We had a really pleasant stay at Paxtonz Premium Suites Petaling Jaya. The room was spotless and very well maintained. You can tell they take cleanliness seriously, which made us feel comfortable right away. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool and gym facilities, which were clean and enjoyable to use. The location is decent and convenient enough to get around Petaling Jaya, though you may need a short drive to reach some main attractions or malls. Service was generally good, staff were polite and helpful when we needed assistance, though there’s a bit of room for improvement in responsiveness. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for couples. We would definitely consider staying here again for a short getaway.

The room was very clean, and the online concierge was super friendly. Check-in was a breeze. There's a shopping mall right downstairs, which was really convenient for shopping, and a night market street where we got to experience the most authentic local culture. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport, and a taxi costs around 30MB, making it perfect for a layover.

the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth. the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo. there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day. kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am

The room was new and very tidy, just like in the photos. The only issue was that the floor seemed unmopped; my feet would get dirty when walking barefoot. Other than that, everything else was good. The location isn't super convenient, but there's a small supermarket right downstairs. If you're driving, they offer indoor paid parking, which is quite handy. For the price, renting an apartment like this is really worth it.

The location in Petaling Jaya is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and food options. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the instructions provided were clear, making the whole process hassle-free. The facilities were a nice bonus. The building felt secure, and the environment was generally quiet, which was great for resting. Overall, my one-day stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I would consider staying here again for a short trip or weekend staycation.

Super cozy! Feels like stayed at own studio suite. Very clean, tidy, spacious, got shower heater and kitchenette. 👍🏻 Super excellent Services by MyKey staffs. They are very nice polite and also very kind as they tried to fullfill my request to get a nice view. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it ! I hope in future will have laundry area/ service/laundry shop in the building so that guest can clean and dry their clothes especially their swimsuits. Not suitable for solo female travelers. First room – toilet basin had water blockage. Requested a room change – second room had trash in the bin and dusty bed. Had to buy Febreze from Bila-Bila Mart to make it bearable. Hotel provides new amenities, which is good. But overall, poor maintenance and weak management. Stayed 3 nights – saw many guests checking in and out, but upkeep doesn’t match the traffic. Checkout was uncomfortable – had to wait for the lift twice. Both times it was full of groups of male foreigners talking loudly. Felt uneasy. This place has potential, but management needs serious improvement.

Good hotel near i-City, Central mall with clean, comfortable room. Convenient location and pleasant stay overall. Suitable for short trips and business travel. Would consider staying again

Nice location, especially convenient if you’re attending a wedding dinner on the same building. The hotel room is clean and in good condition, though the TV wasn’t functioning during my stay. The only major downside is the lift service — it’s confusing and makes it quite easy to get lost. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.

It is quite confusing to find the location when I pin ”Mossaz suite”. You need to find Empire City then it is easier to find the stay. The lift waiting is long and required a lot of patience 😐. The check-in and check-out is smooth and fast. When I arrived, there was a trash in front of the door and only have 1 towel. But then, I informed the receptionist, the action is fast to clean up and provide us the towel. The pool is big and good. Have a nice view also. Overall is good but appreciate if the lift issue can be improve 🫡
