Good location in the main street. But the hostel is on the 4th floor. Even the hostel has a staff to support your luggage, but you may carry it sometime and walk upstair. The room is too small with 8 bunk beds. The room is pretty tidy and cleanliness.

First off, a big thank you to the front desk lady for her meticulous service; she helped me coordinate my room, making my stay even more comfortable. Her gentle and patient demeanor added a touch of warmth to my icy journey. Secondly, the common areas are thoughtfully designed, prioritizing functionality and guest flow, which is very well considered. Next, the location couldn't be better – right on Central Street, making it super convenient to get to the station and other places. I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a solo trip. Oh, and at night, everyone plays games in the social space. It's relaxed and doesn't disturb other guests trying to rest, truly covering all bases. All in all, my much-anticipated Harbin trip was very satisfying. Thanks for the encounter, and thanks to Daoxiang~

An absolutely perfect stay that exceeded my expectations – I'll definitely be choosing this hotel again next time!
I just finished my weekend stay here and I simply *must* write a glowing review. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I experienced meticulous service – the staff were friendly and smiling, check-in was quick, and they proactively introduced me to the hotel facilities and local dining options.
My deluxe king room was even more spacious and comfortable than I imagined. The room design was simple yet elegant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive city views, especially beautiful and calming with all the lights at night. The mattress and pillows had just the right firmness, ensuring several nights of deep sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries had a delicate botanical scent, and the hot water supply was plentiful and stable, making for a great shower experience.
Attention to detail truly shined through: daily replenished minibar drinks, bedside USB charging ports, and a smart curtain control system all made the stay incredibly convenient. The turndown service was particularly commendable; not only did the staff tidy the room, but they also thoughtfully left a weather forecast card and a small 'goodnight' snack.
The breakfast selection was extensive, with a wide variety of both Chinese and Western options. The freshly cooked noodle station and freshly baked bread were my motivation to get up every morning. The hotel also has a gym and a sky garden on the top floor; an evening stroll there to watch the sunset was peaceful and delightful.
At check-out, the front desk staff proactively asked for my feedback on the stay and assisted with luggage storage until the evening – the service was consistently thoughtful throughout. This wasn't just a stay; it felt more like a relaxing mini-vacation. I highly recommend it to anyone, whether for business or leisure; it's excellent value for money. Full marks!

The hotel's location is super close to Central Street. The staff are kind and helpful, always greeting you with a warm welcome.
We visited and experienced nearby Central Street, the Red Brick Street morning market, Daoli market, and Saint Sophia Cathedral.
Also saw the massive snowmen at Songhua River, Harbin Ice and Snow World, and the Music Corridor.

The location is fantastic, right at the subway entrance. When it's -20 to -30 degrees Celsius outside, saving a few hundred meters of walking really is a lifesaver. The hostel also provides free earplugs, and there are a lot of international guests, so you hear all sorts of languages. As an introverted person with social anxiety, I wasn't able to initiate conversations. There's a fridge and microwave on the first floor, so you can store your own food and heat it up whenever you want. All in all, it's pretty good!

I was extremely satisfied; this was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. It was my first time staying in a hostel in northern China, and the main reason I slept so well was because it cured my sleep problems 💤… Considering the incredibly low price, I felt obligated to give it a good review. The best part was meeting three different roommates who were all very nice and shared their travel experiences… This was a pleasant surprise. The only regret was not being able to participate in any activities! The fact that there were fewer people these past few days (off-season) was also an advantage. The barbecue place recommended by Brother Nie was delicious, but I ordered too much for one person. Be careful when ordering food in Northeast China—the portions are huge!!! Next time I'm in Harbin, I'll definitely stay in a hostel nearby; it's about a 20-minute walk.

Here's a revised version of your review:
We are from Malaysia, and we coincidentally found this hotel after we failed to book a train to Harbin City. Fortunately, we found hard seating available to Harbinxi, which led to our journey here.
The family room in this hostel is very spacious, and the private bathroom is large with solid concrete walls, unlike many budget hostels that use tempered glass partitions.
The location is convenient, just a 9-minute walk to the station and several large shopping centers. To access other popular areas, you can take the subway for just 4 Yuan per person per trip.
This hostel is run by a couple who are very nice and helpful. We felt very welcomed; the lady owner, Mdm Wong, even told us, ”If you get bullied by anyone in Harbin, call me. I will protect you.” 😀 Lastly, there's a gray cat in the hostel that our kids loved. She enjoys being petted a lot.
The only thing I would like to mention is that some hidden areas, like under the bed and curtains, are dusty. I hope the owner can address this.

This hostel is conveniently located near St. Sophia Church in Harbin, China. I arrived late, but the hostel team was very helpful and assisted me with a late check-in since I only got there in the early hours of the morning. The service was fantastic, and they were very communicative via WeChat. For the beds we booked, you need to put on and take off your own sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers. I was given a free private room for one night, which was a nice bonus. There's a shoe rack at the entrance to switch to slippers while inside the hostel. Currently, there's only one shower, and one toilet each for men and women. The toilets are Western-style (sitting), not squat. There's no toilet paper provided, so you need to bring your own. In the shower, there's body wash, but towels are not provided. You can purchase them in the common room; the hostel provides them. There's also a drying area in the hostel corridor.
As for suggestions, it would be good to add a mat or carpet at the hostel entrance during winter, as it can get quite slippery. Also, if possible, it would be great if toilet paper could be provided.

Ssahil*5/5 Stars: A Warm Oasis in a Chilly City*
As a foreigner traveling from afar, I was a bit apprehensive about navigating a new city in the midst of a cold snap (-10°C!). But from the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff's warmth and welcome dispelled all my concerns.
The room itself was immaculate, with comfortable, new bedsheets and a spotless washroom. The heating system was a blessing in the freezing temperatures, and we slept soundly each night.
What sets this hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff's genuine warmth, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile make it a true gem in this chilly city. If you're a traveler seeking a haven of hospitality, look no further.

GGuest UserThe accommodation was very warm. Since it was cold, people just smoked in the common area. The bedding was only neatly made on the first floor, and the second floor was dirty,,, but the second floor was a little less noisy and more cozy. Towels were not provided, so you should bring them with you or buy them at the hostel for 5 yuan. Water is sold at the same price as convenience stores, so you don't have to go far. You can turn on the shower room light, so don't shower in the dark! The location of the accommodation was really great.
