Wonderful stay near Masjid an-Nabawi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The location made it easy to reach the mosque for prayers. Highly recommended for families and pilgrims visiting Madinah.

The entire hotel is spread out across a vast valley, offering a truly unique environment. The Instagram-worthy infinity pool, stargazing opportunities, and the rooms themselves are all absolutely worth experiencing.

The hotel is a relatively new one, with the rooms being exquisitely decorated and clean. Love the nude and calming colours used in the rooms. My stay was comfortable, and service was good. The hotel is just a stones throw away from Masjidil Nabawi, and it was convenient to be walking to the mosque for prayer which took less than 3 mins! Food was readily accessible with the many shops all around the hotel. I did find it odd that the hotel is advertised on trip with a no-child policy yet they told me that it was not true when I checked with the staff. I would have preferred it to be an adult only hotel since that was why I wanted to book anyway, because the room walls were quite thin, and we could hear kids screaming in the other rooms haha! But just small issue of course.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. A 5* hotel close to Masjid Nabawi. Two towers. Easy access to the Mosque. We were given an accessible room. Very spacious. Kitchenette in the room with coffee machine, fridge and sink. Highly recommended.

I found the hotel good value for money . The room was very clean and tidy. The bathrooms were well equipped with enough materials . And the staffs were very helpful About 15 minutes walk to the haram plus the buses were punctual most of the time

I followed the hype and stayed for one night. It was a good experience. The hotel staff were generally quick to respond and polite (provided you communicate in English). Buggy service was also pretty prompt, no long waits. The mattress was the most comfortable out of all the hotels I stayed at in AlUla this trip. For dinner, I had the Red Sea catch of the day, which was seabass. The texture felt a bit soft and cotton-like; I'm not sure if that's typical for fish from the Red Sea, as it tasted different elsewhere, but it didn't seem old. The restaurant manager, Joshua, saw I was from East Asia and proactively wished me 'Gong Xi Fa Cai' (Happy New Year) and even offered a complimentary special drink, which really elevated my overall experience here. Breakfast quality was also very high. I'd come again. Recommended.
