Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

To be honest, in the photos it doesn’t look as nice as the cheaper rooms, so I was a bit hesitant. However, once I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. The room is much more comfortable and pleasant than it appears in the pictures. The bed is a bit smaller than in the cheaper rooms, but it’s actually more comfortable. The space itself is very large. Also, the beautiful aesthetic of this hotel — which often doesn’t fully come through in the photos — is really noticeable when you are actually sitting in the living room area. Overall, a very pleasant surprise

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

This hotel is relatively close to the airport. You can book whatever you want after getting off the plane. Advantages: The price is not too high, the hygiene is okay, the environment on the first floor is okay, there is a place to sit and talk about things, and there is also breakfast. Although very simple Disadvantages: The room is too small, not 18 square meters at all. You can only turn around in places other than the bed where 2 people sleep. Also there is no hair dryer. After washing my hair, I asked them if they had a hair dryer. I can only sleep with wet hair, which is very depressing.

I stayed at this hotel for a flight connection, and it was a wonderful hotel. Located a few kilometers from the airport. There is a shuttle bus every hour. The staff's customer service is great and the rooms are clean. Even late at night, there was a snack corner next to the front desk where we could get donuts for free. There is also an espresso machine in the room, so you can relax. Breakfast was also very delicious with a wide variety. I would definitely like to visit again when I visit Bogota again.

There is a transfer from the hotel every half hour. Cozy courtyard. Good breakfasts and you can have dinner in the cafe located in the lobby. Pets are allowed.

Good service with shuttle bus to airport 24-7 every 30 minutes, with the driving time no longer than 5 minutes. Uber to Monseratta takes 20 minutes and around 30000 pesos

Good location, quiet neighborhood, ten minutes walk from downtown. Going out to the roadside gas station has a subway, which tastes good.

Almost every time I go to Bogota, I will live in this hotel, or the Marriott next door The price/performance ratio of this hotel is slightly higher in comparison, the service is quite good, and the decoration is not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside is that the breakfast is pretty much the same every day (which can't be helped).

Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back
