Clean and friendly hotel. Great service and good location. But if you want to get a taxi, better order it by Uber. Taxi charges extra if ordered by the front desk.

I was worried because I saw a tokojirami in Google's word of mouth, but as a result I wasn't in the room I stayed in. The whole hotel is very clean despite the low price, and there are water gifts and a wide variety of coffee machines, which is satisfying. It's far from the city, but it's not too far because the city itself is small, and you can easily get back and forth with Uber. I think I will stay if I come to San Miguel de Agende again.

There is a hotel pharmacy nearby, the transportation is convenient, the opposite la bugger tastes good, the overall is safer, the view is better, the room is not small, there is a refrigerator, the fly in the ointment is that the shower head is not very good, but it is economical.

A wonderful, clean, spacious, hot water, clean and very comfortable towels, large, spacious and comfortable bed, basic but good breakfast.

Convenient for early flights at Guanajuato Airport. Free airport shuttle. Big comfortable room. Free washing machine for use by guests (12 peso for detergent). Not much nearby. * There are 2 Holiday Inn Express in Silao. * There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).

Very attentive service, from the beginning checking in was fast and easy the place is super beautiful clean and amazing pool site. I would definitely like to come back and stay here. I came to pick up a family member from the airport and siressly wanted to stay longer!!!! It is super close to airport

The location of the hotel is very convenient on the side of the Union Garden, next to the Juarez Theatre, most of which can be reached within 5 or 6 minutes on foot. The hotel service was very warm, and the hotel also presented a cake as it coincided with the anniversary. The room size is not too big, and the window is Union Square. In the night, Guanajuato is still relatively cool. The hot air of the hotel air conditioner is not very strong, and it can barely ensure that the room temperature does not drop. As it was about to leave at around 9:00, the hotel started at 9am, so the hotel prepared a breakfast basket, but unfortunately it was too simple, including only an apple, a glass of juice and a biscuit.

The service upon arrival was very good, although it took a while to check in, it was already after 3 and they already had several guests waiting to get into the room, they said that they had not yet updated the status of the rooms. In the room almost everything was fine, except for the amount of water in the shower and in the sink faucet, there was little. At check out, the girl who helped me was very fast although her attitude was not the best when I asked her about the bill, as if she was busy or in a bad mood. In general it is a good hotel, very well located
