Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays).
Rooms are well maintained and very clean. As well as lobby and the restaurant. Receptionist is also really helpful and friendly. Also noticed that many guests are bringing pets along. So im guessing its a pet friendly hotel. Also electric car charging stations are available in front of the lobby. Close to a couple of restaurants and Billa.
Would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who do not like staying right smack in the middle of city center. You can easily take the tram downtown or walk about 20 mins.
I mentioned going to Austria with my colleagues. It cost only 1,000 RMB for four people. The cost performance is very high. The surrounding environment is good. There are many hotels, but the prices are more expensive than this one. So if you want to save money, I recommend booking this one on Ctrip.
In order to see the paradise library to the town of Admont. The location of the hotel is also a turn away from the navigation positioning. The location is excellent. It is very close to the church. The hotel's SPA must go. The view is really good.
Breakfast is on the top floor, and the view is super good. Breakfast is very enjoyable. There are not many tourists in the town, very quiet and beautiful.
The hotel’s location is very good, the mountains surround the scenic town, but every summer there is the largest classical music festival in Europe. The hotel is right next to the city hall in the city center, next to the pedestrian street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Large parking spaces. The staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and I slept very well.
The hotel is in a small town, there is no time to enjoy the scenery of the town, it is a hot spring SPA hotel, and there is no time to experience the SPA. It is a little regrettable. The price is a bit expensive.
Graz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
The environment is beautiful and the location is excellent. Take a few steps out, down is the commercial street, up is the clock tower. The road to the top of the mountain is very quiet. If you want to avoid the crowds, Graz is worth a visit.
Obviously a very popular hotel! Sprawls over several buildings and so is deceptively large, even when each section is modest in size. The breakfast bar and staff are impressive, though the coffee machines deliver a bitter brew! My room was very modest in size, but certainly good enough. I suspect the rooms look very different from building to building.
The hotel is very close to the train station and next to a supermarket, which is very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the old city center. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are not big, the layout is compact, everything is available, and the open cloakroom. After checking in, I added another day. When I went out and returned to the room, I found that the room was not cleaned and replaced with new towels. I called the customer service and the waiter brought it to me quickly.

GGuest UserThe incomparable beauty has made us recall the wonderful experience of staying in the cottage by Lake Grundl more than two months after returning home. After seeing the mountains and waters of Switzerland, we firmly believe that the Kammergut Lake District in Salzburg, Austria is the most beautiful area in the Alps and has the best experience. We lived on the first floor of the hotel, getting up early and returning late every day, early in the morning, evening, late at night, a glass of beer, two lounge chairs, three or four fireflies, a bay of Lake Grundl, a spire church, a village in the distance, a large knee-deep lawn in front of the door, and my son catching butterflies and dragonflies in the flowers every day. This scene is engraved in my mind, a beautiful memory.
JJINWENJust in the center of the city, there is a one-way line on the side, and the friend who drives the car is going to drive carefully for the first time. Very good location, very close to the main attractions, walking distance, a little far from the castle. The hotel was originally an ancient building, the floor was slamming, and the hotel was filled with potted plants. Breakfast is plentiful.
GGuest UserThe price of the hotel in Graz seems to be really not cheap, more expensive than many cities in Germany. This hotel has lived before. The location is OK, the surrounding business district has to walk a little. Hotel staff is more enthusiastic.
GGuest UserThe room is very clean and tidy, the service staff is also good, the breakfast is quite varied, the taste is not bad, suitable for business office, it is recommended, the facilities are also very complete
