Tiya AlfredHad a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Despite having the toilet leaking on the 1st day evening, they sent 3 maintenance guys to check and rectify the problem. Loved the shower, strategic location near to many eateries, walkable attractions abt 15min, have a small pool quiet and cosy, overall good time. Definitely will come back again. Easy to check in with touch screen card access guidelines and check out. They have hair dryer, iron board, electrical kettle, tea coffee sugar, workable TV, mini fridge. Pool is at L23 open 7am-8pm, there is a vending machine to purchase swimming attire of all sizes. L3 there are ballrooms, small gym and a restaurant. The view is amazing. Thank you so much.

The moment we arrived, an uncle came over very quickly to open the door for us, which made us feel really welcomed. Check-in was smooth, and they were also very kind to let us use their freezer to store our own things.
The whole place felt very comfortable and relaxing, almost like coming back home. It was very clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location was quite convenient too. The balcony was also really beautiful and made the stay even nicer.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back again next time.

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

But if you need extra hours after check out time, you need confirmation from the host or you will be locked from outside with your belonging still inside the house.. It happened to us when we came back from registering our daughter nearby univ. at 12.10 ..check out time 12.00..our beloging still inside the resident and we cannot enter the resident using the same passcode given earlier.Overall the apartment was very nice and cosy..

Ainaa KharulOverall, it was a pleasant stay in Melaka.
The room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as shown in the photos. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the stay.
However, there was no designated parking provided. Parking costs RM15 per entry, which can be quite inconvenient, especially if you plan to go in and out frequently.
The check-in process was also delayed by about 45 minutes because the security guard was quite strict and had difficulty communicating in English and Malay. Thankfully, the owner stepped in and assisted us promptly.
Despite the parking and check-in issues, the room itself was excellent and made the stay enjoyable.

The unit is very well maintained despite the building being quite old. The agent was also very responsive. However, the cleanliness of the unit could still be improved. The floor was slightly sticky, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, possibly due to the piping.
Overall, it’s a good stay, and you can tell that the management is very considerate in many aspects. The unit faces the road, so it can be a little noisy. Noise tolerance may vary from person to person; for me, it was still bearable.
Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a mak rempit event, which affected the experience somewhat.

Guest UserThe room was really clean and spacious. There are a lot of amenities around, with restaurants and nightclub. The hotel is also about 20 minutes walk from Jonker Walk and Masjid Selat Melaka. Inside the hotel, the aircon is working well with a fridge and hairdryer.
The service was excellent overall with printed sheets of recommendations of food and beverages and nearby tourists attractions placed on the table.
