We used it for one night.
The free shuttle from the airport came in about 5 minutes when I called from the airport.
Check in late at night, sightseeing in the city the next day and going to China Onsen from the evening, so I regret that my hotel stay was short.
If you are lucky, you can see the aurora from the room, and I woke up several times in the middle of the night and checked the sky from the veranda, but unfortunately I couldn't see it.
In addition, there are many stuffed animals in the lobby and corridors? There are paintings, and there are small but fitness rooms and saunas, so I wanted to stay more and enjoy it.
The accommodations did not even come close to the pictures online. the pictures are for the highest cost units off the lobby. Although they claim they are renovating their units for moderate and low-cost rooms, they are very old and like staying in a jail cell. Windows didn't open or were fixed closed. No ventilation from the outside. units open to small exterior corridor with no view of anything but a wall. the breakfast was typical, bagels, waffle maker, toast, cold cereal, hot cereal packets, hard boiled eggs, yogurt. Room was clean, door keys didn't always work, bed was comfortable. Shuttle to airport and float plane area was very useful but only runs on the hour and half hour.
Friendly customer service checkin, good location next to lake and able see sunrise/ sunset and Aurora light. Only suggestion is the sliding screen door is unlockable, feel a bit unsafe in middle of night have slide screen open for fresh air in bed sleep if stay at ground level balcony room.
The room was clean and quite spacious, with a small living room, which was very convenient. The facilities were also good, the gym was excellent, and the breakfast was decent. However, I don't know why, even though I had already paid through Ctrip, the hotel charged me again when collecting my deposit. Fortunately, I discovered the problem later, and Ctrip resolved it for me. Overall, I'm satisfied.
The room is good, clean and tidy, the snow outside is vast, many people come to travel to see the aurora, the service staff is very warm and thoughtful, the advantage is that it is close to the airport, the disadvantage is that there are not many Chinese food choices here.
We enjoyed the room and how clean it was. We also liked feeling secure with a gate for all guests. We didn’t feel secure at other hotels like that. The only real issues I had was that the pool is very outdated. Doesn’t smell of chlorine at all just smells like a gravel pit. We didn’t want to get the water on our mouths because there was a lot of dirt in the pool. So it needs to be updated. Nobody should have to swim in a dirty pool with no chlorine in 2021. That’s the whole reason people probably want to stay there so I know we are not the only guests that were let down with this old stinky outdated pool. Also they need to make their fitness room bigger and they need some weights in there. Because all you can do is run. Plus the breakfasts were very cheap. Greek yogurts are nasty it should’ve been regular yoplait. With a granola bar, orange, and bottle of water. Not sure if I will stay there ever again unless they fix all these issues and stop being cheapskates!
It is very convenient to have a free airport shuttle bus. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city, and there are McDonald's chain fast food stores and chain mass-market supermarkets within a 10-minute walk. If you chase the aurora, you will also be within the travel agency's pick-up and drop-off range.

Close to the hospital so guests can visit loved ones, this Soldotna hotel has always put the comfort of guests first. Were centrally located with a great fitness center so guests can keep up their workout regimen. However, our Soldotna hotel really stands out because of our spacious parking facilities. Welcoming big rigs, campers, and RVS, theres plenty of room to park recreational vehicles and trucks of all sizes.
Fishing, hunting, and hockey are the big sports in this area. At this Soldotna hotel, were happy to welcome outdoor enthusiasts from around the country. It's great that the facility has restaurants, cafes, and bars, so you don't even have to leave to get everything you need. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff's service was friendly, striking a good balance without being overly familiar. It's convenient that you can go directly to the ski resort. The skiing is fun with many lifts. The snow isn't groomed, so it might be difficult for those who aren't used to it.
The location is very convenient, there are many restaurants and shops around, it's right outside the station, and it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The hotel has a good view of the snow-capped mountains from the upper floors, and the breakfast is simple but enough.
The room was quite adequate and clean. However, we were promised a shuttle to the airport but the next morning were told there was no room for us so we called uber. A bit unsettling since we needed to be at the airport for a very early flight
Stay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel. Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are 1. Room Phone was not working 2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff
it is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.
