Although I read some negative reviews online about long elevator wait times and police car noise, I decided to give it a try because of the prime location. After comparing prices on trip.com, I was able to book a hotel at a very good price two weeks before my departure. The hotel as a whole is as fresh as the photos shared by other guests on the Internet. There are about 60 rooms on each floor (based on the room number arrangement along the stairwell), but luckily we didn't hear frequent noise from neighbors or passersby like we would in a hotel in Tokyo. Although you can occasionally hear the sirens of police cars on the street outside, or the noise from watching football games in the restaurant on the 8th floor and the banquet hall below the 7th floor, it is generally very quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The side table of the desk can be pulled out to form a 90-degree angle with the main table, increasing the usable space. The air-conditioning vents are designed next to the window and will not blow directly onto the bed, which I think is very good. You have to pay an additional $40 per day to use it at restaurants or to subscribe to wireless internet in your room (hotels don’t offer free Wi-Fi like in Japan, South Korea or Taiwan). It didn't work at Starbucks or the gift shop so we just had a drink at the 8th floor bar and enjoyed the night view of the Times Square ads. We found vending machine in 7f we can buy drinks and snacks any time.

Very happy staying in The Times Square Edition! Comfortable beds and beautifully designed rooms, everyone is friendly and kind and helpful, big shout out to Shar, who was exceptional when assisting with the check in process! The staff at breakfast restaurant was cold though, but the food was beyond 5 star. Will definitely come back to stay here next time!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Close to One World Trade and an easy walk to Battery Park, the subway and the ferries. Very convenient midtown location, with walking distance to central park and time square. Easy subway ride from the hotel, with plenty of dining options. We rented Queen Suits on the 30th floor. They let us check in early at 9AM and late check out at 1pm. We very much appreciated it. The hotel also offer turn-down service in the evenings. The gym is very basic without a pool, but their price is very reasonable. Overall, I would highly recommend.

When I checked in, the hotel front desk said my credit card couldn't be used! Later I found out that there was a problem with the hotel check-in system! I had to wait for a full hour and a half. When I entered the room, I found chocolate on the floor that had not been cleaned up. The rooms provided are also corner irregular rooms. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the hotel to complain. Someone from the hotel inspected the floor of the room and upgraded me to another room. Ctrip conducted customer interviews, learned about the situation and communicated with the hotel, and finally Ctrip provided a service plan! Thank you to Ctrip staff for their responsible spirit! The hotel is nice and the restaurant service is good! The quality of management staff's work and customer service quality need to be improved (to be worthy of the hotel brand's image among customers).

My friend said the location is remote, but it is quieter than Times Square and Central Park. If you want to be quiet, you can live here. There is a big supermarket opposite where you can eat and buy food. Ask the front desk for a hot water bottle

A true old money style hotel. The front desk and concierge service level is very high. Check-in was smooth and pleasant. I communicated with the concierge and booked the JG dinner next door. It's Trump's hotel, so I took some details. The room is not large, but it fully demonstrates the ”small but complete”. The open kitchen on the right side of the door is fully equipped with all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to espresso and American cups, coffee cups are also prepared for take-out disposable cups. The bathroom is not big either. The bathroom supplies insist on using small packages for each guest. The towels are white and soft. The hardware is indeed a bit old, but it is well maintained and very clean. The SPA is comfortable and the night bed is professionally made. Downstairs is opposite Central Park. In winter, there is not much scenery except taking a carriage to stroll around. It should be beautiful when the cherry blossoms bloom in March!

As an IHG member, I am glad I picked this intercon hotel to stay in for our NY vacation and my Carnegie Hall performance debut trip. This hotel is in central location and all staffs, from doormen, concierge, frontdesk and cleaners-- all were excellent! We'll use this hotel again if we come back to NY.

After all, it's a new high-rise building, the location is OK, but the air conditioning temperature can't be adjusted high. I asked a worker to fix it. One room was fixed, but the other one was not fixed. It was still quite cold at night.

Great
GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel in New York, although not big, but the design is enough to make up for it. The service from the front desk to the back office is very thoughtful. The service standard is very high. Because we were given a room too late. In addition to upgrading the room, they also treated us to a Michelin meal. They were all proactively proposed, and I can say that I really like it. This trip to New York is so satisfactory, and this hotel has contributed a lot.

YYuanfenbaobeiThe room is OK, but the big bed is relatively small. domestic five feet
However, please improve the detailed procedures for deduction of hotel services!
1. If you stay for three days + stay for one more day, you will be deducted an extra day’s room fee of USD 4,300
2. It is agreed that the deposit is 300 per day, 900 for 3 days, and 2700 US dollars will be deducted directly for check-in
This math skills are really not good 🤷♂️
TTelapanizhanghanVery good location in the city centre. New York is like a global village, very tolerant, with people from different cultures and skin colors gathering together. Keep up the good work, the service is great. ….
AAnonymous UserThis should be an old hotel that has been completely renovated. The room is very beautiful and stylish, and every item is very exquisite. The bathroom is small and the shower water is small, which may be due to the renovation of the old building. But it is worth staying. The bar downstairs looks very good at night. The food ordering in the room tastes great! And fast! There is a small problem. When you deposit your credit card at the front desk, you must bring a chip.
Kkatytsai___The location is perfect, right by the waterfront, offering a calm and scenic escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still close to major attractions. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and beautifully designed. My room had a stylish, cozy vibe, with a great view of the Seaport district. The staff were attentive and welcoming, ensuring my stay was comfortable. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious stay in NYC. Highly recommend!

Very Good
GGuest UserLocated in Midtown Manhattan, where every inch of land is valuable. The view is great. The decoration style is modern and simple. The red decoration highlights the unique flavor of New York. However, the hotel has few breakfast varieties and few seats. Sometimes you need to queue up.
GGuest UserSuper hotel, perfect location. sky bar and swimming pool are super relaxing.
Hairdresser, starbox and shops nearby.
Staff is super good, help you where necessary.
Large rooms had a wonderful time with the family. Metro also very close to this hotel. Highly recommended.
BBINBINExcept for an extra charge of $ 49 per person per day of the resort fee, this is not acceptable, and I hope to cancel it.
Good location, same building with park central. Manhattan club
Newly renovated, but the toilet and bathroom in the room are too small, only half the size of the Manhattan club
Breakfast was generous and dinner was negligible,
Opposite diagonally is Carnegie Hall, the subway station is right out, walk 10 minutes to times square 5 minutes to central park
15 minutes by subway to Wall Street,
If you can cancel the resort fee. I will book this hotel every time I go
Otherwise, I would still choose Manhattan club
GGuest UserMy son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale.
