GGuest UserExcellent hotel, central location, beautiful environment, balcony, delicious breakfast. There are delicious restaurants nearby, both Chinese and Western. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I go to Kampala.

JJunruijunyiThe room was very clean and even had a small balcony. The decor was quite unique and modern. The hotel owner is Chinese, so there's no need to worry about any language barriers. Breakfast was Chinese style, and they can also prepare Chinese dishes for lunch and dinner as the chef is skilled in Chinese cuisine. I highly recommend it to everyone!

FFilipp ViFriendly personnel, good location close to the city center, pretty nice restaurant. Pretty poor breakfasts with nearly the same options every day. There is electric kettle in room but cord is too short and I had to use cup as stand while boiling water. Bathroom is average and saw better times, hot water 24/7. Premium rooms have AC but no fridge. No coffee table only narrow console along the wall you can use to store something. Wardrobe is just big box with one shelf and several thin clothes hangers. Stable wife connection. Pretty good price to quality ratio comparing with nearby places.

You can get all you need for a business trip at Victoria Mall, food, supermarket, money changer, there is even a cinema and a nice LC Waikiki store at level 2 of the mall. Hotel facilities was good, housekeeping can be improved though, first two nights there was quite abit of ants on the table and armchairs. One morning after we came back, the room was tidy but armchairs were missing haha, they forgot to replace the towels as well. Breakfast was ok, passable for a few days. Overall a good hotel, i will still stay there for the location and price

Mestil Hotel & Residences – Kampala
I had an exceptional stay at Mestil! The place is super clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a real sense of luxury and comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help — they truly make you feel at home. I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay.
Highly recommend Mestil to anyone visiting Kampala — it’s one of the best hospitality experiences in the city!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for its the conference venue I was attending. Clean spacious room, attentive staffs and usual hotel amenities provided.
Certain items eg Iron, ironing board and slippers were available by request.
Hotel also provided airport transfer and taxi to go around Kampala city at reasonable price.
Airport taxi usd90 to&fro.
Food was wonderful and Ugandan dishes were available. I tried Matooke and liked it.

BBubaeVery clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

WW.A.S.H.Y.The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel.
The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

KKlausI asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad!
It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!!
I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!
