Vond bij het diner de maaltijdsalade minimaal terwijl ik een grote besteld had. Daarbij had ik nog een extra broodplank besteld en die kwam pas toen ik de salade al op had. Toen we om 23.00 bij het hotel kwamen wilde we nog een drankje doen maar de bar was al dicht. Erg jammer. Verder was het oke

Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

Location is top notch, right in the city centre of Utrecht. Check in was smooth. I arrived early and they kept my luggage while i roamed around until the actual check in time. Room was okay as i was alone, but probably can be a bit tight for 2 persons. Nice breakfast spread, wish there are more choices of cereal. i personally love the make-it-yourself waffle! Price a bit steep, but convenient if you need to be in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Utrecht - Central Station by IHG. The location is unbeatable—right next to Utrecht Central Station and within walking distance of the city center, shops, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing despite the central location. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I especially appreciated the convenience of being connected to Hoog Catharijne shopping center while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Utrecht and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

This hotel is far from the city centre, but there’s a bus from Utrecht Central Station (Bus 73). The hotel was cheaper than hotels in the city centre, that’s why we chose this instead, haha. The room style was retro 1980s, but everything is fully functional, so it doesn’t matter to us. The room size was big too, and there’s a bathtub. Breakfast was quite OK, and since it’s not easy to find anything to do in the morning in Holland since most shops and restaurants are still closed before 10 a.m., we just added this last minute for €19.50/pp. Next time, it’s better to book a room with breakfast when staying in Holland. I always forgot this.

A very nice hotel, right next to the train station and the historic center of Utrecht. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where you can park your bicycles, but also offers parking inside the hotel itself. The room was newly renovated, but without a bathtub, which is somewhat unusual for a hotel of this class. There was a minor mishap with the laundry, which was washed too late and some items went missing, but the hotel was very accommodating, found the missing clothes, and sent them on. We had a very good meal in the café (outdoors in the courtyard). Breakfast was also delicious.

NH was truly my favorite hotel during this trip to the Netherlands. The service was excellent and incredibly thoughtful. On top of that, it was my birthday one day, and the hotel even prepared a birthday surprise for me!!! I was so touched the moment I opened the door! Plus, the location is unbeatable. I'd definitely stay here again if I go back to Utrecht!

The hotel is located in the Utrecht-Papendorp business district. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to get to the city center (Utrecht Centraal). It's about four bus stops away. A single ride costs around €2, so €4 for a round trip. An Uber is significantly more expensive—you'll rarely find anything under €12–14 per trip. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. There really is nothing to complain about. Parking costs €20 per night. While not cheap, parking garages in the city center are usually even more expensive. There is a hotel bar, but the prices there are quite high. A can of Heineken costs €6, a gin and tonic €13 (€9.50 for the gin and €3.50 for the tonic water), and a small bottle of wine €12. Conclusion: Overall, a good hotel with fair value for money. If you don't necessarily need to stay right in the city center, you'll find clean and comfortable accommodation here. Thanks to the good bus connection, the center is quick and easy to reach.

Booked early in the morning for the same day. Parking was important due to traveling in a camper, and it worked out perfectly. The staff were friendly, and there was a particularly helpful and kind lady in the restaurant. The food was excellent. The room was very spacious and tidy. My only minor complaints were the pillows, which were far too soft for me, and an ashtray with cigarette butts outside, which I found unacceptable.
