Homestays in National District, Dominican Republic

I was so impressed by this hotel; I didn't know about it until I was looking for a place to stay in Santo Domingo and found this marvelous place. Alexandra, the beautiful girl from the front desk, is amazing—so nice, always smiling, and prompt to help with anything. All the people that work there are friendly and kind. The breakfast at Dos Cafés restaurant was amazing and delicious. Absolutely my favorite place to stay from now on.

The hotel is located near the Colonial Zone, but is not within the area. It is good to spend as much 1 night. Hotel for leisure. Not to spend more than 2/3 nights. The breakfast is quite basic type buffet. The right service. I asked for another key because we were two and they told me not, they only gave one. That's the only against.

Rested in February 2025 , next to the hotel casino and left of the hotel there is a supermarket good, liked also the roof pool in general everything is cleanly beautiful and comfortable, Russian staff does not speak

The room is in the heart of the Zona Colonial. You are close to al the highlights of town. The room with city view, is a small studio (refrigerator, kichenette, small bathroom, table and two chairs and comfortable bed with balcony.  It's basic, but it's clean.

Very convenient, the doorman is very friendly, and the gym equipment is more complete than that of ordinary star hotels.

Situé sur calle conde, la rue populaire de saint domingue, l’entrée est sécurisée par un pass. Quand on arrive on nous demande de remplir ce que l’on souhaite déjeuner pour le lendemain. Petit déjeuner à l’assiette simple mais copieux avec un très bon service. Nous étions au dernier étage avec balcon donnait sur la rue conde peu bruyante. L’appartement  est très bien pensé, moderne et sécurisé, tout est à disposition pour se faire à manger, dans la salle de bain il y a tout ce qu’il faut (brosse à dents, après shampoing, rasoir ….) il y’a la clim et le ventilateur, tout est parfaitement équipé et propre. Du café est à disposition dans la chambre, on peut même se faire un nespresso au 1er étage. Le jacuzzi était en fonctionnement et l’eau est changé régulièrement. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, mais on peut vous aider à porter vos valises si besoin, le personnel est très gentil. Manque seulement une prise anti moustique qui aurait été bien utile ! Sinon tout était parfait, le rapport qualité prix est excellent et la situation géographique parfaite, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir

El recibimiento por la noche fue pesimo el señor de la recepción con malos modales,solo esta pendientede que firmes un papel que cualquier cosa que pierdas se tiene que pagar si no lo firmas no puedes quedarte en el hotel,aunque tengas pagado la habitación como fue nuestro caso,te acompañan a la habitación pero solo te enseñan lo que funciona ,internet no va,télévision tampoco , no van los interuptores?,el desayuno es en el último piso creo eran cuatro o cinco sin ascensor en una terraza si llueve como fue nuestro caso te mojas, en cambio el señor de la mañana super amable y muy educado.
