Suitenkaku was our first stay in a Ryokan. Those who want to visit Tottori, Izumo and Sakaiminato will find Matsue well located, while the Ryokan is next door to the Ichibata railway deserving the Izumo Taisha. The room was renovated and very spacious, offering a direct view to the lake. Above all, the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Real Omotenashi ! We are fully satisfied with our stay. Will repeat for our next stay in the area.

This is a huge garden-style hot spring hotel. Following the signs, you can even crawl through caves to discover the former residence of the Emperor…it's incredibly hidden!! I bet many people didn't even find it! Hahaha! I also experienced mixed-gender bathing, which was quite enjoyable. The beauty bath is great! There's a foot bath right at the entrance…and a free JR shuttle bus…Apart from the food being so-so, everything else was perfect!

I stayed in a simple room. The size of one tatami mat 💦 People with luggage cannot fit inside. There was also no TV or refrigerator, so it felt like a room just for sleeping. After all, you have to get a room at a hot spring inn that costs more than 10,000 yen.

The room is a bit small, but very special, the sauna is set up inside, and there are free parking spaces. The activity space is cramped, but the overall is quite good.

The hot spring was pleasant and the washing area was spacious. I booked with breakfast and dinner included. I think this was the simplest course for the price, but dinner was a full course and I was full. The final dessert parfait was a specialty and was very delicious and filling. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so it was hard to choose. The clam miso soup was excellent. All the staff were very kind and I would like to stay with them again if I have the opportunity. It was more than worth the price. Thank you very much.

The room was large with 13 tatami mats, and the large window overlooked Lake Jinsai and the cherry blossoms on the lakeside, and the bird watching with the binoculars borrowed at the front desk was enjoyed. It was a pity that the bath could not be used at 0 〜 6 o'clock, but during that period I was able to relax with a free massage chair, so I was able to eliminate fatigue and stress. The food is very satisfying with the taste and the number of items, and the children are especially delighted with the desserts that can be selected. Even for breakfast, I replaced all the miso soup of shrimp. However, there are few trains that stop at the nearest station (Konan Station on the Sanin Line), and you may lose time that you don't think you will have to calculate access to that point. There is no taxi at Gangnam Station (unmanned station), but the inn came to pick me up and was very helpful.

Too niche place, even Japanese young people are very few, are local middle-aged and elderly, hotel staff can hardly speak English, but by comparison, the basic communication is still smooth. JR station to the hotel to take a taxi about 50RMB, through Trip.com booking no hotel mailbox, may not be the hotel, can not contact the hotel to pick up the station, can be at the station and wait for the empty car. When leaving, it is much more convenient to send the station for free. There is a delivery schedule in the picture, and I will tell the hotel front desk in advance.

To be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate. There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

A nice hot spring hotel. There is a bar in the hotel which is open until 2400. It is refreshing to have two drinks after taking a hot spring bath. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style, with Japanese, Western and desserts, as well as local Shimane specialties. You can also purchase additional wines, so you can try Japanese sake from different wineries in the Shimane area at once.

Very beautiful hotel, the price is very affordable in this area, dinner and breakfast are great, the hot spring ㄧㄝ is very high-quality, there is a Chinese hot spring with Gouyu decoration, very suitable for the scenery, the lobby and the room window have Japanese garden scenery, our family lived very satisfied
