The room is wonderful. The owner is kind. She prepared coffee for us. We can make coffee with the coffee machine. The room is very clean and tidy, and it's really a nice place. I strongly recommend this place to other tourists.
Stayed 1 night in this hotel only because it was fully booked! ):
Location wise - excellent. Walking distance from La Spezia train station, only 8 min walk. Manageable with luggages. Walk to city center and port is also easy and around 15mins only. Because of the good location, we didn’t have to spend on Transportation! Nearby there are many shops to get water, there is also a Carrefour 300m away. Safe area with lots of local shops.
Rooms are very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a nice balcony to chill like an italian. They provide basic toilet amenities and even 2 bottles of water. Toilet is clean. Only bad thing is water pressure is quite slow so bath time takes long. However, the large and spacious room makes up for it. Room is also very quiet for a good night’s sleep. I slept very well.
Check in office is at another location around 100m away from property. Do note it is not at the same area.
Plus point is property had a small elevator for heavyweight luggages. Most italian buildings do not have elevators
Will definitely recommend this place! Very convenient and affordable. Highly recommend!
Just few minutes walk from the Central Station. No one in the reception for check in so it’s advised to contact the owner of the property in advance for self check in information and to get the key.
Convenient contactless hotel. You need to look for it in the alley. There is no service counter. You need to call the administrator to get the door and main door room code. It will be a little inconvenient if you don't have the local door number. The bed is big. It is very clean. The layout is tasteful. The furniture is complete. There are also mineral water and tea bags. Very considerate. The disadvantage is that it is far from the station and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything else is good.
Al molo 21 is a recently renovated accommodation facility located in La Spezia, on the upper floors of a building overlooking one of the main streets of the city. The structure, with internal and external windows equipped with high soundproofing, provides a particularly welcoming stay.
All accommodations have a view of the city. The rooms, one of which has a private balcony, offer their guests air conditioning, a desk, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a kettle, a refrigerator and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, disposable slippers and bathroom set. Each unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. The accommodations also have independent heating.
Greater security: All guests will also be provided with a mechanical lock key for the room during their stay. Greater security for their belongings held in the room.
At a distance of about 300 meters from the rooms there is a paid PARKING, not bookable, at low costs.
At pier 21 it is close to the main places of interest, 5 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale train station and 10 minutes from the landing of tourist ferries, which offer direct connections to the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO heritage site.
A few steps from the pedestrian area of La Spezia, where you can find many places to eat and relax, and from the main attractions of the city including the Amedeo Lia Museum, the Naval Technical Museum and the Castle of San Giorgio.
Pisa International Airport is 80 km from the property.
Climb the rough slope to the hotel with 々. I'm short of breath. When I was worried about whether the road was really right and called, he kindly told me and sent me an email with a route. After that, he also called me to see if I was able to arrive properly. By the way, you need to contact us in advance for check-in time. This is because you need a PIN to enter the hotel. We used the family room, but we had to go down the stairs to the second floor and it was a bitterness for us who had a big carry bag. And it was dark and I couldn't see the stairs and was very scared. The room was very large and the fire was not available but there was a kitchen. Nice design with stone. It was a mystery that there were 6 body soaps. It was stated that there was free mineral water, but it was a pity because it was not. The air conditioner was not working and it was cold.
The view is very good and it feels great. The hotel owner is very welcoming and will tell you how to take the boat and go up the mountain to see the castle and the scenery and eat, the room water and drinks are free.

Room had everything we needed, free parking was arranged as well. Little more attention to detail would be making it even better (wrinkly older towels, stains on the bed sheets, battery low on the ac remote).
The host communicated well and sufficient.
Stayed two nights when visiting cinque terre, I’d recommend to go and stay at one of the villages.
Everything is great! Staffs are very helpful, they even sent an informative email before my arrival, regarding how to locate the place and to facilitate check in. Room is amazing, clean, big and comfy beds. Quiet at night and great location. The free breakfast is also nice, the breakfast place just 1 mins away.

TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

WWilliamgray81The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, decent location compared to the train station and port if visiting Cinque Terre. You need to contact the company beforehand to get the entry codes on WhatsApp. There's some nice restaurants nearby and parking after 8 PM is free right by the hotel. Nice for a night, but nothing special about the hotel or area.

JJohn YeoWe had a lovely stay, the rooms are cute and well-fitted out, in a great location. We had an outward facing balcony, it was so ideal for looking down the street at the town. Be aware that there are a few properties to make sure to let the hotel know if you have booked with friends.
