This is a very basic business hotel, which I made the mistake of booking for a family stay. Location is 10 min walk to the Lambrate subway station which is ok. The room was spacious, clean, had a desk, wardrobe and sideboard for luggage. The shower was very narrow and only 1 type of eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo was provided. I do appreciate the towel rack they provided as there were 4 of us. Most rooms have only 1 or 2 hooks to hang towels, even if they accommodate 4. Wifi speed was good and easy to connect. Our room was next to the stairs leading up from the entrance. So in the evenings, the peace would be broken by stomping up and down the stairs, doors opening and closing every time someone entered or left, and their voices echoing down the corridor as they spoke. The front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful. On their website, airport shuttle is listed as an available service. On Hotels.com it was listed as avail for €50, which is the main reason why I booked this place. When I asked the staff about this, she said there’s no such service and she’d reserve a taxi for us. We only need 30 min to get to the airport. Luckily I checked, as it takes at least 1h! So later in the day, we went to the front desk to change the timing of our taxi booking. Another staff was there and told us no such booking was made. He’s unable to book a taxi in advance and we only need to come down 5 min before our desired time and the staff will call for a taxi for us. And, the one way taxi ride is a fixed price of €100.

The structure appears quite different from the photos published, it's much older and used, the door of the room is closed after no few difficulties, the bathroom washing does not work properly. In contrast to the description there is no set of courtesy, but only one palm-flow dispenser full for less than half. Take the current fault with the phone unable to use. Breakfast with lidl products and only packed. To get a coffee we had to empty the machine and among other things we found only a pad, so the other guest stayed dry ... for the money spent I would say c is much to improve, If you don't want to renovate the building, at least more attention to the client ...the room was quite clean though veta.

B&B is in a good location 10 minutes from the historic centre. It has several rooms on several floors accessible by lift. It is wide to the third floor called Cannella and offers various comforts. Air conditioning, refrigerator and safe. It is excellent in cleaning the room and the bathroom, it is noticed that the structure has recently been renovated, good insonorization, and has a large balcony on the underground road. The bathroom is also beautiful, new and spacious with a great shower box, the phone is also available. The soap is provided for hands, but not the shower courtesy set. Breakfast is predominantly sweet, with fruit juices, bricks, marmelade, yogurt etc.. When check-in, a magnetic card is released for the opening of the main door and the door of the room. I recommend you for a visit to Lecco

I was very happy to find such nice place like this in good location in Milan the only thing is that there is no any sign of the smart hotel no name on the door who is booking through agency and have no contact it will be big problem specially if you come after 18.00 hours or week end as the door is closed But In spite of that the stay was good and they can get really 5 stars

I stayed here for work and I found myself good. Excellent quality-price ratio. Clean and comfortable room. There is a very friendly and friendly staff. In a strategic position, a few steps from the central station and a little distance from the Duomo.

Had a wonderful stay. We only had a private economy room with a bunk bed and shared bathroom but it was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and simply but nicely decorated. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was incredible value for money and in terms of location it was hard to beat too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others too who are looking for simple yet affordable accommodation by Lake Como. Once again, I cannot emphasise enough how tidy and clean the accommodation was.

The fact is that attention is very good. Mr. Luciano is always available to the client, always trying to alleviate any concern. Apart from the environment, people in the hospital are really pleasant, you can see there is a selection of Mr. Luciano to not lose the family environment.

Convenient, comfortable, and room with a view! Marco made my visit exceptional. My room upgrade allowed me to soak my travel aches away in the jacuzzi tub, then venture out to visit the Duomo one block away. I could even view the Duomo from my room!
