MmaggieyuI've stayed at this hotel many times. Whenever I fly into LaGuardia, this is my go-to place. The free shuttle service is really convenient, and the staff, including the shuttle drivers, are all very friendly and helpful with luggage (remember to tip!). The shuttle is always on time, and the front desk staff, mostly African American, are consistently pleasant. It feels like a standard four-star hotel, with a large swimming pool and a gym, though I'm always too rushed to use them. While there's no microwave in the rooms, there's a communal one on every floor, which is very handy. The prices on Trip.com don't include breakfast, so I can't comment on that, and I always have early morning flights, so even if there was breakfast, I wouldn't have time to eat it.

AAnonymous UserThis should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.

DDr EddyThe hotel is in a very good location. Alexandra was so nice that she gave us a complimentary breakfast and accommodated us even before our check in time. It was a good experience. Although breakfast has a lack of food variety, it was good.

GGuest UserGreat hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping done well. The breakfast has quite some choices and is refilled constantly. They have two computers with a printer that you can use free of charge (if needed). Would certainly stay here again

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right in Times Square, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. Even though it's a large hotel with many guests, I never experienced any delays with the elevators or dining, which speaks to their incredibly well-organized operations—I'm quite impressed. There's a mandatory $40 daily charge, but since I would have been spending on food anyway, it felt like good value, especially with the added bonus of complimentary sightseeing tickets, with several options to choose from. Overall, I found it to be a very worthwhile expense!

a) After charging $40 + taxes, they give $30 free meal voucher every day. After Day-1 i realised it was more economical to not use the $30 voucher. Sounds strange but its very Interestingly structured. One orders an Avocado toast for $29 (within budget) from the in room menu.The guy delivers in 30mins with a bill of $52 of which its $29 of food, $10 of delivery charges and $13 of taxes totalling to $52.
So 1st you are charged $40 as City charged and in lieu of that the coupon of $30 for food given to you even if u stuck to your understanding $30 you would have paid more than $52 means extra $22
It gets more interesting when they tell you, that you cant use this $30 for breakfast.
This is like a Ponzi scheme.
b) One of the rudest In-room dining call you will ever attend. I asked what is XXXXX, revert: you should read about it, this is not in my job profile, I only take orders. Fab experience 😍
c) I requested that since i was lactose intolerant could the hotel be kind to deliver 1/4 cup of Almond milk, just enough for a cup of tea. I am told that is possible and then a full cup of milk with $10 + taxes = $13 is charged for simple request of Almond milk.
d) You are not eligible for even a single bottle of water in a so called 5star hotel or so.
e) Servicing the room was not in list, had to go twice over to reception to ensure that room no is added to list of rooms to be serviced in the day.
f) The Coffee machine wasnt working and one had to request for a simple electric kettle to warm water for tea/coffee.
g) The Jet spray in the washroom commode was jammed and not working.

YYuanshanhandaiThe room was clean and tidy, and the heating was strong enough to keep us warm. The outlets didn't require a converter, which was convenient. It was very quiet, and the hotel's location is great, very close to Central Park, making it easy to get around.

HHarpoprahBe careful about their hidden cost, everyday you need to pay around US$50 for their all access fees(lounge, roof top, gym) which is mandatory!
It is not indicated in the booking so I feel cheated that I have to pay for such fees which amount up to US$150 for my 3 nights there.
And did I mention you have to carry all your luggages by yourself which I had to push the luggage trolley myself!
Amazing location but I will not go there again!

Rricooooo0Booked a standard room for two people and it was much larger than expected. There was plenty of space for both our luggage, plus a wardrobe. We stayed for three nights, and the location was fantastic – right next to Grand Central Station and Fifth Avenue, which was incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserHotel is in an excellent location but checking in was a nightmare had to queue for over an hour. The lift system is atrocious. The system gives you a lift for your floor and then allocates that lift to everyone else. It takes ages for it to come and then everyone cannot get into the one lift and you start all over again. Could be waiting 30 mins plus for a lift. Everyone complaining about the lifts and sating that it’s the worst hotel because of it.
