We had a really pleasant stay at this place. The unit was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it matched the listing description well. The amenities were a nice touch and made the stay more enjoyable. The location was also convenient and easy to access. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable experience. It's a decent hotel, with everything you need inside. You can stay for a long time, as there's a kitchen and everything you need—a water cooler, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, even dishes and a coffee maker. However, there are some drawbacks: - The room was very stuffy and humid, and the grout in the shower wasn't cleaned. - The washing machine didn't work, and I only stayed for one night, just so I could do some laundry. - The balcony wouldn't open at all, no matter how hard I tried to open the door, and it was on the first floor, right next to people splashing in the pool. - The shower gel and shampoo aren't individual sets, just two bottles shared by everyone, so who knows what guests might mix into the bottles. - The renovations are frankly shoddy, with the slats held in place with tape, the paint in the bathroom peeling in places due to the humidity, and the walls are crooked. The bathroom has a small ventilation duct (without an exhaust fan) that opens into the hallway, through which you can hear every footstep and conversation, as well as everything going on in the bathroom. - The air conditioner is aimed directly at the bed, which is uncomfortable and can cause a cold, and turning it on is not an option as it's very hot and stuffy. - The room has a terribly strong-smelling air freshener that gives you a headache. - The refrigerator rattles like someone's hammering something; it's impossible to sleep with that noise. Overall, it's a good option for a 2-3 night stay. It's conveniently located near the airport; a taxi ride costs 160 pesos.

Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

This condo was a great place to stay. Has a very fine kitchen space with accommodating area was located in central Mactan stores everywhere 711 nearby bakeries nearby taxis outside,easy to obtain, and host was helpful

I was looking for a place closer to the airport, but it turned out to be far away. The room itself is fine, but the cockroaches in the room are terrible. Check-in is convenient with a code.

A studio apartment in a multi-story complex, a place that has absolutely everything, even a swimming pool adjacent to the building. One big drawback: the listed address doesn't quite match reality; even the taxi driver had a hard time finding it, and the QR code for the Wi-Fi didn't work.

The taxi driver couldn't find the location, and the next day, we couldn't leave for two hours. We had to carry our suitcases to the road to get out of this wonderful hotel 🤦‍♀️
