Professional staff members. Welcome you with smile and their breakfast is impeccable. I love it so much I’ll go stay there anytime I’m in Cluj. 🙌. It was a very clean and comfortable stay.
There was a water server in front of the elevator, and it was very helpful to get cold water, hot water and carbonated water for free. It's eco and really good service, so I want you to introduce it at other hotels.
You can stay with peace of mind in stable Hampton.

This is a true 4 star hotel with excellent facilities and service. Parking plentiful on the grounds and underground.
The breakfast has a great variety of food and drinks, the room spacious and clean, the bathroom spotless clean with plenty toiletries and a hair drier that worked without cutting off. Complimentary coffee daily available in the room and the reception area.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

Staying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

I was impressed by the hotel’s service. The receptionist who attended to us was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, such as toothbrushes. She also let us know that we could contact her if anything was missing and she would have it sent up promptly. Another highlight was the water dispenser located outside the rooms. As many hotels in Europe no longer provide complimentary bottled water due to sustainability efforts, having easy access to drinking water was truly appreciated. Location is near to the city centre and there are also supermarkets nearby.

The experience of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Cluj was beyond my expectation! The hotel is in a prime location - within a 10-minute walk from the city center square and major attractions, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes, you can easily explore the city without being disturbed by the hustle and bustle. The lobby is modern and elegant, with warm lighting and simple art decorations, making you feel comfortable as soon as you enter. Our room is spacious and bright, the bedding is as soft as clouds, and you don't want to get up after lying down. There is a quiet street view outside the window, and you can sleep very well at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with plenty of hot water, and the texture and aroma of the supplies are very good. The richness of the breakfast is amazing, from local sausages and cheeses to fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly baked bread, and super freshly ground coffee. There are so many choices that you can eat in a variety of ways every day. The chef will also enthusiastically recommend local specialties, and the experience is full. The service is even more impeccable. The front desk is efficient and enthusiastic in checking in, and will take the initiative to introduce the surrounding ways to play; the room service responds quickly. Once I wanted to borrow an ironing board, it was delivered in a few minutes. This calm and thoughtful attitude makes you feel at home even in a foreign country. If I were to return to Cluj, this would definitely be my first choice. The value for money and comfort are impeccable!
