I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day. The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free. While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience. That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

There is a hotel pharmacy nearby, the transportation is convenient, the opposite la bugger tastes good, the overall is safer, the view is better, the room is not small, there is a refrigerator, the fly in the ointment is that the shower head is not very good, but it is economical.

We love that the place is just a 10-minute walk to the Parroquia de San Miguel and more quiet than the city center. It also has a swimming pool. Room is ok for the price (seems like most hotels are expensive in this city). Parking is not free. Overall, I would recommend the place.

Not much nearby. * There are 2 Holiday Inn Express in Silao. * There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, with automated systems, and are very spacious, making it suitable for road trips. There are also many sports facilities in the very open backyard, and a rooftop gym, running track, and swimming pool. The swimming pool has heated water, which children love to play in.

Clean and friendly hotel. Great service and good location. But if you want to get a taxi, better order it by Uber. Taxi charges extra if ordered by the front desk.
