Basic stay, however it does not keep up to the standards of the picture. Still livable. Just need more clean up.

My experience at breakfast was that I asked for coffee and it didn't arrive and the restaurant staff didn't really respond. In a hotel like this, they couldn't even ask for coffee. They had to wait a long time and it didn't arrive. Coffee is available for a fee, but the barista's communication style may need some improvement. Management should check to see if the staff are overworked or if this is a character trait that is far from professional.

Kamarnya super bersih, besar.. Staff ramah. Kamar yg dipilih tipe SUITE 2 bedroom, sangat cocok untuk family. Proses check in dan check out juga cepat. Kebetulan saya dapat kamar nomer 1111 dan 1211. Jadi akses masuk kamar bisa dari lantai 11 dan lantai 12. Lantai atas (12) dan bawah (11) tipe kamar suite dihubungkan oleh tangga di dalam kamar. Ini bukan Mezzanine ya. Betulan 2 kamar, jd kamar atas ada pintu, kamar mandi, mini kulkas tersendiri. Begitu pula lantai bawah ada tersendiri kamar mandi dan mini kulkasnya. Lantai bawah (11) ada sofa dan meja makan. Lengkap pokoknya. AC sangat dingin karena di lantai bawah ada 2 AC. Jd meski kamar besar, suhu dingin tetap tersuplai dengan baik. Lantai 1 (Lobby) ada Parigie Coffee & Pastry, Indomaret. Lantai 2 ada Food Station, House of Wok. Jadi tidak perlu bingung untuk urusan kuliner. Akses Lift juga cepat karena dibedakan untuk lantai genap dan ganjil. Jadi betul2 nyaman tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk lift.

Staying here is very suitable, the location is very strategic on the main road, and typical Banyuwangi souvenirs are also available. The problem of tranquility, comfort is very suitable and not far from culinary places in the city of Banyuwangi...👍

Villa bersih, bagus, cocok buat yang mau liburan bersama ke Batu. 2 kamar semua di lantai 2, kamar mandi cuma 1 di bawah. Dapur minimalis, kopi, teh, gula semua disiapkan. Kolam renang bersih. Lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari pusat Kota Batu.

Strategic location, clean rooms, For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

The hotel is really nice, the environment is good, and the sheets, duvet covers, and blankets are quite clean for the price. I especially love the bed; the mattress is just the right firmness, not too soft or too hard, it's comfortable.

Arrived in the morning, so it's just easy to take a shower because you have to catch the ferry to Bali. when in the bathroom,it turned out that there was a stool in the toilet,it seemed that there was someone else having a big stomach but the toilet was not flashed. Although the room booked should have been empty overnight because we just arrived in the morning at the inn.

So far the villa is comfortable and the location is very strategic in the middle of the stone city. The facilities are still very lack of the needs of the villa. Need to be improved again

Strategic location near the transportation museum. Clean rooms, cold air conditioning, good view. There is a sky cafe, you can go squinted while looking at the view of the stone city. It's cool anyway. Ample car parking
