 😁😁😁
I booked two Ritz-Carlton Suites for my family and me during our trip to Chengdu, and the thoughtful service from Ms. Lianne made the start of our journey full of pleasant surprises 🥳🥳🥳.
Before we even arrived, Ms. Lianne proactively reached out to understand our needs. She not only reserved rooms for us very close to the Executive Lounge but also went above and beyond to arrange rooms on the 38th and 39th floors, despite the limitation of ”only one Ritz-Carlton Suite per floor.” This thoughtful gesture allowed my family to easily look after each other while maintaining our privacy, which was incredibly touching. During check-in, she thoughtfully arranged for us to complete the process while dining at the lounge, saving us waiting time and allowing my family to start their vacation in a comfortable setting.
From the meticulous arrangements to the warmth of the service, we truly felt the high quality of the Ritz-Carlton Chengdu. I especially want to commend Ms. Lianne for her professionalism and attentiveness. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit to Chengdu! 🙃🙃🙃

The room was exactly as pictured, boasting a very unique and stylish design. My two friends and I checked in, having originally booked a king room. The front desk staff proactively offered us the option to upgrade to a family room. After comparing, we decided the family room would be more comfortable for the three of us, so we paid to upgrade. The family room had excellent natural light and was very well-equipped. The laundry room, gym, and other facilities are all available 24/7. The only minor drawback was the lack of breakfast. However, our overall stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

Checkin was very smooth and quick. The room was very nice with a view of the outside of airport terminal.
The shower cubicle and bathtub were clean and spacious.
The best part of our stay was the breakfast spread. The food offered from cold salad and hot soup dumplings to delicious pastries and portuguese egg tarts were all presented at a high standard. Well done!
First set back was the attitude and tone of voice af the Housekeeping services for the room. We made 2 phone calls and both times we ended up feeling reprimanded because of our request. In the end I just had to say ” no worries, just say you cannot do it, instead of giving us a lecture. ” All we asked for was an extra kettle. If she can't do it, it was fine with us...
Second setback was yhat during breakfast, the chatting amongst the staff were loud and noisy. We had an early breakfast, and there were not many guests.

I chose the Mercure Chengdu Chunxi for my business trip this time, and I'm absolutely smitten! As a mid-to-high-end brand under Huazhu, the quality truly lives up to its reputation; my entire stay, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly pleasant.
The location is a huge plus, right next to the Chunxi Road commercial area. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li. In the evenings, a post-dinner stroll lets you soak in the vibrant atmosphere of Chengdu. The room was cozy and elegant, with plenty of French design details, and the warm bedside lamp created a lovely ambiance. The bedding was skin-friendly and breathable, letting me fall asleep instantly after a long day. Amenities like high-speed WiFi, an HD TV, and a separate shower were all available. The bathroom's wet and dry separation was very well done, and it was spotlessly clean.
What surprised me most was the hotel's excellent service. The front desk staff patiently answered all my travel questions and thoughtfully recommended some niche local eateries. The breakfast spread was extensive, not only offering regular Chinese and Western dishes but also fresh fruit and freshly ground coffee – perfect for starting the day with energy. It's incredibly rare to find a hotel in the city center with such a great location, fantastic service, and high value for money. I've already recommended it to my colleagues, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip to Chengdu!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with comprehensive and impeccably clean facilities. The front desk staff, in particular, were exceptionally attentive, warm, and thoughtful, showing great care for guests, which is truly commendable. The rooms are well-equipped. My stay was very pleasant. The restaurant service was also very meticulous, and the afternoon tea was unique. Breakfast was plentiful. This hotel is definitely worth it, and I'll certainly return if I get the chance.

Staying in Chengdu — the legendary panda city — was already exciting, but this hotel made it unforgettable! 🌟
• Free Afternoon Tea & Snacks 🍵🍪 — We couldn’t believe how generous they were. Every afternoon we enjoyed delicious tea and snacks, and honestly… we loved them so much that it became a highlight of our day.
• Late Checkout Like a Dream ⏰💤 — They surprised us with a very nice late checkout, which meant more time to relax and enjoy our trip without rushing.
The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and absolutely beyond expectations. This wasn’t just a stay — it was pure panda-city magic. Highly recommend this hotel if you want comfort, great perks, and that extra touch of kindness that makes travel amazing! 🌏❤️

RRuoling WangThis was our 3rd time returning to this hotel during our 11-day Sichuan trip. It remains an incredibly pleasant stay!
The room was clean. The bedding was comfortable.
Many attractions are in walking distance, and it is close to the Mirui shopping mall which is where intercity shuttle picked us up.
Breakfast has enough option and tastes good. They have a coffee shop downstairs too.
”Xiao du” AI in the room is also very helpful. Everything (lights, AC, curtain, even music) can be controlled by voice (mandarin).
If there are any needs, the staff are readily available and respond promptly, even late at night.
MM225837****This hotel in Vienna was recommended by friends who had traveled here before, so I didn't look at any other options. The service was absolutely top-notch, couldn't fault it. However, the room's facilities weren't great; the air conditioning wasn't working, and even after someone came to fix it in the middle of the night, it still didn't get resolved. The staff were very accommodating though, actively communicating and arranging a room change, which solved the issue the next day. Breakfast offered a decent variety. Dinner was à la carte, and the braised yak beef was delicious. There's a shuttle service to the entrance of the gorge, and the hotel helps arrange transportation to the high-speed rail station, which was quite convenient.
YYuleleThis stay truly exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were attentive and thoughtful, managing to uphold policy while still being understanding of guests' needs – a truly human touch! 👍 Room service was also quick and the staff were very polite. Parking was convenient. The only slight downside was the breakfast; although there were many options, the quality was just average, and the coffee machine definitely needs an upgrade.

MM2g6qvwi3****The hotel's location is great, just a few minutes from the subway station, and it's also convenient for taxis to get to the city center without feeling crowded. Though not large, the hotel is very cozy. The lobby's decor is understated yet sophisticated, which made me feel relaxed. The front desk staff were warm and efficient during check-in, and they did their best to arrange a quieter room for me when I requested it. I'm quite particular about hotel cleanliness, and this time, the hygiene conditions were excellent—not a speck of dust anywhere, and the bed was very comfortable and reassuring. There's a large park downstairs, so I took a stroll outside to enjoy the scenery of Chengdu, and I slept very well afterward. The breakfast selection was also good, with some local Chengdu specialties included. It was a very pleasant stay, excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back.

Ffiona10****Traveled to Jiuzhaigou with my parents and child. We booked two rooms for three nights. The room views were quite ordinary; the first-floor rooms mainly overlooked trees. I'm not sure which room types offer mountain views from a higher floor, and the website wasn't clear when selecting room types.
Overall, it was decent, but there were two main issues:
1. **Housekeeping was stingy with replenishing items.** We stayed for three nights, and toiletries that were opened on the first day weren't replaced on the second, even something as small as two cotton pads. When checking in with a child, we received three bath towels only on the first night. For the next two days, housekeeping only provided two towels, and we only realized this after my child had already showered and needed one.
2. **Breakfast service was unaccommodating.** There were five of us eating breakfast. Even with empty window-side tables, the server was reluctant to seat us there. When we requested it, they claimed there wasn't enough space for five, despite the fact that the small two-person tables could easily be combined. I'm not sure how the hotel trains its staff, but everything felt very petty and didn't match the price point.
Jiuzhaigou itself is still beautiful, and these issues didn't ruin our trip.
GGuest UserWe love how close the place is to jiuzhaigou scenic area. The place is also very clean and has nice views. The staff also helped us booked tickets for the bus going back to Huanglong station. It’s an easy walk to restaurants nearby too! It’s such a lovely place and we would love to go back! To the two women staff who helped us book tickets, tài xièxiè le!! ♥️♥️
GGuest UserThe first room's bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and even the technician couldn't fix it. The hotel offered to move us to another room. In the second room, the bathroom light was broken. A technician came to fix it, and this time they succeeded. The whole check-in process, with all these issues, took over 2 hours.
The bed had dust mites; I woke up with bumps all over my arms and fingers, and it was incredibly itchy.
The hotel breakfast was good, with different options each day.
The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Second People's Hospital station and also near Chunxi Road.

AaH_p0hExtremely cosy panda theme hotel that’s near to Chengdu city panda base.
Check-in is on level 2 & the ladies at the reception are extremely helpful to get u advice to the panda base or around the vicinity.
My room got upgraded to their family room & it’s on level 2. The room are AI connected & u can call out to open the curtain, lights, tv. There’s no room tag for housekeeping / DND. I’ll suggest to lock all valuables before u leave the room as the housekeeping team will clean up on daily basis. The walls are quite thin (can’t hear next door convo unless kids are crying / ppl are practically shouting) & it’s so loud each time someone next door to you turns on the tap to wash hands / shower. Water pressure is great with hot water, AC needs to be double tap in order to be turned on.
To those visit in the panda base, u can catch a ride downstairs from 7am at RMB 10/way & sit up to 4 pax. Journey is 3-4 ride away.
Within the vicinity, there’s some F&B restaurants along the street but I didn’t get to try it.
