We absolutely fell in love with this hotel - both the room and the overall environment. It is a beautiful hotel and we took loads of photos. Strongly recommending this hotel, especially if you are looking for a comfortable stay and easy travel to tourist destinations. We also recommend the Indian food downstairs as it was delicious. Owner are very friendly & helpful to provide extra service to support my beautiful experience. When the couple is so kind to suggest the best available way to go to airport & make me save money. At the same time the suggestion me to go one hot spring which to me is an unforgettable memory. Before I left, they gave me gift (unscented sticks & post card is totally out of my expectation. Helping me to carry my luggage’s are completely 5 stars hotel experience….hehe….🥰 I felt the whole hospitality is so wonderful & unforgettable to be. Our family of three was absolutely delighted with the triple room! It was incredibly spacious – we could spread out all three large suitcases and still have plenty of room to move around. The best part was the fantastic natural light; the big windows made the whole room bright and airy, instantly lifting our spirits. The humidifier in the room was a lifesaver at this altitude; we slept soundly without any dryness. The electric kettle heated water quickly, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touch of six complimentary bottles of mineral water! The mini-fridge was also very convenient for keeping our fruits and yogurt chilled. What truly amazed us was the hand-painted ceiling – auspicious Eight Buddhist Symbols, personally painted by a ******* artist. The colors were vibrant and brought a sense of good fortune. Waking up every day to such beautiful art made us feel incredibly blessed. These details really show how much care the hotel puts into its guests, balancing modern comfort with an authentic ******* cultural atmosphere. We had such a comfortable stay and highly recommend it to families traveling together!

This quaint Tibetan-style hotel is located just inside Barkhor Street. It is very convenient to the Jokhang Temple and the Potala Palace. There are also many delicious shops nearby. The proprietress is very welcoming. I originally booked another hotel, but because it couldn't accommodate people from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, I changed to this Babao Hotel, and I was very satisfied with the result.

Exceeding expectations, the boss is very good, before going to expect that the accommodation environment near Everest may be general, but this is clean and hygienic. The self-service hot pot is also delicious. The boss is also very enthusiastic, although the moon was too bright on the day we went, we couldn't see the stars. Hotel location is very good, it is convenient to take a taxi from the road. The decoration is also beautiful and distinctive. I didn’t expect that there is an elevator that is very comfortable. The room is also clean and furnished with Tibetan characteristics. I think there is one thing to pay attention to. The floor is not very good. There is a section of the floor (in the scope of the bed) that is made of thick wooden boards. I think it is a natural feeling. Suspense is good, but maybe due to the cost, these boards are very rough and there are a lot of nails left on them. If you like to walk barefoot, you may step on this. Some nails (the tip of the nail is in the eye, so it may be uncomfortable to step on the middle). These manipulating boards I don't know if barefoot will be a thorn. I suggest that the hotel pour a thin layer of transparent glue on these wood. I have seen other hotels do it with this women's toilet. This looks still very primitive, but there is a certain guarantee for customers. I believe the cost will not be expensive because it is only a small range. The main thing is more safe.

The location is very close to the Princess Wencheng Theater, the Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum, and the popular S-shaped bay. The staff were friendly, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet; I slept until 10 am. The two puppies were adorable.

This homestay was recommended by a friend. The owner was very warm and friendly. He carried our luggage upstairs as soon as we arrived. The courtyard was very cozy. As soon as the window of the room was opened, we could see the Potala Palace. It felt great. We could also take a reverse photo of the Potala Palace from the rooftop, which was very impressive. The B&B also has free self-service laundry. During my stay, I saw many repeat customers. I recommend it!
