Excellent hotel. I went here last week and was going to give it a lower rating, but having stayed in a hotel this week that was almost 3x the price with none of the amenities I have a new appreciation for it. My room at Ramada had a complete kitchen with stove, dishwasher, sink, fridge, kettle, cutlery etc. It had good A/C, and even a heater, though I didn't need to use it. Clothes iron and ironing board were very appreciated. Having a washing machine and dryer takes it over the top -- this room really has everything I would ever need during a hotel stay. The staff at the front counter were very friendly and helpful, and the room was warm with excellent soundproofing. The location is great, just a short walk to the CBD. The one downside of room was that a duvet from the closet was dirty, with a yellow stain. Which is gross, but overall I would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived early and were told there were no rooms available. We understood, but the reception staff were very indifferent and didn't offer any assistance when he saw us with our luggage. We needed to ask him how to handle our luggage, and he directed us to the concierge service on the next floor.

Stayed two nights in Wellington and overall, it was quite good. 👍 The front desk is on the 7th floor, and most rooms are on higher floors, offering nice views. The room was reasonably spacious and had heating, which was really helpful in early winter. Breakfast is on the 6th floor and had a decent variety. The only downside is that you have to go up a flight of stairs from the street to get to the hotel, which isn't very convenient for guests with large luggage. Sometimes the escalator next to the street isn't even working, so you have no choice but to carry everything up.

The hotel is in the city center. If you have a car after booking with Ctrip, you will need to pay an additional 35 dollars for parking (from the same day to 2 pm the next day, it is not expensive. Parking in the city center is very expensive, about 6 dollars an hour, so the 35 dollars is still worth it. ), there are dedicated hotel parking spaces on the first floor of the parking lot opposite , the room is not big, the water is big and very comfortable. It is located in the city center next to the bar. It is noisy at night, but it is acceptable to sleep late. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. There is a child in the next room who wants to sleep well early in the morning.

An excellent choice in Wellington. Plenty of restaurants down the street a block from hotel. Fruit and small grocery across the street from front door. 500 meters from Cuba street and lots of eclectic shops. Excellent value , room was large and nice. Love the staff there. IQ of staff was higher than mine.

We arrived late and tired after a 4 hour drive and climbing Mt Taranaki. We must have looked a right state! Really appreciated the staff letting us leave the car on the driveway so we could get a shower and go to bed to catch our early morning ferry over the the South Island straight away! The check out next morning was quick and they had our car ready to leave us. A warm shower and comfy bed has never been more welcome!

Absolutely loved staying here. Great welcome by staff, excellent room with a congratulations gift for our 20 year anniversary. The decor is cutting edge the whole pkacebus high quality. Absolutely recommend the onside restaurants too.

A great hotel exemplified by the very strong hospitality offered upon check-in. Room upgrade offered for a very small fee, checks undertaken and even a free, warmed cookie. Upgraded room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel is located a 2 minute walk from the waterfront and a selection of great eateries. Breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Would definitely use again.

In the heart of the downtown city close to the action if you like to go out in the evening. We missed the airco as it was warm on our room. We had nice view on the church next to the hotel

The location of the room is very good. It's on the main street, with shops and restaurants nearby. It's not far from the parliament building, so it's very convenient to go everywhere. It's quite quiet at night. We had an early flight and arrived at the hotel before 11 o'clock. They actually let us check in early. Thank you very much! You can rest and relieve the fatigue of getting up early, and have more energy to play. Next to it is the mountain cable car station, and it is also very convenient to go to the National Museum.
