IIvan PranovichOne of surf camps located near G land surf spot. Recently renovated and looks nice.
If you need internet for work G Land area is not good. In all surf camps nearby and wifi for video calling or stable sockets. Mobile network is the same. Closest village with good internet is located in 1 hour road from g land. We left this place 1 day before than our booking is expired because of bad internet.
If you on your own transport you have to show your reservation in alas purwo national park. Otherwise it’s forbidden to enter park on your own transport.
The food is good for surfers. You accumulate it during your stay and pay at the end. The dormitory room looks simple and clean (you have to go to toilet outside in 30 seconds). There are loads of monkeys in the area: be careful during your breakfast, they could easily catch your milkshake or so. Staff spend some time to deal with monkeys.
They have transfer with boat to surf spots. If you want to paddle in beach is just 100 meters away.
Many animals are nearby: I saw deers, boars, monkeys. There are some gossips about tigers.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was very nicely furnished, super pleasant bed and very clean. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful, have sent us various restaurants, etc. The wire also works perfectly and we have hand towels, etc. There is also a freely accessible kitchen with bed, oven, pans, drinking water, etc. that you can use. And we had a sweet veranda. All in all really great accommodation, it would recommend everyone further!

CcheenDriving to Bromo and making a stopover was much better than expected; food was available at my own expense, and the room rate included breakfast. A motorbike taxi from the bus station cost around 20,000 won, not much different from a Grab. The ride to Bromo by motorbike took a little over an hour.

AAnonymous UserThe property was very different from what was presented in the online photos. It felt less like a proper hotel and more like a basic camping-style accommodation, which was disappointing but not the main issue.
The most serious problem was a safety hazard inside the room. There was a metal hook protruding from the wall, around 30 cm outward and positioned close to the upper bunk bed. When I woke up in the morning and tried to get down from the upper bunk, I hit my head on this hook and suffered a cut of around 2–3 cm.
This is not a minor inconvenience but a clear room-safety issue. A protruding hook placed near a bunk bed creates a real risk of injury, especially when guests are getting down from the upper bed while half-awake. I believe the property should review the room setup immediately and remove or reposition such fixtures.
Overall, the stay was disappointing, and the mismatch between the photos and the actual accommodation was disappointing. More importantly, the safety condition of the room was not adequate for guests.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel on the principle - next to the airport and inexpensive price. To the airport 10-15 minutes on a moped or car. It was necessary to meet the guide to the Bromo volcano at the airport. In the room, the air conditioner and the soft bed, there is a shower bathtub. They provided a piece of soap but forgot about the towel. Inside everything is new except the bed. The same bed since the purchase is still in the factory polyethylene. There is a TV on the wall. There is a window, but not on the street, but in the corridor. In general, I wasn't crazy - I was arranged. Near a bunch of ordinary varungs - there is where to eat. There is an opportunity to leave the luggage.

RRiel.SarahI had a lovely 3-night stay at Decasa Female House, and I can definitely recommend it! It is a very charming place that is carefully being taken care of. What makes it truly unique is the friendly and welcoming nature of the employees and the owners. During my stay they invited me several times to local/family events together with some other guests. And whenever I had a problem (no matter how late!), they were very responsive and provided immediate help. It is centrally located, and you easily reach all major destinations. They even provide their own guide with personal recommendations and hidden gems. And in case you want to join a guided tour such as to Mount Bromo, Tumpak Sewu Waterfall, or Mount Ijen, you can directly book it through them.
Thank you for everything, I had a great time in Malang!

GGuest UserThe room is a bit stuffy but clean, the bathroom is big and clean. There is no hot water, the water sometimes gets small by itself, the AC is cold, the bed is big. The location is close to the town square so there are quite a lot of people selling. Recommended if you are not often in the room because the TV cannot be turned on
