Hostels in Heilongjiang, China

Stayed here for three days and the experience was absolutely fantastic! What impressed me most was the separate male and female sections, which provided excellent privacy and security. I didn't have to worry much when returning to my room at night, and washing up and resting felt incredibly comfortable and free. The hostel's atmosphere is really great. Whether it was friends from all over chatting easily in the common area, or occasionally sharing travel stories together, everyone was friendly and it never felt awkward. Even an introvert like me could slowly relax. Plus, the fact that the kitchen and common area are separate is just brilliant 🎉

It's been years since I last stayed in a hostel. This time, traveling solo, I specifically chose a hostel to find fellow travelers, and it really helped a lot! I found someone to go to Hulunbuir with, and we had a fantastic time. The hostel was very clean, and the 8-bed dorm had an en-suite bathroom. I arrived in the middle of the night, so to avoid disturbing the sleeping occupants, I used the communal showers. However, I didn't expect to have to make my own bed with sheets and duvet cover, especially on the top bunk. I ended up sweating again after my shower from the effort! It was impossible to stand upright on the top bunk, making putting on the duvet cover incredibly difficult. The common areas were well-equipped. Overall, it was great, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Harbin.

The room we stayed in was quite different from the main image of the hostel. Considering it opened a long time ago, the conditions weren't bad. However, it was sad to see that many parts of the hostel were no longer lively. I chose a room with a window, but it didn't get any sunlight. It must have once been a place filled with travelers' souls and memories from the past.

The location of the hotel is very good, extending in all directions. The boss is very good, hospitable, the room is spacious and warm, the facilities are complete, and the price is very high.

I slept there for a few days and it felt like home. The owner is very kind and helpful; she actively helps solve any problems you may have. She also tells you directions wherever you need to go. We got along very well over the few days, and it was a great experience. Even if I don't need a hotel next time I'm passing through, I'll still think of checking her out! Highly recommended!

I had a very satisfying stay. Even though the room was a bit small, the air conditioning was fantastic. Harbin has been sweltering hot these past few days, and it would have been unbearable without the AC. Conveniently, there's a BBQ restaurant right downstairs, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night bite if I got back late. The staff were also very accommodating; any problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

This youth hostel is just the best youth hostel I have ever been to. The people are really nice, friendly and can speak english. This is a must place in Harbin. It's a lot of fun for kids and adults to be able to be creative, cook, and play music or sing on the stage. We made a pen out of wood, and made some baozi. I recommend it for people who want to have fun and make some new friends. We have great souvenirs of this place and hope to be able to come back soon. The Springer family

A large public area where you can wear large flowered fish skin jackets for free and take photos. I also bought two small fish skin pendants. Many of the postcards inside were taken by the boss himself. It is very clean. Everyone plays cards and checkers here. The boss is a good cook. I suggest that he open a restaurant in the future. Hahaha. This place is relatively remote and the pace of life is very slow. I go to the riverside for a walk every day to watch ice fishing and feel the breeze. It's quite comfortable. I stayed there for four or five days and will go to Mohe next. I hope this store will get better and better~

Friends who come to travel alone can come and experience it. I just arrived early, and the landlord arranged an early check-in for me, so that my tired body and mind can get a rest. If you want to travel, the landlord will also enthusiastically provide tour routes. This place is relatively close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. There is a direct bus downstairs, and it takes about ten minutes by taxi. It is recommended to form a group to go to the Ice and Snow World in winter. I came here in autumn and have no say. I will comment next time. When I am free, I will also organize a reunion or go there to exercise and relax. The network is also very fast. The landlord is a very clean person. You can also meet different friends here. Overall, it gives people a good feeling.

The accomodation is basic and clean. The toilet and shower room use a frosted type of glass so you might need to consider it if you are share with opposite gender. Hot shower, heater, hairdryer was all good. There are no elavator so if you have a big luggage you can ask help to carry your luggage to the upper floor. Location is a full mark for me as the Zhangdajie Exit 1 Metro is just across the road from the hostel. Hongzhuan Morning Market is just two blocks behind and Zhongyang Street is a 5minute walk. For those wanting halal food, there is a halal eatery just around the corner of this block and there is also Dada Mosque. You can take the metro to Harbin Mosque statuon which is 4 stops away for 2Yuan. Sundry shop are just across the road if you need to buy anything. I would recommend this place for those looking for a budget stay and that will be spending most of the times outdoors as this room is an the smaller size.
