"It was a pleasure to stay here. We spent 3 months in Thailand and 3 days in Houayxay, but we never experienced a European standard like this for a similar price. The road up to the accommodation might be challenging for older people with their luggage. However, to be fair, the hotelier helped me with my 30–40 kg backpack and transported it on his motorcycle – thank you very much for that! The room itself is spacious and very clean. And the bed… just amazing to sleep in! The breakfast was also delicious: dragon fruit, banana, watermelon, a variety of eggs (fried, boiled, omelet), four slices of bread, butter and pineapple jam, as well as coffee or tea. Thank you for everything you did for us and for your great hospitality 🙏🏼"

Phasouk Guesthouse in Oudomxay was a wonderful place that made my trip truly comfortable! Room 401, where I stayed, was impeccably clean and very comfortable. I was able to get a great night's rest in the quiet environment, which was much needed after my travels. The staff's kind and attentive service really stood out, making me feel at ease even in a new place. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring the surrounding area, making it the perfect base for my trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Oudomxay, as it offers an experience far exceeding its affordable price!

I think it's a good place to stay overnight at Park Ben while traveling alone. The bed was clean and gave me drinks, shampoo, body soap and toilet paper. However, the shower and toilet of the person staying in the dormitory were in the same private room, which was a bit inconvenient. There was no air conditioner! But there were some big fans and it was cool enough. Oh, I forgot the hair dryer, but when I told the staff, he was willing to lend me. Thank you very much!

+ Amazing view I recommend it! It was really -Very good location sunset point, river views offer Mekong and a hearty breakfast in the morning. A unique view of the Mekong River from the terrace in front of the room. Possibility to see elephants on the other side of the river.free pickup from the pier to hostel and drop off.

Great place, extremely relaxing in this month of April. Being outside the tourist season and in an extremely hot period we were able to take advantage of the swimming pool, great on the banks of the Mekong. It's actually not very far from the main street of Pakbeng. We were even able to see the elephants bathing opposite. If you stay long enough, go and spend some time at Mekong Elephant Park, it's a magnificent project.
