This hostel was quite comfortable, mainly because the owner really pays attention to many details. For example, there was always toilet paper in the bathroom – not once did it run out during my month-long stay. If the shoe rack wasn't suitable, the owner would replace it with a new one. Also, if someone was smoking 🚬 or making loud noise after midnight, the owner would genuinely step in to stop it. The owner runs this hostel with great dedication, making it a perfect spot for anyone visiting Shenzhen on business to rest and spend the night.

The experience exceeded my expectations. My roommates were friendly. I thought the low price wouldn't bring me such a good experience. But the atmosphere of the hostel was still unexpected. There were uncles from Zhejiang traveling to Sanya, as well as athletes who came to participate in the marathon. It may be an unforgettable part of my postgraduate entrance examination.

Booked last minute in Shenzhen and was pleasantly surprised! **Convenient Location:** Very close to Gangxia subway station Exit B, making it easy to get to the city center or Futian Port for border crossing. There's even a visa machine next to Exit E. **Service:** Attentive to all requests. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. **Cleanliness:** Spotless. The cleaning staff did a thorough job. In the mornings, I could even smell a faint scent of disinfectant from the mopped hallways, which was very reassuring. **Facilities:** We booked a double room for two. Other than the shared bathroom, it felt just like staying in a regular hotel. The room was bright, had a desk for easy makeup application, and enough space for two suitcases. The room door also had a password lock. **Environment:** There's a large shopping mall nearby for all your shopping needs, as well as many great restaurants! The Caizhong Chaozhou Beef restaurant is absolutely delicious! Plus, there are plenty of massage parlors to relax your tired body after traveling. This was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was affordable and convenient – I'm a convert! I'll definitely be back to this one! (Avoid another place: Xiannvge Hostel. We originally booked there, but when we arrived, they told us our reserved room was already occupied, ???. They tried to move us to another building, but there were no available rooms there either, ???. This caused us to drag our luggage between two locations and wait for one to two hours. Throughout, our phone communication with the owner was unhelpful, and they never offered a good solution. The owner was also nowhere to be seen! And to top it off, the environment was terrible, with delivery packages and takeout boxes scattered all over the common areas.) Overall, if you're looking for something affordable, clean, and convenient, this is definitely the place to choose! 👍

I had an extra day of travel unexpectedly and didn't have a travel buddy to split a hotel with. Booking a hotel by myself for one night would have been over my budget, so I just randomly picked this hostel. I didn't take many pictures, only mentioned it briefly when talking to friends, but the experience was surprisingly good! As soon as I walked in, a staff member helped me with my luggage and guided me to change into slippers. The slippers were very clean and not meant for outdoor use. After changing, they showed me around, explaining each area. There's a separate restroom, a vanity room, a gym, a study room, and even curtains in the shower area to prevent clothes from getting wet! The room key opens both the room and the locker, so privacy is well-protected. Each bed has its own light and a small table. Overall, I just felt it was exceptionally good 😭😭😭! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit this area! The only slight downside was that my bed creaked when I moved, and also when I got off it.

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and spoke softly. I stayed on the 2nd floor, which was a female-only floor, which I really appreciated. The room facilities were great, and I had a comfortable stay. The shower and everything else was very convenient. Plus, there's a food street right next door with lots of delicious options.

You can never go wrong with Desti Youth Hostel. So far, I have stayed in the XiAn and Guangzhou locations and they don't disappoint. Clean rooms! I always see cleaners working. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms, common areas, bedrooms are well maintained. Smart toilets too! The bathrooms are so clean and modern! So many toilets and shower rooms. There are washers and dryers. Free laundry pods! Guangzhou location is near Caihong Bridge station (Line 8/11). You can go to Yong Qing Fang and Chen Clan Academy in a matter of minutes. If my schedule brings me back again in Guangzhou, I will still choose this place.

The location of the Youth Hostel is in the downtown area, good. Very easy to find. That is, health needs to be improved. The landlord brother is very enthusiastic. Because it was a day, I took the initiative to borrow my electric car for a day. I saw Zhanjiang in the best way. Thank you brother. Your hardware facilities are still good.

It's near the subway station. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. The owner provides good service and the place is clean.

This is a proper social hostel where you can meet fellow travelers. The entire building has seen better days, though. Staff is nice, they are used to having a bunch of foreigners. What totally bugs me at this place, however, is the fact that they tolerate smoking in the common area after 11 pm, although they also put up ”No smoking” signs. And people will smoke a lot. I know, it's a cultural thing here. If you're one of those, then, well, you found your spot. Otherwise it might utterly disgust you. Rooms and beds were fine. Big beds and cabinets although those were all taken in my room. Nice local vibes in the area.

The hostel's location is excellent, very close to Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. After strolling there in the evening, I could easily walk back. When I first booked, I wasn't sure how many people would be in one room, so I was surprised and impressed by how quiet it was, even with 12 people staying there. My first impression of the hostel was how clean it was. I stayed on the fourth floor, and when I first went to the restroom, I was amazed by the gleaming white floor. At night, the duvet smelled lovely and felt very comfortable. The shampoo and shower gel also had a pleasant scent. They provided many disposable items, even hair ties, which I didn't expect at all. The only minor drawback, if I had to name one, was the lack of an elevator. On my first day, I happened to be on my period and didn't have the strength to carry my luggage during check-in. The front desk staff helped me carry it up, and I'm very grateful to her. Oh, and the washing machine and dryer were a standard price at 4 RMB per use, but the dryer wasn't very effective; my clothes were still a bit damp after 40 minutes.
