There appeared to be a misunderstanding between the hotel and Trip.com as we booked the stay with breakfast stated as included but the hotel reception said they had not provided breakfast for a long time, since Covid19 started. They needed to sort this between themselves. However, the manager was gracious to refund us the cost of breakfast at a nearby cafe.
The location of the hotel was near to a number of bus stops for different directions.
The view from our room window was very poor, just an internal air well.
This hotel is a mainstay- just consistently clean and friendly. Seems nearly every room is well maintained and super clean. Check-in staff always welcoming and responded to any concerns we had. Breakfast hot and coffee strong !
I'm Japanese, but thank you for your kindness. Despite late arrival at night and early departure in the morning, the shuttle bus was running to the airport, which was very helpful! I want to use it again. Thank you very much!
First of all, there are no convenience stores around the hotel. There is a convenient kitchen in the room, so I think it's a good idea to come after shopping.
There was a distance to the downtown center and we moved by tram.
The hotel parking lot is only $49 a day for volleyball parking.
For those who don't like volleyball parking, the street parking space around the hotel is free to stop from 7 pm to 8 pm the next morning. (after 1 hour 3 dollars)
Or the public parking lot opposite is $25 per night. (No entry and exit)
It seems that you can clean the room by 1 days ago, but we had 2 nights so we only had towels.
Thanks to the kitchenette, I was able to eat what I liked in my room.
I came to Portland for sightseeing, but downtown was homeless and bright, but most shops were closed at 7 pm, so I didn't think it was very safe.
So I don't know if I'll come again, but it's one of the hotels I would recommend to anyone who has a chance to come to Portland.
Along the way, I finally don't want to live in a motel. The room is great. Drive thousands of kilometers, there is such a cost-effective room. Expressed very satisfied.
The hotel in the middle and upper performance is not bad in the chain hotel in the United States. The performance in the middle of the health, the items used will be better than other hotel chains, the breakfast is very good, the quality is high, the materials used to take the high-end route, you can consider staying
Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Curtains would not close all the way. Bathroom exhaust fan and one bathroom light fixture did not work at all. Notified management about these upon checkout and they seemed responsive.
This hotel is located in the mountains. It is very clean, but the air conditioner is very noisy. We turned off the air conditioner when we arrived at the hotel, and the temperature was still moderate. The breakfast the next day was also OK. The location is worse than the hotel 200 meters away.
The environment is very good, the room is very comfortable, and it is very close to the destination where you need to travel. It is a very good experience. The hotel's restaurant has no breakfast at all, but the price is a bit expensive.
There are two holidays in Ontario, one is express, we choose inn is advanced, breakfast is a set meal in the restaurant in Ximen, the waiter is not very concerned about us, we have to wait for a long time, next time we choose express buffet breakfast

Very Good
SSButter1This is a fine hotel. It is clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good.
VValI had a fabulous stay at this sustainable hotel that incorporates nature into every aspect of the property. I loved using the sauna & pool, the mini market, restaurants & lounging areas in the main building. I enjoyed having coffee on my balcony that overlooked the golf course. My one small complaint was there was some road noise & I hope they put up sound barriers at some point (I could only hear it outside from my balcony which was one of the far buildings, so I'm sure others may not experience this).
GGuest UserThis hotel was nice, but small. It would have been nice to have a little bit bigger space and to have a coffee maker in the room. There was a strange loud rumbling sound in the bathroom, but you really couldn't hear it in the other part of the room. The other thing that would be nice is to be able to hook my laptop up to the tv to watch my streaming channels on the big screen, but the input channels on the tv were shut off so you couldn't use them. All in all for the price, I really enjoyed my stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a number of restaurants, brew pubs and shopping opportunities . I enjoyed a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel is located next to the river where there is many sea lions barking most of the day and night, but it’s not annoying or loud enough to be bothersome. My room was very clean and maintained well. The hotel featured an indoor pool and hot tub open 24 hrs. I didn’t have time to enjoy it or the breakfast.
VVictoria PunzalanThey have a lot of renovations going on but our room was quiet, big, clean and comfortable. It had a microwave, mini fridge and big smart TV. We enjoyed the rain shower and nice thick towels.
Staff were all friendly.
24 hour coffee and tea bar was great.
I liked that it so close to Safeway grocery where we bought some hot food for dinner and breakfast.
Will book here again if we go to Coos Bay on the future.
NNatalieEverything was awesome again, I drop in this lodge once a month for work. The staff and night desk lady are always friendly and answering my questions. Thank you
GGuest UserWish I would have known when I booked that my room would be in a separate building from the pool and I killed a lot of little red ants in my bathroom every day. Other than those two things everyone was very nice and the hotel is in a great location!
ZZHENHUIThe hotel is very clean, large in size and beautiful in scenery. You can see the lake by opening the window. The room is fully equipped to cook, breakfast is at your own expense, and there is free parking.
NNatalieI got my favorite room near the elevator again! Thanks to the nice manager lady, she was helpful and sweet as usual. I also got to meet the new front desk man /employee in the morning so that was great. Thanks again for having a room available, God bless!!!!
NnanakoThis is my first stay at this hotel, but it was amazing! This hotel is nearby the station, so If you are going to take a train, It is the best hotel to stay. The room was little bit dark, but the interior was so unique and clean. I will choose this hotel next time.
