The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around.

Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. The rooms are not new, but the main thing is that the hotel is located on the edge of the village, and you have magnificent views of the valley with its sunsets. The hotel is all green and birds are constantly singing. We stayed for 2 nights, there is nothing else to do there, unless of course you are a fan of relaxing by the pool in the mountains.

It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!

Nice thermal hotel - with thermal pools the hotel has many groups. Breakfast is ok. Dinner is limited choices. Nice swimming pool and hot thermal pools. Staff is courteous and friendly. I will come back again price is good.
