We stayed at Little Manhattan Lodge and it was the perfect location for a stay in NY! Sam was extremely helpful, available for and at any request, he made us feel very comfortable with our stay. We stayed in the ground floor room which we liked because it was like our own place separated from the rest of the home, the room was very large, we had enough space to move about, an extra bed, the bathroom was very large, water was very hot, water pressure excellent, body wash, shampoo, lotion provided to all guests. We did have to go upstairs to the common area for the kitchen which we didn’t mind at all and we got to interact with some of the other guests. The home is very modern, well equipped and he supplies some useful breakfast items to get started with your stay. The location is very safe, some road noise from the road but it didn’t affect our sleep or stay in any way at all. Our last night we got to stay in 3A room which was up on the 3rd floor but not to bad on the knees, honestly 3A felt like we were staying in a room in Paris, the bed was heaven. We look forward to visiting NY again soon and hope to stay with Sam again at Little Manhattan Lodge.

The location of the B&B is very good, just one minute's walk from the subway station. Although the room is small, it is very clean and the mattress is very comfortable. The boss is very nice. There is free water and instant noodles in the room. It is very good to eat hot noodles when you come back at night.

The unit is in a private house on the second floor. Entire floor is for the guests use only.There are two bedrooms with three beds ( one full size, two singles) ,one sleeper sectional and one pack n play for babies which enables 5 persons to stay.This floor has one Roku TV with free Netflix in the living room , big bathroom,full kitchen plus dinning ,two closets with hangers and ample storage space.We have renovated the place keeping the comfort and enjoyment for our guests in mind.The kitchen has all the utensils, cookware, silverware and appliances for guest to cook and enjoy their meals. Complementary tea, coffee, sugar and coffee mate is there for guest to enjoy.The living room is a place for family to hang out. Living room has a sleeper sectional to cozy up and 55" tv with free Roku channels, Netflix , Spotify on the house. Master bedroom has full size bed, a big closet with mirror and a seating area. 吕吕Located in the theater district, very close to Times Square and various theaters, surrounded by bars and restaurant streets, it is very lively at night. During my stay, I asked for a quiet room (the first floor is not facing the street, outside the windows are all equipment such as air conditioners), also There was no weekend, so overall it was not noisy. The bar next door was a bit noisy on Thursday, until about 12 o'clock in the evening.
Speaking of the hotel itself, the rooms are decorated in French style, and the sanitary conditions are not as good as those of brand hotels. The bath towels are relatively old. The bedding did not feel very clean and the skin was itchy. The bathroom is very small and compact, especially the small washbasin (the smallest among the hotels I have ever stayed in) is not easy to use. The hotel’s breakfast is not bad, in the self-operated bar downstairs, there are not many varieties but not unpalatable.
Judging from the bill, the tax on Manhattan hotels is too high, exceeding 20%.
In short, B&B-type hotels are better than brand hotels in their individuality, but there is still a gap in service details.

HHAIBOIt was quite clean and the bathroom was clean. Compared to the room, the bathroom is quite large. Close to the subway station, it is quite convenient to take the subway. There is no elevator. If you live upstairs, baggage handling is a big problem. The room is very small and it is very crowded. The HARLEM area is famous, although there is no situation, but be careful. The room was very noisy and it was not good to sleep at night! There is a train whistling every night, very noisy!
