I stayed at the hotel for business and it is located at the “new” side of Jaipur, not too far from the airport and away from the traffic jams of the old city. The room, amenities etc are all suitable for business travellers. The only thing is that the hotel transfer to the airport booked was not punctual. We booked for a 2.45PM departure from the hotel but our driver was early and showed up at 2.15PM. We told the driver that we would leave at 2.45PM only. To our shock, at 2.45PM, the driver was unavailable. In fact, the hotel sent him on another job. We were only provided a replacement driver at 3PM. We already paid for the transfer, otherwise we would have booked a Uber to send us to the airport there and then. Such a shame, otherwise the whole stay would have been brilliant.

The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, mini fridge, tea and coffee maker, and a large smart TV. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a great bonus for staying connected. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes, and the Express Café & Bar served delicious quick bites and beverages throughout the day. I also appreciated the 24/7 gym on the top floor, which provided a great view of the city while working out.

Staff was kindly helpful. I should’ve swim roof top pool. I didn’t get breakfast. Also it’s would be good service. But unfortunately power of showers was uncomfortable. Bathroom drain wasn’t good condition. Because water can’t go through.

I came here for my friend's wedding and it was a lovely experience. First ever seen a hotel that all the areas were neatly taken care and very comfortable too. Special thanks to the reception staff was very helpful ***** with other staff Manthan Chawla and Anil Kumar room service. The rooms are very neat and clean. The hotel itself is amazing and the staff are awesome 👍 Thanks a lot once again There Fern Hotel Team👍

The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride. The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not ***y amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it. The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy! (2) The food for room service was delicious! (3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things. (4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

Good location, very close to the old town. excellent service. Dinner is very cost-effective, it is recommended to return to the hotel for dinner. From the manager to the waiter are fine. The charter driver has been waiting for someone at the entrance of the attraction, watching it all the time, afraid that we would walk by. awesome

Namaste, this is my second visit to this hotel, my priority is hygiene, order, timing, the hotel is very successful in this regard. My other priority is that much more luxurious hotels could never meet, because you can't pay for friendliness and friendliness. Good hotel with reasonable price. All staffs are very helpful. I am very impressed. I stayed for my anniversary and asked the receptionist to prepare a small cake for me. It was wonderful. They did as requested. The cake was lovely and it was delicious. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel. Please do not hesitate to book 🩷

Hotel and staff is good and decent. Nice stay. Food is also good. Near to main locations easy to reach hotel Location is very nice and we can experience best view from room windows and rooftop. Food is very good in quality and taste. Only Hair dryer is missing in room.

The hotel was introduced by the customer, the overall feeling is good, breakfast is ok, business needs are acceptable!

Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

I stayed at keys select by lemon tree hotel, udaipur with my family from 23/11 to 25/11/2024 and we found it an excellent hotel. From hospitality to their greetings gesture everything was placed clearly in their slot. The only feedback they need to improve is their breakfast variety, as i found it a very limited option as compared to various other flagship hotels i have stayed till now. Overall it was an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone and for myself also if i visit udaipur ever again.

Recommended! We had a nice stay here for a few days. Our room was simple but perfect with the lake few, comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. The only negative point was the bathroom which had an unpleasant smell. The rooftop terrace has a restaurant and also a nice few over the lake. staff was friendly and helpful. We would come again.

Hotel service is very good. I left the laptop in the hotel. I found the computer disappeared the next day in Udaipur. After two or three days, I contacted the hotel and found it. The hotel found a car to drive from Jodhpur to Udaipur. Give it to me (of course, the cost is our own and it is higher than the cost of finding a car outside, but still let the hotel find a solid, after all, is a valuable item), hand in hand to find the package is very good, the driver is also very responsible. Special thanks to the hotel's service staff. The location of the hotel is indeed too far from the city. Ola is about 260 rupees to the main scenic spot. We have a car at the time of the call, but it is so uncertain whether it is always a good car.

The room is quite big and quite distinctive. At the time of check-out, a waiter came to carry the baggage and check the room. In front of me, I ordered every item I spent, and then asked me to go out and lock the door. The hotel in front of the hotel in India was very good. That is, this operation made me drunk. A hotel with an old-fashioned aristocratic fan, the hotel environment is quiet, the service staff is warm and courteous, the room facilities are a bit old-fashioned, foreign tourists are mostly not from India. Breakfast can be ordered a la carte, overall I feel the hotel location is a bit biased, fortunately, taxi is convenient.

We recently spent a night at RAAS Jodhpur in their stunning Luxury Suite, and it was truly a memorable experience. For dinner, we dined at the Stepwell Rooftop Restaurant, which offers a breathtaking 360-degree view of the city and, of course, a perfect view of the fort as well. The food was delicious, and the ambiance made our meal even more special. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Stepwell, and the new rooftop restaurant is just a short walk away. We also enjoyed the heated pool, which was set at a comfortable 28 degrees – perfect for a relaxing dip! Breakfast was another highlight, with a great selection of dishes to choose from. Overall, our stay at RAAS Jodhpur was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur.

Despite initial hesitations due to misleading information from local rickshaw drivers, i can confidently say that murughar resort and spa is conveniently located, just a short 20-25 minute drive from the railway station. The serene surroundings and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I am beyond pleased with my experience at murughar resort and spa and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to jodhpur. It has certainly become my go-to choice for accommodation whenever i’m in the city. A solid rating of 10/10 doesn’t do justice to the exceptional experience i had - i would give it 100 extra points if i could!
