Compared with the hotels I stayed at before, no one helped with luggage, and there was no moisturizing lotion in the room. You can drink the tap water directly, but the hot water bottle is too big to reach in. There was no ice water prepared in the room. Maybe it was because I was more satisfied with the previous stay and the equipment was more complete, but it seemed a little shabby here. The food was okay. Some of the waiters can also speak Chinese. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs to choose from , but if I come again, I will probably try somewhere else.

Great location, clean room, and very friendly staff. Entrance to the hotel is a bit odd as there is one escalator that sometimes goes up and sometimes goes down, but aside from that it’s great! Would stay there again.

The facilities and hospitality of the hotel mentioned above are close to full marks. On the other hand, unfortunately the cleaning of the hot spring bath is not so good, and there is nothing that can be done about the quality of the hot spring water. And the quality of the dinner. The number of dishes is more than enough, but I would like them to take the taste more seriously. I would like food that tastes good, not just the price.

Fantastic service and experience. Seamless check-in from the moment we were greeted at the front porch all the way being orienteered around the hotel and escorted to the hotel. Facilities immaculate, especially loved the Onsen. Information regarding our dietary requirements have been communicated well through the different teams at the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic, the golf course is directly visible on the balcony, the spa is free, the service is superb, and the hotel with the best hotel service is so much. I will stay again next time.

An old hot spring hotel! Breakfast and dinner are really cost-effective! The food is delicious, from fish to small pots! Appetizer strawberry wine, hot tea and dessert after dinner! The hot spring is also quite good. We are the family of four adults with children. It is a very satisfying stay experience! I have lived in a lot of expensive places before, but it feels similar. Cost-effective leverage, praise!

初めての土地、那須塩原へやって参りました。 オールインクルーシブの宿を関東圏内で探しており、此方のお宿を発見しました。 探す条件として ・オールインクルーシブ(初めての経験) ・客室内に温泉 ・2泊で10万円以内 上記3ポイント探していたところ、日光ガーデンホテルを見つけ出しました。 最初はビュッフェではなくコースか〜と大食いの私からしてみれば物足りないのかなと最初は思った次第ですが、皆様の口コミを見る限り大変満足したとの口コミが多数あり 更に此方のお宿に決めたキッカケは、皆様の口コミ1つ1つに真摯に答えられているのを感激し、お客様を大切にしているんだなと感じ決めました。 車が無いと、公共交通機関利用のお客さんは大変かも知れませんが、少し車を走らせれば 滝、千本松牧場などなど観光地も楽しめます。 温泉に浸かりながらハーゲンダッツを食べ ビールを飲み…最高の非日常を味わう事ができました。 人生でこんなにもハーゲンダッツを食べたのは初めてです！ パートナーと共に今までの旅行先で1番のお宿認定です。 食事にも力を入れており、朝・晩と最高に美味しいご飯を提供いただき 山菜がこんなにも美味しいのにも驚きました。 部屋からの景観もバッチリ。 記念日に此方のお宿に決めて良かったです。 宿泊検討されている方居ましたら、1泊以上をお勧めします！ 最高のモーニング(和食、洋食) 最高のディナー(日によって違います) 2日あればどちらも楽しめます！ シェフや配膳してくれる方から気さくに話しかけてもいただけ フロントでアテンドしてくれた方は終日良くしていただき… また、泊まりにこようとお互いに決め… まだ書きたい事ありますが… こちらで失礼いたします。 大変お世話になりました。

The service is attentive, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the room is clean, and the outdoor hot spring pool can only be described as 👍. However, the location is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. Fortunately, the counter staff was very enthusiastic to help call a taxi, and it was included in the pocket list.

This is my third stay. There is also a hot spring, I can live very comfortably. I want to use it again. Next time I want to use the heated swimming pool. I also saw a wonderful sunrise.
