The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced us to the relevant information we were interested in. We just asked about the cabinet door in the room, and the lady came upstairs to check the cabinet door in person, which made us feel at home. The room is large, and the public space on the first floor is also large, which is convenient for guests to rest. There are many passengers staying at the Holland America Cruise Line, and there is a peaceful, leisurely and elegant atmosphere. The hotel is in a good location, and it is very convenient for shopping and refueling. A very good stay experience.

I stayed for a day, and when I took a shower, I found a layer of small sputum on my leg, especially itchy! ! I took a bath every day, I didn't have it before. I just lived here, especially disgusting. The sheets here are not too dirty. I think it is uncomfortable. I have scratched it. The last one was a skin disease. The room was clean. Change the sheets! ! ! too disgusting! Going back to China, I have to check my blood.

Hotel location is good! It is very convenient to buy and eat from Wal-Mart. It is closed at 12 o'clock in the evening. There is a kitchen in the hotel where you can cook very well! The hotel service was very good. It was called at the early morning and the hotel was dispatched.

We used it for one night.
The free shuttle from the airport came in about 5 minutes when I called from the airport.
Check in late at night, sightseeing in the city the next day and going to China Onsen from the evening, so I regret that my hotel stay was short.
If you are lucky, you can see the aurora from the room, and I woke up several times in the middle of the night and checked the sky from the veranda, but unfortunately I couldn't see it.
In addition, there are many stuffed animals in the lobby and corridors? There are paintings, and there are small but fitness rooms and saunas, so I wanted to stay more and enjoy it.

Accommodation in Anchorage is not cheap, this one is a bargain on the trip, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the sleep is super comfortable!!
We participated in the Matanuska Glacier tour, 26 Glacier cruise, and also went to the Alaska zoo and tasted the food at Moose's Tooth Pub & Pizzeria. If you go with two people, remember to order small, unless you have a big appetite.

GGuest UserStay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel.
Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are
1. Room Phone was not working
2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose
I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff

AAlcantarait is a good place to stay; it is very convenient, near the airport, a 3-5 minutes drive away, some tourist attraction like Pioneer park, pikes ice bridge, and Fred Meyer. the hotel is very clean, they have free coffee at the front. but there is no housekeeping. they didn't clean our room for 3 days, so i assumed they didn't have a housekeeping daily. the staff was very friendly, except for the lady with the blue/red highlights on her hair; she was mean to my daughter.

There is a famous local American restaurant opposite, and the shopping center (JC Penney) is also very close. Most of the guests at this hotel are provided by the cruise company, so the front desk service is ordinary. I didn't book the hotel's breakfast, because this hotel is not like a hotel that provides breakfast service. , so it takes about 15 minutes to have a delicious breakfast for breakfast, because the breakfast shop in summer only starts after 10 o'clock, except for SNOW City cafe which starts early in the morning, and it is also delicious 😋

GGuest UserThis was a great hotel to stay at! It had a walking trail on property leading to Bishop Beach. I spend days and hours walking along the beach. The large suite itself had a kitchen which made it convenient to eat at the hotel. It is right across the street from a grocery store and an easy walk to many restaurants. I'd stay here again in my next trip to Homer, Alaska!
