GGuest UserSmall double room, very soft mattress, bathroom was tiny, no surface for your washbag etc, very tatty bathroom suite, sink cracked from top to bottom, shower leaked so badly that the flooring was warped and leaked onto bedroom carpet leaving wet patch after each use.

GGuest UserIt's about 10mins away from train station walking,
Clean, nice views if in selected rooms.
No one explained about the gym or restaurant so we ask other customers.
They said they needed i.d but didn't say this when I had booked it.
But I would say this is like a upgraded travel lodge.
We will be back to try the food out as didn't know about this before like mentioned.
Good location for places like dance east or football

GGuest UserI was greeted by a lovely young lady who made me very welcome. I was struggling with my luggage so she helped me up to the room, it was a great help. The facilities here are amazing, made use of the pool, spa & sauna.
Had a relaxing drink in the bar.
Haven't eaten here as I am visiting family & been eating with them but the food does smell amazing. My room is a single but is perfect the bed is more queen size than single & very comfy.

Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was very slow and the young staff members seem to be more interested in chatting around the bar area.
My wife was keen to use the spa facilities included in the price but the sauna was closed, the steam room and jacuzzi were full, as was the pool.
Not as good as the first time we stayed 16 months ago, which was disappointing, but the surroundings were still lovely.

SShanghai hatI had a great stay at Novotel Ipswich Centre and felt it offered excellent value for money. The hotel is in a convenient location, within easy walking distance of the town centre and waterfront, making it an ideal base for exploring Ipswich.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made the check-in and check-out process quick and easy.
What stood out most was the reasonable price. Considering the quality of the accommodation, the service, and the central location, I thought it represented very good value. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Ipswich.

The location was very quiet.
Breakfast at £10 per head was a real bargain and very nice.
