Very close to the airport. After a call, they picked us up in about 10 minutes from Gate 6 on the departure level. Although the hotel facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. They even provided a separate bed for the kids, which was thoughtful. For dinner, we ordered a burger that was quite substantial and only cost a little over 100 RMB. There was even a sports game on TV, which got the little ones very excited! The next day, we were dropped off directly at the airport, which was super convenient. Definitely recommended!

The front of house were great. The cleaning and housekeeping service needs work. They do not have a do not disturb sign, so we had house keeping knocking on our door at 9am after a big night out in Budapest. Then when the rude housekeeper arrived, he dint touch the bed. Just changed the towels and did the bare minimum. Won’t be back based off of this experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and truly an outstanding experience from start to finish, The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful We stayed there during my husband birthday and when we returned to our room ,we found a beautifully chilled bottle of champagne waiting for us!!! along with a personalized birthday card from the General Manager. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made the celebration extra special. The hotel attention to detail and committed to guest satisfaction are truly impressive!!!! We will definitely be returning. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfort and memorable stay,

This hotel's location and facilities are ideal, close to all major attractions. However, our check-in was disappointing. We had booked a double bed, but the blue-haired receptionist assigned us a twin room without notice. The other staff offered to change rooms, but it required a one-hour wait. Having just arrived from a long-haul flight, we were too exhausted to wait any longer. We therefore reluctantly had to accept the incorrect room. We hope the blue-haired receptionist can improve her professional diligence to prevent future guests from facing similar issues.

Good hotel. Area is a bit dodgy (Arena still has plenty of Keleti area homeless people), though it is well connected with M2 metro station right outside. Good breakfast. Good gym. Water facilities so-so: drainage in room shower slow, swimming pool/sauna not the most fresh looking. Overall recommended if price is right.

Overall, a good stay. Pros: In-unit washer, clothes-drying rack, and cooking facilities. Spacious layout with a living area (table and sofa), bathroom, and bedroom all within one unit. Reception staff were responsive and friendly. Convenient location, close to bus and tram routes, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. Access to the Anantara lobby and gym — I really loved the grand lobby. Privilege of accessing the New York Cafe without waiting, just like Anantara guests, since the two hotels and the cafe belong to the same group. The cafe’s interior design and live music, in my opinion, were worth the inflated food prices haha. Cons: Housekeeping was not very detail-oriented. I noticed traces of dirt on the floor, mirror, bathroom, carpet, inside the wardrobe, and under the bed. To be fair, these are not areas I usually interact with closely, but they were noticeable. The cleaners I interacted with did not communicate well in English and appeared less enthusiastic. Cleaning was missed one day. My room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet, but rooms facing the road may be noisy.

All round the Corinthia Budapest is a great hotel with good prices and excellent service from very friendly employees throughout the hotel. Excellent spar. Relaxed lounge areas. The bedroom on fifth floor was very nice clean and comfortable. The heating system is set at a high temperature which can become quite uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Loved the Christmas decorations and Christmas Sunday brunch with free flowing beverages.  Very tasty food in the restaurant. The only issues we would highlight is the problem with the hotel being so big that the breakfast restaurant gets very crowded with delayed self service causing the food to become cold by time you sit down. This is also due to many guests leaving the Bain Marie food service warmer lids open as they are rushing to get food. Also the coffee is machines are not good quality or require servicing as the coffee was warm or cold once milk or cream was added. This was the case everyday over 5 days we never got a hot coffee.  Hot food and drinks are very important and this was unfortunately the only let down during our stay.  Hence the reason for a lower review score.  Aside from this I would recommend the hotel.

This is definitely the right choice when visiting Budapest, it's the pinnacle of Hungarian accommodation! The room is clean and comfortable, with unbeatable views of the Danube, the front desk staff are welcoming, and all the famous landmarks are within walking distance.

GGuest UserEverything was great. The bathroom was separate and the room was beautiful with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and cheerful, and the service was excellent. The food was good and of high quality. The restaurant staff were very friendly and cheerful. If I come here myself, I will definitely come back. I was very impressed. The service was excellent and the location was very convenient. I really liked this place. I would recommend it. You won't be disappointed. ❤️

EEmilylovesfoodEverything about the hotel was quite reasonable. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the ingredients were good quality and it tasted nice. However, the service could be improved. We arrived around 7 AM to check-in and drop off our luggage. When we returned to the hotel at 2 PM, the front desk told us we'd have to wait until 3 PM. So, I told them we'd be sitting on the sofa nearby and to let us know when our room was ready. Between 2:30 PM and 3 PM, they continued to check in other guests. After 3 PM, since no one had informed me, I assumed the room wasn't ready. It wasn't until around 3:20 PM, when I went to the front desk to ask, that I discovered the room had been ready for a while, but they simply hadn't told me. The waiting area sofa was less than two meters directly in front of the front desk, and they had been aware of our presence the entire time but never notified us.

GGuest UserFor the price I paid, I expected better. The facilities felt standard and the island itself offered nothing special for me. The facial was just okay, though I did have good experiences with the massage and mud wrap services. Breakfast looked fantastic, but unfortunately the taste didn’t live up to the presentation. During my trip, I stayed at four different hotels across Budapest. This was the most expensive, yet it’s the one I would rate the lowest.

IIsemBadiliq hotel overall was very enjoyable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated lobby and friendly staff who thoroughly explained everything about the hotel and the surrounding area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. If anything was missing, we could always request it at reception (such as bathrobes, slippers, toiletries). We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children) in a junior suite, which was conveniently divided into two sections. The room had a fridge, espresso machine, and kettle. Housekeeping was done daily. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. Even though we stayed during the peak winter season, there was always enough space in the dining area, and the food was promptly replenished by the restaurant staff. We arrived before the official check-in time, and although no room was yet available, the receptionist kindly offered us to wait in the lounge where light snacks, juices, tea, and freshly ground coffee were provided. We could also store our luggage in the luggage room and explore the nearby attractions — the hotel is very well located with many sights within walking distance. The only downside during our stay was a temporary hot water outage for a few hours, but we were informed about it in advance. The staff were extremely polite and helpful with any requests, always accommodating. They even allowed us a late check-out, which, as we learned, is quite rare in Budapest.

GGuest UserI stayed here for 5 days. First of all, the breakfast is very rich. The cleaning of the room is very serious and warm. Secondly, the service of the front desk is very warm. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. If I have another chance, I will choose Pullman again. I will recommend Pullman to my family and friends.
