The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti del soggiorno all'Affittacamere Il Veliero! La reception è stata eccezionale: ci hanno mostrato tutto nei dettagli e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare. La struttura è pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e caffè. Anche la stazione dei treni è vicina, quindi non serve prendere l'auto. Consigliatissimo!

Хотелось бы выразить благодарность Маристелле и Иларии за гостеприимство! Мы выехали из Неаполя и наш поезд отменился, мы добирались очень тяжело, и приехали сильно за полночь. Маристелла всё время была на связи, написала очень-очень подробную инструкцию как зайти в номер, оставили ключи. Когда мы заселились в 2ч ночи, у нас было ощущение что мы вернулись домой. Номер Grecale был очень уютным, комфортная кровать и белоснежное белье. Уборка была каждый день, горячая вода шла хорошо, кондиционер работал отлично. Расположение отеля очень удачное, от главного вокзала минут 15-20 пешком, мы в основном ходили пешком. В общей зоне были чайник с чайными пакетикам и капсульный кофе. В день отъезда поблизости ни один магазин не работал и мы не смогли купить билет на автобус. Спасибо Иларии, что любезно согласилась купить нам онлайн биле. Очень уютный домашний отель, мы хорошо отдохнули. Я бы рекомендовала. Звукоизоляция хорошая.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

Spacious room. Very close to train station. Hostess was absolutely marvellous, she suggested I visit Portovenere and it turned out to be a nice trip.

The owner, Madame, was very friendly, and the place was close to the station. The room was also very nice, with attention to detail and cleanliness.

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. The photo below shows the hotel's location at the station exit.

Nice room, located in the center of city and easy to get food and go to train station. I didn’t tell the hostels around arrival times so they did early check for us.

This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.
