I had a fantastic stay at the Savoy Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff truly went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and very well-maintained. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay — including a super comfortable bed and high-quality amenities. One of the best things about the Savoy Hotel is its convenient location near the airport, which made traveling in and out incredibly easy. Despite being close to the airport, the atmosphere inside the hotel was calm and quiet — perfect for getting some rest after a long flight. Overall, I highly recommend the Savoy Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, classy, and convenient place to stay — especially if you want to be near the airport. I’d definitely stay here again!

It was a pleasant stay. Customer service was great. Location is fantastic, closed to many attractions. Try going to Okada at night, entertainment is like in Las Vegas🥰

Our second stay here. Checked in by Aileen Acosta and we felt very welcome. Room was a bit small but bed was comfortable with strong hot shower. Walkable from NAIA T3 which is why I chose it. Walking distance to *******. Room amenities were excellent. The swimming pool is small. Mainly for kids and we had to climb up a few stairs as the lift stopped on the 10th floor. Wifi was not really good. Need to keep on signing in. Overall an excellent hotel at a reasonable price due to its location.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough. Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended.

This is our second time at Golden Phoenix. The first time left us impressed. It's not one of the expensive hotels in the area, but gives almost the same experience. Breakfast buffet is more than ample, and room service menu is not too expensive. Beds are nice and comfy. Air-conditioning was great! Brr! Some rooms and common areas look old, but they are clean and okay. Staff are nice, helpful and courteous. At our last stay, some requests were quite slow to be attended to but understandable as they were fully booked. During our first stay, and they weren't so packed, their service was very prompt. Overall, it's a great option for us when we need to be in the area.

The hotel was in an old building Inside too many insects even if you switch off the lights at night they will come to your bed. Many many , I asked for spraying every 4 hours, the worker gave me one spray to do by myself, so the big problem was it, The second area is the red line and at night was so dangerously , too many small children beg you money and even maybe catch your bag or make big problem for you so better to avoid this area , too many fake massagers and will asking for small money to your room then will happen disaster problem, for me they stolen all my money and bag and mobile because that one put some frog to my tea , during she stay in my room for massage, The third room was so noisy at night because there were too many clubs, if you want to sleep at 12 you can't until 3 am , The gym was a joke , nothing The reception worker was very good and helpful,and kind. All of them are so polite and helpful I downloaded the photos for viewing from the balcony Thanks.

We had a short stay here due to a layover in Manila, but for the price, we were satisfied with our time. The staff were all very kind and gave us a warm welcome. While the room felt a bit dated, it was fairly clean, and the amenities were well-provided. The elevators can get crowded during peak hours, which might feel inconvenient if you’re on a higher floor. It’s very convenient with large shopping malls like SM Aura and Market! Market! just a short walk away. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.
